Absolutely fantastic costumer service! Had to go in today to get items to change my transmission fluid. Dana b. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get everything I needed and answered all of my questions. Definitely will be looking for her again for any help in the future! Seriously, thank you so much.

I went to AutoZone auto parts because I needed an oil change on my car and as I recently divorced woman I have never had to do this on my own the customer service representative at the counter helped me tremendously he asked my modeling year of my car he looked everything out for me told me exactly the type of oil I needed how many quarts I need in the oil filter that I needed recommended a funnel and an old wrench that he said I would need and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't have known what to do and I wouldn't have about any of the extras so I would have had to make an extra trip back to get what I needed for my oil change thank you very much for your service and help

While driving to meet my family for dinner 60 miles away recently, another driver notified me that my brake lights were out. Zack, understanding my situation, quickly found the necessary parts and then installed them for me. I appreciate him helping me not only get back on the road safely and quickly but also without my being concerned about getting dirty in the process. As I stated earlier, I was meeting my family for dinner, therefore, I was dressed up a bit. Thanks again, Zack.

Desi was awesome. I bought a wiper motor but when I went to put it in my Saturn, the wrong part was in the box. I called at 11, as they didn't have the right one in stock Desi sent out a driver to pick it up from Jacksonville. 7 hours later she called to say the right motor had arrived. Great effort, great customer service. Thanks Desi, I'll be back

The people who work for Auto Zone are super Awesome! I would have to give them a two thumbs up for being professional and going above and beyond their duty to help me with an online order that wasn't delivered. Always friendly employees, ready to help with anything you may need. Reasonable prices all around the store. All n all a pleasant experience. I will be back if I need anything else for my vehicle .

Mike aka Coop was very helpful. Made sure the rear wiper would fit and stay on, installed it. His upbeat attitude was a great way to end my day after working all night. Thanks Coop for your help and honesty and great attitude.

Every time I stop at Auto Zone those guys are so friendly and very helpful and fast about wanting to help . I stop the other day and I didn t get the guys name that helped me but he was so nice and very helpful. Nick that works there is the sweetest and so friendly and helpful. He is a keeper ! Keep up the great job!

I just left the Auto Zone in Palatka. Sean Phillips was very nice and willing to help. I wasn t in the store two seconds and immediately stepped in and helped me. My transaction was quick and smooth. He was the perfect gentleman. Thanks Sean!

Hi i will like to say that the customer service delivered by the employee NIDIA WAS SO FAR THE BEST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, SHE WAS VERY KIND, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESIONAL. Definitely will be coming back because of her and i got to say the store is very clean, organized in and out. Overall 5 star experience ty AUTOZONE.

Very kind and polite employees. They have always went above and beyond to help and fullfil my needs. The prices on any and all parts I have needed is much lower than any other parts store in the area. I highly recommend this Auto zone

People working here we're very helpful. Borrow tools and it was no problem.had my battery checked in store, and also removed my alternator and had it checked in store. The battery checked out good and they charged it the alternator was bad . A1 experience.

Always willing to help. Also a friendly welcome when you come in the doors. If you need your battery checked or a check engine light code read, they will be glad to do it. Great place to get they replacement parts you need to fix your car. They also have tons of tools and accessories. You should not be dissapointed by stopping here.

They don't know anything at these places and they tried to sell me heater hose for fuel filler neck and the prices r out of this work everyone should just go online that's all they do and then charge a mark up we all have Google and can put these businesses that put knowledgeable behind the counter by shopping online and save money

The crew at this location are ALL fantastic! I had an issue with my car a few days ago not starting and everyone at the store gave me a lot of help and advice getting it solved, I must have came in like 4 different times and they gave me awesome customer service each time knowing that I was very inept at fixing cars. Thank you Steven and Kyle, you guys rock!

It was beginning to rain when my passenger side wiper blade died. I stopped by and bought a new one. I didn't expect the gentleman to follow me out and wrangle my wipers in the rain. I was a woman travelling alone on a business trip and the wiper had gotten stuck and wouldn't pop loose. He eventually got it done, despite getting soaked. You just don't see this kind of customer service any more. Thank you, AutoZone man...

I'm usually a fan of AutoZone but they upset my father something fierce! He calls and ordered a caliper for an F-450 a week ahead of when he needed it and they said "no problem. " Then he called before heading into town and the woman that answered the phone (he believes that English is definitely not her first language) said that his parts were there waiting for him. When we arrived, they acted like they had no idea what he was talking but looked around and found they had brought in a caliper for and F-150. Needless to say, he was upset and Palatka had several other options for auto parts so we will be visiting them from now on.
