They are open to the public insist on safety measures against covid 19 for both employees and customers, and the store was kept clean and sanitized. Staff were helpful, friendly and nice even on New Years Sunday. They helped me find what I needed without a long wait. Prices were fair and since I was broken down in their parking lot, didn't get harassed to leave by the employees. I would recommend this place to others.

When I go here I generally have a list my husband wrote out. They guys here are always very helpful, helping me get the correct items. Thank God. But the store is clean, very easy to maneuver through the isles, and nothing is placed in a dangerous position/setting. Employees are always walking around offering to help you.

Several weeks ago when my engine light came on I was told to go to advance Auto parts to ask for them to use one of their electronic tools to tie into my onboard system that would describe the reason why the light had gone on. I was unaware of this free service and it was greatly appreciated because the service representative could easily concern that something very serious was wrong. I was told that there was moisture in the gas line and I purchased a product called seafoam to help that and then purchased the next several gallon of gasoline that had no ethanol content. The engine light went off and has not reoccurred. I am without a reliable mechanic and consequently this assistance to me who is on fixed income was truly a godsend. I returned yesterday to thank advance Auto personnel for the assistance and to tell them the good news that my troubles seems to have evaporated like the moisture in my gas line. The gentleman who waited on me I had not met before and he was extremely kind and as usual answered a question for me that I had found no one else could answer. I had another intermittent light on my dash dealing with o/d off. This gentleman came outside and showed me how that light on the dash was controlled by a button on the console and that the light indicated that the gas saving provisions in my car have been turned off. He showed me how to turn them on. He came out and help me out of the goodness of his heart and again it shows the extreme helpfulness kindness and consideration of the people employed at this advance Auto parts on route 19 South in palatka Florida. Only after he had volunteered to come outside did he discover and I discovered that we had a mutual Love of animals and that just like me he had a number of rescues. But our commonality and appreciation of dogs was only learned after he had volunteered to come out and help me understand why that light was on my dashboard. I am 75, a senior woman, who is totally alone. The kindness shown on multiple occasions by the personnel at advance Auto parts indicates a business attitude which will be certain to succeed because it puts the welfare of the customers first. Kindness to strangers is never lost; it is always remembered and the Goodwill that it engenders hopefully motivates the recipient to pay that kindness forward. There is so much evil in this world that when you find the goodness of others you wish to praise the heavens because there is hope for mankind and for all of us who literally survive only on the blessings of the father and the multiple kindness of strangers who respond to his spirit. At this Easter time it helps to renew each one of our hopes for better times ahead andrenewing hope.

I ve been a customer here for years and every location except for this one has been great. 2 days in a row they ve given me subpar service. Day 1 I come in for bushings and instead of being honest and saying they don t have them they give me the wrong type. I go to oreilly and they give me excellent service and our honest with me. Day 2 I m just trying to get a replacement battery I ve had multiple battery warranties with advance never had a problem. These guys have me jumping through hoops and taking my whole day up. I ll be at oreillys for now on!

I have been here twice lately for windshield wiper blades. I had looked up the best brands for my car according to online reviews, but ended up with ones that the store clerk said were the best. I couldn't be happier with the choice. My son had told me how easy it would be to replace them myself, but I was glad I went where the guys fitted them for me. They needed the special adapter with one part poked out so "section B" was showing & no charge for their doing it for me while teaching me how. They verified that the blades were suitable for my car & one went back to see the difference in price in passenger versus driver side even though I only bought the driver side & went back for the passenger side weeks later. They were such nice guys & didn't treat me like an ignorant female. My only complaint was I had seen a coupon that would have saved $5, but it turned out that was only good if I had ordered online first. What?

When dealing with advanced auto palatka is the best route. I tried dealing with east palatka to no avail. I called palatka they said we got ya come on in we got you. Thank you guys you were amazing and polite. I ll be driving from east palatka from now on to deal with you guys. I think east palatka only has one knowledgeable person that knows his job. If you stole him to palatka I think east palatka would lose more business than just me and my mechanic friends lol Jeremy would fit right in lol. Thank you again for all your help and politeness.

Raining cats and dogs since we left NC. Wipers were shot. Rain stopped about a mile down the road from this place. It was the first auto parts store since we got off the interstate and rain was not dumping buckets from the sky. Bought the new blades. Manager put on one side while I did the other side. Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable about the correct parts.Back in NC the Advance Auto is 1 mile away. I do my own oil change, brakes, lights and such. Always the best place to stop.THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!

I have found that Advance Auto Parts has the most courteous employees. They are willing to help you and answer any questions that I ask. I have used Advance Auto Parts since they opened. They also do military discount. Try them , you will be satisfied.

I cannot remember who helped me but there were two women on staff and I literally just said what I needed and they were off and running getting everything I needed from the back and the store shelves without hesitation.Easiest parts pickup ever in my life.

East Palatka store is the best auto parts store in the county. Go see Jeremy, Louis, or Coop, for the right parts, the first time. Old school parts house guys. I would give it 10 stars from Johnny 5. I don't spend one thin dime anywhere else. And you shouldn't either. Advance Auto Parts, East Palatka, @ highway 17 and highway 207. You will see me in there.

This is an okay parts store, I greatly prefer it to O'Reilly's, but I don't like it as well as AutoZone or pep boys. Man, I wish we had a pep boys here in palatka. When I was having battery issues, I stopped by this Advance Auto parts unit and ask them to check my alternator, with the motor running, which they did both idling and under load. The guy told me the problem was my alternator cuz it was putting out like 12.1 volts instead of more like 13.5 volts. The issue draining my battery turned out to be a brake pedal light that wouldn't go out, which my mechanic fixed (not the alternator). Once he fixed that he tested the alternator and said it's putting out just fine, it's right where it should be. And I have had no problems with battery and no problems with the alternator since then.Why are the counter guys at a lot of auto parts stores so unlearned in mechanic stuff?

Staff is always helpful and friendly. I order most of my parts online in order to get the best coupons. Most of the time my online orders are pulled and ready for pick-up.
