Called to pay over the phone and the lady was very short and rude!!! Also came in one time to ask a question and they couldn't explain the reason I been getting an extra colection letter saying I owe 30 some dollars.

I have to struggle every month to get somebody on the phone so I can pay my bill whenever they answer the phone they re nice but somebody just needs to answer the phone because my insurance has gotten canceled twice because nobody will answer
