I have emailed the owner about raising the rent as there is been nothing but trouble this past year. There has been no response. Was promised that the mortgage portal would be added to the payment portal and nothing for a year now. There is more that I do not want to discuss on here but I did email and call the owner of bedrock multiple times to no avail.

Fair place to live. It is not a hotel or bed and breakfast. It is a mobile home park, so ROOMS, SERVICE, LOCATION does not pertain to this property. Also, it is a place to live, not for BUSINESS TRIPS, or other things to do with Hotels.

It's a better place now since the newer owners, but like any park, there's always drama with others. But it's as good as good can get in a park style of life. Clean, well kept, nice pool and lounge, staff are excellent. Laundry facility on site with restroom. Has RV spaces also. Right next door is a great little convenient store with gas and perty darn good hot foods. Plenty of parking.

Country squire was a good place to call home until Bedrock Communities purchased it. Since then it's more like a totalitarian regime where you get your rights taken from you and replaced with the same chores you pay them to take care of. Raise the rent and the level of oppression. Bedrock Communities is a corporate machine that is out for nothing but satisfying their own greed

Not a bad place to live ! Some people need to keep their noses out of others business. Maintenance needs to start doing there jobs such as mowing the dog park and around the park. I can dance circles around those monkeys !

The management changes like the wind. They keep raising lot rent, but don't do anything to keep the grounds kept. All residents are responsible for yards and cutting ir trimming trees. Not worth the money to live there...

This place has fairly large home sites, a pool and clubhouse as well as RV spaces. It is located near the library, elementary school, a gas station/mini mart, community center and playground. And last but not least, the Pirates Pub.Paisley is a lovely down home forest community with Southern heart.

They lied about having cable and wifi if you want either or both you pay for it it's not cheapAlso of you have metro phones service you don't get great service out there and they change owner a Lot keep changing rules

They have permanent places to rent to buy plus great hook ups for travelers. Pool & laundromat on premise with small grocery store with gas right next store.

I loved it! I think it's very well kept, and I love the area, been trying to get a place in there but I haven't found one to rent.

Nice place, some need torn down. Office doesn't follow through with the rules do why should the tenant

This place is the worst the homes are cheap falling apart they do as little as possible rent goes up every year I ve been in here for almost a year and dishwasher in brand new home don t work house s got grass growing on the roof the worst place ever to stay at

Park manager is a back stabbing sleaze bag. There are two sets of rules. One for people buying homes from the park, another set when you buy from an Individual.
