This Company is a joke. Owner is extremely disrespectful and has no respect, customer service, or integrity.The first time out (after multiple reschedules on their end) the Tech simply "re-sealed" my windshield, they didn't replace it. He left black fingerprints and black glue/sealant all over the paint and windshield. 2 days later the gasket/seal peeled off. Second time out he replaced windshield (called me outside knowing I was inside with my 3 young children, I came out holding my 9 month old and he told me he needed me to pick up the windshield and put it on with him!!) In the process he broke my dash in 2 separate locations/parts. He agreed to replace both or provide a check. I was told one was backordered, and the other was picked up and would be sent to me. He never provided tracking, and now the owner refusing to provide an invoice showing the purchase., nor will she send the check they initially agreed to do. Since then it's been nothing but lies, and they have completely stopped responding.Also note my "new" windshield whistles while driving on the highway.

BEWARE!!! Do not use Expert Auto Glass.I see they already have bad reviews.They over charge and do a bad job. I had my Car windshield replaced and a week later it was leaking water. My dash was scratched as well. They refused to fix the windshield and the dash. They are just looking to get your money.Stay far away from this company.

Avoid Expert Auto Glass. One star is over rated. An appointment at my home was scheduled for between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. No truck, no phone call, and no answer to the call I made to them. Unresponsive, unreliable are the only words to describe the lack of service. Avoid this company if at all possible.

These guys come out right away. They are professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
