WOW this young man came all the way to my resident to diagnose my vehicle problem as promised and will be back on tomorrow to check it out and give me an estimate on what it's going to take to get me back on the road! Called him at around 1245 said he would be here in about 1 hour never showed up and stop answering the phone not very professional. It was a holiday and I would have understood if he said he couldn t come out. But don t say you will come out and then don t.
