Best customer service I've had in quite some time. I needed an odd sized tire which "NO ONE" I contacted had in stock or could get in a reasonable time frame. Until I spoke to the manager here Joe M Robbie. It was after 5 pm Thu evening. Joe said, "give me till midday tomorrow and I'll have you mounted and running tomorrow". Very much a good man very true to his word. Please call them for any of your vehicle service needs. Ask for how and tell him Tracy from Google sent you and ask him for the discount. He'll definitely take great care of you. They've got a play star inside for your little ones, TV's, clean restrooms and the work areas are even very clean and organized

Howard and Joe are these best. I had a small issue with my Explorer and they took care of it super fast.I would definitely recommend you visiting for tires, and minor to major care repairs.Ben knows how to fix it!

We stopped in at Gator tire to get a quote on a set of tires. We were so impressed with all the folks at (Gator) that we didn't even shop any further. They said our brakes were fine. Great service. Super helpful.

I took my rental car there. While I had my rental it needed an oil change and when I called Enterprise they said I could turn it in or take it to this Action Gator they work with and would be taken care and they would get billed. So I took it after work. Around 540, they close at 6. Michael and Howard told me not to worry about it and drove the car in to do the oil change. They were both sweet as I continued to apologize for coming so close to closing. That told me it was fine and took care of everything. The shop was very clean and the service was quick. Thank you to you both for helping and being so kind and work oriented. 10 stars.

I was driving my son to the charter school my car died completely on the road I was able to drive it to the parking by the charter school car would not start. I walked to action Gator there Micheal and Howie went out of there way to help me! They changed my battery and and checked that everything was fine. price was reasonable I will definitely come back for oil change great customer service

great and prompt service. Took my 2014 Gt500 tires which have expensive 3 piece wheels. The shop across the street had damaged one of the valve stems. Action gator not only swapped all 4 tires but did it without damaging the valve stems and wheels.They take appointments and actually get you in on the appointment time. Bring you car here!2/19/2024Brought my 2022 Mach 1 for alignment and wheel swap. Spoke to Howard and he was great. I had some specific alignment requests and Howard and Team were able to deliver.I was able to walk in, and they were able to finish this in about 2 hours.This location had technicians that understand custom alignment specs. Not many shops have the knowledge and will into align to OEM.I highly recommend this location.

I called for an appointment to check out a leak in my tire.I was greeted on the phone by a very amiable person named Rich who told me to come in early and they'd take care of my tire.When I arrived, I was welcomed by 2 additional employees who were very pleasant and eager to assist, Howard and Joe. I found Rich and he was, again, very good-natured, keeping me informed of the ongoing process until all was accomplished.I thought the cost of the service was fair, the amount of time it took from beginning to end reasonable. The place is clean and accommodating with plenty of tables/chairs if you care to wait.I will definitely return for any additional tire services.Thanks Guys! Great service!!!!!

I bought my tires at this location with a really good price like a year ago with the insurance. This morning, one of the tires had low pressure. Went to find out why. They took my phone number and in a few minutes later my car was already inside. They took care of the tire. The manager was very professional and friendly. He explained what happened to the tire and how they fixed it. I'm so happy that I went this morning.

Went in to get my tires rotated and an oil change and everyone was so nice especially Jay he took care of my car and gave me recommendations on what else I need to have done on my car and actually showed me the issues my car currently has. All around great friendly service definitely would go back and recommend them to friends. Go in and ask for Jay!!! He'll help you out.

Had a appointment for a wheel alignment and was treated very professionally by Richard at the front desk and Joe at the shop. I was very satisfied with their work and how quickly I were in and out. Would highly recommend Action Gator Tire for all your car needs.

Got a flat on my work truck this and had no money! They fixed my tire at no cost so I wouldn t have to walk to the warehouse on 44 and get my car and drive back to Zephyrhills to get a plug to plug the tire! Thank you so much Action Gator Tire in Oxford Florida for saving my day!! I would give 20 stars if I could! They will forever have my business and gratitude!!

I was really in a pinch with my car troubles, and needed some help right away. Jake was amazing and made sure I got an appointment same day. My car was serviced right away no wait times or extra unforeseen expenses. I will definitely be back!

Came here in hopes to get an alignment because their sister location sent us here since our van is lowered and they have the ground machine. Both employees looked at the van and said oh, thats not gonna work, its too low without even trying. (My husband has used the same machine in our van at the place he used to work, but its too far from us now, so we knew they could do it, they just didn t even want to try) Don t waste your time here! Just go to Tire Kingdom less than a minute from this place and they ll make it happen for you. See below picture from Tire Kingdom!

Had to go by there for oil change on rental van. People were nice, place clean. But told them front windshield washer was not spraying, and they told me they would take care of that too as they did minor maintenance on Enterprise rentals. They did not fix that after saying they would...so just a 3

I just wanted to share my experience, at this particular auto maintenance repair shop. My interactions with Howard & Joe both had exemplary service, and fair pricing. I would recommend this company/location for any of your car s needs

I had a leaking tire gave Gator tire a call believe it or not from a recommendation I received while playing poker at Oxford Downs. When I called "Joe" said yes we can get you in immediately price will be around $25. The service was outstanding, I was actually worried it would be higher than $25 as took about 40 minutes to patch the tire. Another reason I was concerned is I am from Canada with Ontario tags and unfortunately have had a couple bad experiences of being gouged when having to do emergency repairs over the years. True to his word when the job was completed the bill was $25.99. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Action Gator Tire to all. The guy on front desk "Tom" was also very pleasant. They stripped the drain plug and put blue silicone to stop the leak. Of course I find out a few thousand miles later when I get a oil change at a different place. When confronted with the situation they kicked me out of the shop saying they didn't do it. No investigating no follow up question. Just "We didn't do it get off the property"

By far the best auto service I've experienced. They got us out of a huge jam, and even stayed late. The place across the street was very rude and could care less about our predicament. I'm glad I tried Action Gator and will continue to recommend them. Their pricing was very fair. Thanks again for your help.

They were friendly and helpful , I walked in and ask for them to change a wheel stud and they took care of it quickly. when they found out the lug nut needed replaced , they even replaced it for me for free of charges. Quick, efficient, and professional.

They did a good job for fixing wheel stud with a reasonable price. Even offer free wheel lug nuts as we couldn't buy them in the neighborhood. They are very professional and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Talk about A1 service! I met with a gentleman named Jacob Schwartz, he was extremely polite, intellectual & thorough. Listened intently as he catered to my exact needs with having wisdom on how to execute my specific requests. Will be going back just for him. Need more people like Jacob in this work field.

Amazing service! My tire blew on I75 and I took my car in immediately after to get a consultation, not knowing what to expect. The gentleman who helped me reassured me and was very friendly; I knew me and my car were in good hands. They had what I needed in stock and replaced the tire in about 30 minutes or less. 10/10

My car s front end was misaligned and ruined my front tires when I was on the turnpike. I called these guys and was able to get in without an appointment. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and courteous. Kyle worked on my car and was able to explain everything and fixed my issue completely. I was impressed with everything - top notch customer service, fair prices, and helpfulness and clarity- and if I m back in the area I know where to go to get my car serviced!

The gentlemen at Action Gator Tire came to my aid when my car battery completely died and they helped jump my car enough to move it safely into their garage. They then provided excellent service by calling another store to Warranty my battery. They removed and reinstalled my battery at no cost. This store is an incredible example of kindness and service to others.

My Aunt visited us from Connecticut and needed some fluids topped off in her car that were compatible with freezing weather. We called a few places, and Action Gator was the only place that had what she needed available. They topped off the fluids quickly and politely, and we were on our way!
