I don t often write reviews, but the service I experienced during my oil change was above and beyond. Kaden was quick and efficient, and explained everything to me in great detail. He advised me of the potential issues, but didn t push me to purchase unnecessary extras. Highly recommend Valvoline for reliable and hassle-free oil changes!

The service team was friendly, efficient, and professional. I needed an oil change and power steering fluid replacement. The car in front of me was having several maintenance issues taken care of, so in order to minimize my wait, one of the team came out and replaced the power steering fluid, while I was still on the ramp. That was much appreciated. A very positive experience!

This was my first time ever going to Valvoline and it was a great experience. When I first called the woman who answered offered me a coupon for my oil change. I m always concerned that I m going to get taken advantage of since I know absolutely nothing about cars. But this crew was just incredible. I had to wait for a bit but the crew updated me very often and was apologetic. Overall, a very positive experience and I encourage more people to come here!!

Fast & efficient, I have been coming here for a few years for oil changes. Recently did a transmission service and oil change the process was easy and the guys working worked well together to get the service completed in a timely manner.

The guys were so helpful. Reggie was wonderful! They gave me great advice on what s really going on with my car. They also gave me the best in-depth options as well. I will defiantly recommend going to get any quick car service done there.

Waste of money and time. They sold me on the cabin air filter and never again. As I watched the guy try fumble through my glove box and try to maneuver replacing the filter without taking off the necessary panels I thought, what did I get myself into. Long story short, the blower started making noise like a single engine airplane a week later. I took apart the panels to access the air filter like you should (and they didn t) and the filter slid right out. Unfortunately the one they installed was crumbled up like a used napkin because he tried to force it in without the necessary clearance and leaves got in the blower (along with other allergens and debris). Completely defeated the whole purpose of an air filter and I had to go buy my own.

I was on a roadtrip from Miami, driving someone else's car, the computer sends a warning low oil level message and I went to this location. The guys were super helpful, they took the time to check the computer since BMW don't have dipstick,they put the oil right away and saved me from a very expensive trip

The guys here were able to get me taken care of, they displayed good customer service and professionalism. Rasool was able to help me feel comfortable with them working on my vehicle and their office was very helpful as well.

During my oil change here yesterday, I overheard the service team talking bad about me because I chose not to use synthetic oil (not required for my car). They assumed that I had never gotten oil changes elsewhere, making it seem like, based on their records, that I was only changing my conventional oil every 10k+ miles. In reality, I had just gotten an oil change somewhere else 3k miles ago. It's unprofessional and disrespectful to talk about customers like that. Will not be coming back.

Great customer service! I went the week before for an oil change, the person who was performing the service left the oil gasket lose. I had oil all over my garage floor so i went back to check what was going on. Thank God for Nelson! His team found the issue, fixed it and gave me a free oil change. Shout out to Nelson and his team,, fast and professional service!

Went in for an oil change during labor day weekend. The actual service was fine but I had issues with the way Nelson treated me.As a person who isn't too familiar with all of the details about oil changes, I obviously prompted Nelson for information about the various oils. He rudely replied to all of my questions and then as he walked away, he shook his head at me....Definitely not the way anyone wants to be treated for asking simple questions about oil changes. His attitude was awful and I'll have to go to Pep Boys or somewhere else where employees can treat customers with basic respect.Service: Oil change

I had been to this location before for a simple oil change and had zero issues. However, last time I was here, I went for a simple oil change and they checked my tire pressures which were good. On my way back to south florida, my back tire completely popped in the middle of the highway. When the tow truck company came, they said the valve on the tire was left open. I called customer service to report this and was transferred then kept on hold. This was scary due to my car swerving into the other lane on I-95 due to my tire exploding. I m only writing this review to prevent this from happening ever again.

my family always goes to jiffy lube but since there isn t one in the area i came here instead. from the second i drove up the guys were so friendly and helpful. they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. i usually hate doing things like this by myself because i get nervous i ll screw something up but these guys went out of their way to make sure i knew what was going on. i wish i got the name of the tan guy with the beard who was helping me from the start, he was wonderful. will definitely be coming back here when my car needs servicing againServices: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change
