Anthony and Bernardo Took extreme care of my Lexus RCF. Was in need of tires and advice on what tires to replace with my old dry rotted ones and they both recommended a great tire with amazing turn around time. Thank you guys for your help and expertise.

My wife took her Volkswagen Atlas there and after 2.5 hour oil change the oil leaked out. Supposedly the oil filter gasket was faulty, however I think it was incompetence. My wife made it home and the remaining oil leaked all over the driveway. I made Tire Kingdom pay to have it towed back there for them to fix it. I have asked them to have my driveway cleaned as well, they do not want to take care of that. I would not recommend this place.

My Sons tire had a screw in it and needed a plug or patch. It was close to the end of the day, and we were pressed for time. They went above and beyond to assist us and help us to get out of there quickly despite the volume of vehicles they had. One of the team members stepped in to get the tire fixed and us out the door. Forever grateful. What great customer service. Very happy with their attentiveness to our needs.

Had my car in for several things. Tires, balance and alignment and oil change. The store is very clean and organized, Joey worked on my car and did an excellent job. The store is very well run and the mechanic and all of the employees are very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I will continue to visit this location. They are awesome! Thank you guys for an excellent job!

Came in with a screw in the tire of a vehicle I hadn't owned for 8 hours. Bernard, the manager, told me not to worry, took the vehicle into the bay,and had the tire fixed in no time. The service was professional, efficient, and customer-centered. I will absolutely be coming here for all of my tire needs.

I came in to get my tire fixed after I hit a curb. Clay was at the front desk and helped me find the best fit tire for an affordable price. I went in as soon as they opened and was done quick. They really made me feel like a priority and would go back again!

Charged me $110 October 2023 for alignment. Tires worn on the inside . I go back on march 2024 to ask them to check my truckThe told me i need another alignmentAnd charge me again $110 dollars.When i complained , i was told that tire kingdom was sold and i have to pay againWhat a rip off!!!!!!

I have been going to This Tire Kingdom for 20+ years. They have always provided great customer service. Newest Manager Bernard is top notch as you would expect. Sebastian is also a great asset. Swing by and tell them that Carol sent you. If you are prior military, do not forget to ask for your military discount.I promise they will treat you right.Thanks again to my neighborhood go to place for all my automobile needs.

Have been coming here for years and they always work with me. Today I saw Clay and he was very helpful and transparent through the whole process. Explained to him I was on a budget and he went out of his way to make sure I still got what I needed in a price range I can afford. If you need any care needs stop by and see Clay!!

Had a screw in the center of a tire on my Tesla Model Y with less than 1000 miles on it. I was screamed at because the couldn't patch my tire because tesla put foam in the tires. I was told I would need new tires. I was also told they removed the screw so I couldn't get my car back. After some negotiations and getting screamed at for me not knowing there was foam in the tire I got the car back and used a tire plug kit to repair the hole myself. We used to go here for all our cars tires and misc repairs. While they made mistakes in the past they always corrected things, but being screamed at for me not knowing about tires when they should have warned me makes it so I will never return. Definitely don't recommend taking your Tesla here that's for sure.

I went in for a nail in my tire, but I also had questions about some other issues. Bernardo Ramos was very helpful with information regarding upcoming maintenance that may be needed as well as helping me figure out a vibration/shimmy issue. I ll definitely be back to Tire Kingdom in Oviedo!

So happy that the Oviedo location is under NEW Management!! Anthony is the BEST! My family & I follow him everywhere & am so happy he s in our town now! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, & a truly kind family man. Excellent.

Had my car break down right near this location, Bernard came to the rescue. After running diagnostics, he knew the issue was more than his shop could handle; did not charge me a penny and gave me expert advice. New favorite shop in Oviedo! Honest and professional, all I can ask for.

The manager was super great and helpful ! The staff who was also there made conversation with us while we were getting our valve stem on our tire fixed . It was a quick and easy fix, for them at least . Will highly recommend this store to anyone who lives around the are

I took my car to get my tires changed and they lied and told my breaks needed to be changed but my mechanic just changed them 3 months ago. They said other things were wrong that arent just get money out of me because im a woman. They also stole my airpods out of my car. Don t leave anything in your car that s valuable. I didn't get the additional services so I think thats why they stole. I literally just saw my airpods right before i handed my keys over and when i got my car back they were gone!! It took them 3 hours just to change 4 tires and do an alignment! Do not go here they steal and lie!!!! Im so upset my newest airpods are gone.

I ve always had a good experience at Tire Kingdom on Mitchell Hammock. The assistant manager behind the counter, Clay, does a great job making customers feel at ease and overall appreciated. My car is well taken care of and I always know who to call if I need an alignment or a quick oil change.

This is the only place in Oviedo I trust with my vehicle. I have a BMW and it can be a pain to work on and I trust the folks here with it every time. They are priced very fairly (best in the area) and are very communicative. Highly recommend

Clay and Sebastian were both super helpful at the front! I originally came in because I had a flat tire from the Lockwood potholes, and Clay explained the damage to the rim was too extensive for a new tire. He walked me through the best way to buy a new steel rim and had me reschedule when it arrived. They moved my spare to the back passenger side to help with drivability. When I came back in a week later, Sebastian recognized me instantly and was ready to help out! Thank you to both gentlemen as well as the tech that worked on my car! Definitely will be back for any future car issues!

I have visited several Tire Kingdom Stores for service. The store in Oviedo, FL was one of the best for service and cleanliness. The employees, from the front desk to the service area, were very helpful. I was impressed by the professionalism of the employees. I wish that I would have this great of experiences in more stores.

I took my vehicle in for a TPMS sensor replacement (6 - months old) and the location told me that the sensor I wanted replaced was "good", but all my other sensors were bad.Just prior to bringing the vehicle in, I checked all my sensors with my independent scan tool and it matched what my vehicle BCM was reading for the TPMS. I had them replace the one bad sensor that I brought it in for, but they failed to program the correct frequency to match my vehicle which still left my TPMS light on.I ended up taking my vehicle to another TK location where they confirmed my diagnostics and programmed the one sensor without any issues.Previous to this incident I never had any issues at this location, but I would avoid this location unless you like to spend extra money for incompetent "tech's" and disgruntled attitude.
