Shawn,Brad and Alexa are phenomenal!!They were extremely helpful in making the decision to tune my M6 and the support mods to go with it. Very professional establishment and they share the same love for the BMW brand like us fellow enthusiasts. If you are thinking where to take your BMW look no further than PSI form the old to the new, Shawn and his team know these amazing machines inside and out!!

Brad and the guys at PSI have been nothing but great with me. I was dealing with some alignment issues with some new vehicles I had purchased and while the dealerships were giving me a hard time. These guys took care of my problem for two of my vehicles I will be coming back for any future work that I need, they have earned my business and me as a customer

I recently bought my g80. Wanted to lower it, add spacers and change grill/air vents. Sean guided me through process. He was very accommodating given my busy schedule and even picked the car up for me from my work. The job was outstanding and communication fantastic. Highly recommend. Needed some work done on my i8. I was getting random codes thrown at me. Was given story after story from other shops. That was until I went to PSI. Sean told me it was from my 12v battery being too low or weak. From then on, I knew this is the only place I could trust.You must come here. This is your first, and last stop. Thank you Sean and his crew!

I am a northerner, I drive my 2008 E93 N54 only 8 months a year the rest of the time it is safely hidden from the snow and cold. Watching videos by folks like Cristian at Vehicle Virals ( @vehiclevirals ), I could only dream of driving year-round and getting access to the resources they have down in Florida.I recently started the snow bird thing winters in Florida, summers up north. I was excited to learn that PSI (Precision Sports Industries) the place that Cristian frequently works with was only 1.5 hours away in Orlando.I called PSI and booked in for a new DKM twin disc clutch and flywheel, walnut blast, oil pan gasket and VRSF 3 stainless downpipes. Alex, at PSI ( @precisionsport ), was extremely helpful and recommended the MHD tune once the car was completed.Well, well, well .the car is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Like it has come to life. Power is terrific, comes on predictably and consistently around 3,200RPM and pulls extremely hard all the way up. I am using the Stage 2+ tune. The DKM clutch is so much better than stock has a great feel and engages smoothly.I was thinking about selling the car but now no way. I am absolutely pleased with the service here, I had them install a DocRacing single turbo kit along with BC coilovers, struts/control arms, full brake kit, an LSD and tuning. I will say it took 4 months but throughout all the waiting they were transparent with what was going on. Also I d like to mention if you do something as extensive as my project was don t expect to be a month because cars will have issues they need addressed. But anyways I got the car back just before Christmas and there have been no issues, the owner Sean was also going out of his way to ask how the car was running and is always open to questions. Overall I highly recommend this for bmw builds.

I recently purchased an item on their website, they reached out saying they could not sell me the item at the listed price and instead offered to sell me the same item for $180 more.As a former small business owner, I understand profits and loses, but I also believe in accountability. A customer should not have to pay for the mistakes of a business.While it is your right to make the decision to not honor the listed price, it is my right as a customer to not use this company for any future business dealings.

Great service, friendly staff and got me and my E46 back on the road. Waited at the shop with my kids and they were great with them as well. If you need BMW work in the Orlando area, PSI is the place to go.

Well gentlemen this time around took my car to the professionals at "PRECISION SPORT INDUSTRY IN ORLANDO FLORIDA", and let me tell you I'm ecstatic on the work the work they did on this wave of mods they installed my stage3 carbon fiber clutch, 2 daul port turbosmart diverter valves, H&R lowering, akaprovic dual exhaust with 2 karnage performance exaust's with karnage X-pipe,removal of Dme's for stage 3 flash tune along with some maintenance on rear main seal and some other area's and boy I'm so satisfied great customer service every time with staff accompanied with video updates wanna give a big shout out to the tech's and a bigger shout out to the 2 people that made it happen,ALEX & BRENT great people that actually understand and have the same passion that we all have for B.M.W .... SEE YOU GUY'S ON MY NEXT WAVE.. And for anyone looking for work on your bmw this is absolutely the place. P.S.I !!!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with PSI. I have built a relationship with Sean and the team over several cars they have helped me with and it has been over multiple years. In all my experience with them you could not find more honest people to have work on your car. They treat the vehicle like it is their own, advise you of challenges and try to help where they can.I am Deeply appreciative. If you have a BMW in CFL. Recently relocated to Central Florida and heard good things about PSI. Had some routine maintenance performed (spark plugs, oil change, etc.). Solid independent shop and very knowledgeable on everything BMW. I will be a repeat customer.

Had PSI install KW adjustable springs along with new front struts on my f90. Received periodic updates throughout the day and also finished the job on time. One of the few shops I trust my E46 M3 with. PSI performed the manual swap on my car. PSI did an awesome job on the swap, and it drives 100% now. Alexis at PSI was amazing; she kept me up to date from start to finish, worked with me at every step, and even advised on shipping the car to/from PSI. PSI uses bellhousing from Lang Racing, who wrote the book on the E46 M3 swap; nothing but the best. PSI also acted as a broker of sorts while my car was in Florida, arranging for a dyno session, PPF, and more. And a shout-out to Active Autowerke @TheActiveAutowerke: the tune on this car feels factory stable but makes great power; dyno proven 330 wheel for a 21-year-old car is proof.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement

Wow, glad I found this place, they are awesome. I am on my third BMW and they are more than a car to me, highly recommend. If you love your Bimmer and don't want to deal with the "attitude" these folks know Bimmers inside out and are a professional and quality shop.Value you don't find these days!

I've been going PSI since they're still in the old place, I took my E92 M3 for inspection and rod bearing services and had really great experience. We are planning on a long road trip for Christmas break so, last week I took my other car, F48 X1 for an alignment. It took them longer than I expected but, boy!!! PSI really knows what a great customer service are, they performed the alignment for free!!

The crew at PSI are amazing! I have been using them for years. They have done amazing work to my 2011 M3. But just so you know, they do not stop at BMW and Porsche's. Their mechanic's are very well versed in Honda and Volkswagen and have performed several repairs to my 2005 Accord. Call them for everything from Oil Changes and Tire Alignments to Custom Fabrications, Repairs, and Modifications! They are fantastic!

I was considering buying a car in the Winter Park area, so I looked up a reputable BMW shop to have an inspection done. I live in Maryland, so I was going entirely off the reviews I read. This shop far exceeded my expectations. I didn't end up buying the car, but they sent me multiple detailed emails regarding the car before I even brought it into them. Highly recommend if you want great communication and honesty from your mechanic!

I've been taking my BMW cars to PSI for a couple years now. I love that they're open on Saturdays as it helps with my work schedule. I've always had honest and professional repairs and diagnosis. Whatever I can't do myself, I have PSI do. Alexis and Chris have been the best to work with. I don't mind hanging out there for hours waiting on my car, they make it an exciting place to be especially if you're a car enthusiast. 10/10 highly recommend for BMW and Porsche service and repairs.

I am writing a review for Matt's outstanding customer service and punctuality at PSI in helping me find the best options for performance upgrades to my F82 M4. This being my first M4, there were a lot of questions on which part is right for me. I have a good sense for authenticity and honesty, and throughout our several of our conversations, I never had a sense that I was being "upsold" for a more expensive product or service. In fact, I felt that I was being guided towards a tailored opinion specifically that matched my situation.I did a lot of forum research beforehand before asking questions around the performance upgrades that I wanted. Based on what I read, Matt gave me the extra sense of expertise that I needed to make the right decision to get the most power output out of my car. With most car shops, you'll find that the person your speaking to will try to rush you off the phone or just throw out generic solutions. Not here.I am aiming to bring my car to the shop next week! I can't wait for the experience and I look forward to updating my review with more great things to say. Thanks, Matt!

I know I am just echoing 80+ outstanding reviews but the folks at PSI deserve every glorious review they get. They go above and beyond. They know BMWs (and other makes I am sure) inside and out. They treat your car like they would treat their own. They use a service which allows them to text updates, quotes and invoices making communication with them so simple and quick - and they are responsive. I can't say enough good things about them - PSI is my go to place when my car needs something above my ability.Service: Engine repair

Our experience with precision sport industries has a customer for life. Everyone at the shop has been a pleasure to deal with. They are very knowledgeable. My check engine light came on and I didn t want to deal with the BMW dealership since I had a horrible experience with them. Precision s sport industries did a complete overview of my car, checking for anything else that may be worn down. They were not pushy to sell me anything extra and was happy to show my husband and I the things that were needing attention. They were honest and reliable and when we received our car back it drove like a new car and we couldn t be more happier.

Excellent Service! Great Customer Service! Highly Recommend! I went to get a Active Autowerke tune done on my BMW 550i, they did an excellent job and personnel were very knowledgeable. They were done within a few hours and the car drives great. Alexis was a pleasure to do business with you and the team. I've been to Precision Sport Industries for two big installs on my F30 and I was completely happy with both. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to answer my questions. They perform quality work at a great price and I would recommend them to anyone. I will be back for more installations and if you want quality work performed on your BMW I suggest you call Precision Sport Industries.

Beyond knowledgeable about BMWs . Had my x4 tuned and added a bunch of bolt on performance parts. Very fair price and high quality work. Also gave me options and clearly explained them. My goto place

Best BMW shop in Orlando. I've taken all of my cars there for cosmetic or tuning and their work is amazing. Most recently they worked on my f80 and I'm 100% satisfied with their work, customer service and prices. Thank you PSI!

The PSI team have been a real pleasure to work with. Their professional approach to diagnosing a cars issues make it easy to understand the issues and determine the path to repair and getting your Bimmer back on the road. My recent experience with my 2004 330ci SMG was great. The car essentially would not shift gears. After going in the shop, the PSI team determined that the throw out bearing and clutch were gone. In short order OEM parts were replaced and I m happy to say the car shifts better than ever. After I picked up the car there were a few other minor items that PSI handled as well to ensure I was fully satisfied.I would highly recommend anyone with a BMW to work with PSI!
