We were in town for the weekend for our UCF student and wound up with a nail in our tire. Needed a quick plug and called around to multiple places and were told 3-5 hour waits. Just happened to stop by here and see what they could do for us. Juan and his crew were super accommodating and took us in with no wait. Grabbed some food from the gas station next door and it was done and ready for us before we even finished! HIGHLY recommend these guys! Super grateful for them and their quick work!

Juan and Kenny took good care of my vehicle. They were so professional and accommodating. I asked for them to check on the pressure of my front passenger tire and they saw a nail, fixed it and did not charge me at all. Great experience. I will be definitely coming back.

Juan and the rest of the team were incredible! At the start of our anniversary trip, we noticed a nail in one of our tires. Praise God they had us back on the road in less than an hour!

Not only did Pep Boys address my issue, but also helped me with a Manager's Special offer to complete my service today! Very friendly, very knowledgeable and care about their customers as people and not cash cows. Will come back!

Made an appointment to have my tire looked at for a possible air leak. Waited for almost 2 hours and my car was still sitting there untouched. I approached the counter and was told they were short of staff, but it would have been better to be told they are short and see if I can come back later. Ended up leaving, wasting 2 hours of my day! I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION

Keep your receipts. I would say my recent experience at this shop was okay at best, and incredibly frustrating at worst. Staff was friendly enough, if a little distracted, though you're not going for the customer service. What I did go in for was an oil change and wheel alignment for a car I just bought. I brought the car in around 2, and I'm under the impression no work was done that day. Apparently they were behind, which is reasonable and happens. I was sent faulty messages about my car being done, which interfered with my plans. I left my vehicle overnight for their convenience and was told today (after I had already paid for both the oil change and wheel alignment) that they just wouldn't do the alignment. I'm no expert and I'm out of my depth with automotive work, but I know enough to say a few things assuredly; the price of my oil change was astronomical, and there was no reason they should have been unable to do the wheel alignment on my car. When prompted, the gentleman behind the desk spouted jargon at me and tried to sell me a full set of tires so they could do the alignment. Again, I'm out of my depth here, but I was not pleased with this response given that in the diagnostic I was actually shown, there was nothing wrong with the tires. I'm thankful I kept my receipts, and I did get refunded for the alignment, which was great! I can't in good conscious recommend this place, however. They seem to be under new management and are running around a lot. Maybe when they get settled it'll run a little smoother. A 24 hour oil change isn't what I would call good business. Don't waste your time.

Avoid making appointments at this location. They are not able to keep them.Booked an appointment online for an alignment. When I arrived for that appointment, I was informed that the technician was not available until the following week. I re-scheduled with the tech at the counter for another day. I arrived to THAT appointment to find out the technician was once again, unavailable. Apparently he wasn t even scheduled to work that day.Two days I took off from work early for what were supposed to be confirmed appointments.. Honestly, you re better off finding somewhere else to have an alignment done.

Employee by the name of Juan helped me out tremendously with all my questions & concerns about getting a coolant flush for my BMW X3. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in delivering information on the specific procedures & products to do the job. If anyone needs someone who actually knows what they re talking about ask for Juan at the Alafaya/UCF location. Appreciate your help Juan, thank you.

An appointment time is 100% meaningless. Your car will not be seen remotely close to your appointment time . Very few mechanics to cars in the bay. Car was misdiagnosed this weekend. Save your time and money. Seek a trustworthy shop. You will be given worst case scenarios with zero proof of accuracy.

I went for an oil change yesterday and because it was a 2023 car, they didn't have the right oil filter and it would be another hour. They offered me a Lift ride home (no charge) and come back when it was completed. Never experienced this before and a great courtesy to customers. Very impressed!Thank you Pep Boys.

This is by far the worst experience we ve had with a mechanic shop. There is a long back story involving poor customer service, mis diagnosing the initial problem, sending notices that the car was finished before it was and asking that we no longer use the app and communicate with them directly, and on and on but the worst was charging for a NEW battery and alternator and after a nightmare of dealing with them and getting the car 2 days after promised- the car wouldn t start after being driven for one hour. After fighting and following up with the store manager and refusing to tow the car back at OUR expense as they suggested he explained that the alternator they installed was refurbished. I paid for a NEW alternator and this is what I received. We are now awaiting a refund but I am doubtful that getting that resolved will be that easy. The worst part in all of this is that my husband and I are dealing with it via phone on my daughters behalf as she is away in college near this shop. We explained that to them BEFORE towing the car there in the first place. We discussed the situation at length and explained that we d need to deal with it all as she is 18. They took advantage of the situation and I am appalled and disgusted. Do not ever take your business to this shop.READ YELP reviews- I just went to leave the same review there and found a review about a similar issue with an alternator that stopped working the same day just two weeks ago. This is obviously something that they do regularly!

Had tires put on at this location a while back. Seems like they don't check their own work, as I just found that the passenger front tire was installed with the bold print INSIDE indicator facing the OUTSIDE of the wheel.No apologies when I told them about it, just an apathetic "ok bring it in".

I would recommend going to a different location that is honest about processing times. If you care at all about integrity or timeliness do not go here.They were friendly and the work was done well, but told us our car would be done in 1-1.5 hours. At 1.5 hours my car was only just being pulled in to the bay. It took in total 3.5 hours which is over double what we were quoted.Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

I bought tires two years ago. These were not the tires I wanted but they claimed the ones I wanted they did not have anymore even though it was on their website. I paid over $600 and they never rode right. I went back and told it would break in. Last May took my car to my dealership and they said one of my tires seemed defective and the tires on my car were not good quality. In October my steering wheel began to pull to the right and drive itself. Back to dealership and they noticed my right tire was pulling apart. Went to pep boys and they claimed my tires were discontinued but they had same brand but all weather. Which I thought i originally had. Any way even though had road hazard they charged me a fee of $106! Needless to say the other tire is now acting up and car doesn t ride right, I wasted $600. I am going to have to go my dealership and get better tires.

Amazing service during a holiday week! I called on Monday morning to check on appointment times and ordering a set of tires. I expected to wait one week since Sams Club, Walmart, and two other tire stores required 5-7 days for delivery and scheduling an install. Pep Boys went above and beyond to order my tires for Monday delivery by 4 pm and the install was finished by 7 pm. The entire team worked together to finish up every car for the day which is very appreciated. I had a screw in a worn passenger tire and a nail in a worn driver tire. It was a relief to have my car ready for the week since my elderly parents were visiting. Thank you to everyone for working hard and making our Thanksgiving so much better!

Great experience. Kenny, Carmen, and Caitlin provided superior customer service. Kenny and his technicians ensured a headlight bulb issue was resolved that Honda dealer could not. In 1 appointment was able to get oil change, transmission fluid flush, new tires, alignment all at a fair price. They even provided a Lyft service too which was unexpected to help me pick-up my vehicle. 150+% satisfied customer.

Oviedo Pep Boys is the BEST. Kaitlyn at the front desk has the sweetest personality. She is patient and kind. I was very impressed with our mechanic, Patrick, who fixed our car. He knows his stuff and worked extremely hard to get our vehicle back to us the same day!Thank you, Oviedo Pep Boys! Well Done!

Review - very slow work, I suppose due to lack of employees (which is the new post 2020 world ). They were not able to deliver service in a timely manner as projected. After spending thousands there I WILL NOT GO BACK. Maybe if and once they are able to hire and keep more staff. Seems the management is overworked and with a lack of mechanics work in the garages cars cannot be completed in a reasonable time. Unfortunate but expected, I am to blame - shouldn t have tried to save a few dollars and just went to dealership. Lesson learned

The work that Pep Boys performed (replacing tires) was excellent. I would have rated them at 5 stars except that I was told that the work would take 2 hours but after about 2.5 hours the service representative told me that they had not started on the car even though I had an appointment. The representative called for a Lyft and we went home until a Lyft came to get us to retrieve our vehicle - that was nice. So I recommend Pep Boys but keep in mind that from my experience I do not believe that appointment times mean much to company - and that you need to take the initiative to check on when the work on your vehicle has started.

The worst in customer service. I understand that the guy do the work, but if you see the car, you can stop and ask them how can I help you. Justa ask, and if you are busy the person decide if can wait or not. I do not recommend, for anything. THE WORST EMPLOYEE

Fantastic crew here! I am from out of town and in a rental truck that picked up a nail in a tire. They were just about to close and took me in, last minute to plug the tire and get me back on my way which was a huge relief. They were all super nice and helpful!! I d highly recommend this Pep Boys!!!

Went in for an oil change and to have my tires checked, through their free report they showed me a few other things that could use attention. Carmen worked with me over the phone to help figure out what I could afford to do right now. She was super helpful and accommodating. One of the things that needed to be fixed was my serpentine belt. This part was one that took some searching around to get. Kenny the manager was a great help on getting the belt as fast as possible and prioritizing the work to get the car back to me as fast as possible. He was also extremely helpful. Overall I would absolutely recommend this Pep Boys location. They have great people working that are trying their hardest to help the customer out. They also do great work.

Service was okay, expensive. Some of the work was not done right or at all, for which the service manager took full responsibility and offered a complementary oil change for the trouble. Repairs eventually were completed and seem correct, but it will naturally take time for me to have full trust again. Kenny did the best he could to remedy, but his team let him down :/

Came in for an oil change that was scheduled in advanced. Was told it would take an hour to get the car in but I needed it done.3 hours later and my car wasn t done with no update and I was told that it was because of a quote. Car was off the lift well before this.While I m usually happy with pep boys this experience was awful and I will almost certainly not be returning and actively discourage others from using them. Lack of care from staff entirely.Edit: After owner asked me to email them they have not replied. Lack of service and professionalism

Service manager Kenneth Aguayo & employee Kaitlin D, were very helpful and kind. Customer service was outstanding. I m also satisfied with the service done in a timely matter. They made sure it was done correctly. I didn t feel like just another car on the list.

Had an 11:30 AM appointment for an oil change, waited 6 hours for my car. Not 3, 4, or even 5 hours. But 6. Don't waste your time here.

Do not leave them your keys! I came in a few weeks ago trying to get my coolant tank replaced they tried to charge me almost 600 bucks for it which is insane I ended up but the parts and doing it myself for a total of 80 bucks however I was unaware that the mechanic at pep boys never tightened the clamp on one of the hoses that pumped coolant into my engine I continued to drive it obviously unaware that mechanics didn t close a hose, ever since I got my car back from pep boys it has run terrible and has had new problems that I never had before I went there. I finally went to a new mechanic today and they told me that due to the previous people who worked on my car (pep boys) they never closed the tube and now my engine is destroyed and my car does not work at all and I have to pay 3 grand to get it fixed. When pep boys totally created problems with my car, I only had a cracked coolant tank and due to them not paying attention or trying to purposely break things so I have to pay them to fix it, what was once just a simple collant replacement is now a whole new engine. Appreciate it pep boys I repeat do not go here do your research a little bit and you will find someone to work on your car you can trust
