Needed a car battery short notice. Daniel & Marc were absolutely wonderful. I have a BMW & Daniel was extremely knowledgeable about that type of car. He explained everything to us regarding the replacement of the battery. They were quick in servicing the car & it was done right. Daniel took special care of my car & did not get it dirty. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely come back because I of him & his team. . He is an asset to your establishment.

Today s visit to Pep Boys was remarkably positive and refreshing. Upon arrival, the staff promptly attended to my vehicle, quickly identifying a faulty battery cable as the issue. Their efficiency in addressing and fixing the problem was impressive. However, the most notable aspect of this experience was their gracious decision not to charge for the service. This gesture of goodwill not only resolved my car troubles but also left a lasting impression of outstanding customer service. Highly commendable!

I ve been a long time customer because I ve always felt the integrity of Pep Boys was above par. However, on my most recent visit when I asked about the manager, Ron Dickinson, I was told that he had retired. Come to find out after speaking to one of Ron s neighbors, he told me that he had quit and went to work for Christian Brothers. I just want you to know that Pep Boys will never get my business again. It makes sense that Ron left your dishonest company and went to work for a Christian company.

The kindest and most wonderful people. They helped me out with my tire problems when I was struggling and I will never forget this amazing experience. Please come to them if you re ever in trouble and they ll be more than happy to help!

Let me share my current visit to this tire place. So I was recommended this place by a close friend of mine and I needed new tires anyways, so I decided to go. Upon arriving at 11:30am I dropped my car off and went across the street to Outback to have a meal thinking it was going to be a quick job. Upon learning my car would not be ready until 7pm that night, I went home until completion. Fast forward to 7pm I learn that my car is ready only to find out that they took out my battery cause it was "faulty" when it wasn't. Doing this messed up my radio and my emergency lights. I wasn't going to write a review or anything until today, a few weeks after the incident, I find the battery case hidden under my jackets. This place was slow, disorganized, and understaffed.The only upside was the employees who repetitively apologized for the experience, yet still charged full price for the job. I don't blame them at all, but the management of the building for understaffing, underequipping, and expecting a good result.I will not be coming back here and I will not be recommending this place to anyone I know.

It s absolutely laughable that someone posted the previous review saying that they threatened the staff, especially the staff in this location, Ron, Matt and their crew are the most caring people in all of Oviedo. I was just in here today and they got me out quick, and helped me with a coupon. Can not say enough AMAZING and good things about this team. Maybe Debbie Downer below me should take her nice pill because these guys would never steer Oviedo or anyone else wrong! Great service to Matt and Mack while Ron is away!

As a driving instructor who relies on my tires for safety, I really appreciated the help I received at Pep Boys in Oveido! Sam went out of his way even though they were busy at the end of the day! This kind of customer service is invaluable when you need it the most!

I have been going to this Pep Boys for over 10 years, and never once regretted it. They ve always been honest with me. They never convince me to get anything done that isn t absolutely necessary and they also tell me when a repair isn t worth it and to save my money. I ve referred all my family and friends to use them for their automotive needs as well. Recently, Matt went way out of his way to take care of my mother s car (and ultimately her safety,) while making sure she got the best deal possible. We are incredibly grateful! I highly recommend! 10/10

First the good: appointment was easy to book, staff was friendly, and car was done in a timely fashion.The bad: paid $300 for an ac repair that didn t fix the issue. It was cold when I left, but within a week it was back to not working. Waste of money and I will not be back.

Stopped at Pepboys (Oviedo) last week for a minor item. Found out that the gentleman who has been the Manager at that location (Ron Dickinson)was no longer there. Was told he retired but I have learned otherwise. He has moved on to Christian Bros. down the street. Ron was the main reason I used Pepboys. Always great customer service. Needless to say, I ll be following Ron.

Ron, the Manager, and Sam at the front desk were absolutely wonderful this evening and provided me with excellent service and truly made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in .even though it was already late in the day, they made room to get my vehicle serviced and I was in and out within an hour! Thank you so much, Ron and Sam, for going above and beyond for me today, I really appreciate you both and your Team very much! This Oviedo Mitchell Hammock location is my new favorite Pep Boys and I will absolutely be bringing my Jeep Grand Cherokee here from now on .I highly recommend this location!

I have patronized this location for many years for all of my cars upkeep, tires & repairs. I recently went because my tire was leaking air. Matt helped me out that day getting me quick repair & with helping me pick out & order a perfect new set of tires. I made an appointment and came back the next week to have my new tires installed & my oil changed. Matt was there again. He got me in/out in a convenient amount of time & answered all of my many questions. Ron has always been being awesome and I hope to see Matt at that location being awesome for many years to come! Thanks guys!

I use my local Pep Boys just up the road from my home. They do a terrific job with oil changes, AC maintenance, and keeping my vehicles mechanically sound. Keep in mind I had done this work myself for over 54 years; but, age prevents me from continuing to fully maintain my car and truck. So, I had to decide who would continue my work. Pep Boys is my choice to replace myself and keep my vehicles sound and reliable.

Ron the manager is extremely polite. Walk you through the job to be done and if there is any financing to be done, gives you the best advice. Great team all around.

Finding a quality, honest mechanic can be difficult. I ve had nothing but excellent work and honest repairs from this Pep Boys location. From new tires, replaced brakes, issues from overheating, and even air conditioner fixes, Pep Boys has helped me many times over the years always providing the same quality that they stand behind and going above and beyond to help make the work affordable. Being without a car is difficult but Pep Boys convenient hours make it easy to drop off and pick up on evenings and weekends. I m a lifelong customer.

Been coming to this location since 2014. Couldn't be happier with the service I receive. Every time I'm treated with respect. They're always are straight with me if there's an issue. Ron & Karl are the best.

After doing a somewhat extensive search for the best deal on tires for my 4Runner, I came across a deal and a rebate that expired that very day, but after contacting the shop, I found that they would need to order the tires and that could take a day or two which would put me beyond the last day of the sale/rebate. Kyle was able to help me over the phone and get the deal done on the last day despite having to wait for the tires to come in - all while being busy enough as it is in the shop, he took the time with me on the phone to get everything ordered in time to meet the deadline of the deal. This location has always been my go to tire shop in the area and this keeps me coming back in the future!

So grateful for the team here. They addressed our concerns and fixed the problem with our car the same day. Prior to coming here we had a poor experience with another place where we were forgotten about and sent away multiple times with no valid point explanation. This Pep Boys Location made us feel heard and safe and is by far the best one I have taken my car to! While I hope I don t have to return anytime soon, if I do, I will be coming back here.

Didn't try to oversell me on anything I didn't want. They were all very helpful and friendly. The prices are pretty fair too. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be coming back to get my breaks fixed! Thank yall!

I have used this shop for 20 years, this is the only shop I use for all brakes, tires, suspension, and front end steering. Cars, trucks, even trailers. I recommend to all my friends. 5 stars!

The guys who worked yesterday 10/01/23 were amazing!!! My daughter is a UCF student and I live an hour away. Her tires were bad off. And Sunday was the only day I could go and purchase them for her. They fit her in the schedule. We went to pick up her car at 3:30ish and they close at 4:00. Her battery was dead and low when she went to leave. They got the car in the bay and got her a new battery. Thank you everyone for working hard especially that close to closing time. There's nothing worse than a mom leaving her kid at college and having car trouble. They made sure she was able to drive away safely and made a mom very happy!! Can't thank everyone enough for their help yesterday!!
