I want to give a big shoutout and kudos to "employee of the day" Daniel Hamil for helping me install replacement wiper blades on my older (and too tall) Toyota Tacoma. As a disabled Army vet, his patience and personal skills made the process stress-free. Daniel's expertise and kindness really made a difference, and I'm grateful for his assistance. Thank you, Daniel, for going above and beyond!

Been here since 9:55 called them at 10:07 cuss the door is locked , they said they open at 7:30 and will open the door for me soon it's 10:22 and I'm still waiting

Mitchell was Outstanding!!! Went in for a new battery for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler and he installed it for free.I was so impressed with his professionalism, and overall way he treated me like I was the only customer. Thank you Mitchell!!!

Update!! Shout out to the team at this OReillys. I went there with a dead battery, and they not only checked it but told me it was an autozone battery, and it was still covered by their warranty. They saved me a couple hundred bucks. Go there and give these folks your business. Honest and helpful.

As soon as I walked through the door, one guy asked what I needed and sprang into action. I needed to buy a ball hitch for my truck and felt like I was getting white glove service because after we figured out which one, the other big guy behind the counter said "where's your truck" and then unexpectedly INSTALLED it for me in like 5 minutes. Now he did not have to do this and I don't expect it to be the norm, but damn I was impressed. I'm locked into this auto store now and I will tell people. Great job O'Reilly team!

Customer service was great thought I had brought the wrong part when I got home and then I went back and the gentleman there took care of business by showing me how to install the part that I had purchased great customer service thank you

This year (2019) we've had three batteries replaced (3 different cars) at this location (Oviedo). Each time the staff has been helpful, courteous, and friendly. The prices are comparable to other auto parts stores and they give a military discount (19%). I've bought other various parts and fluids at this location and the experience has been the same each time. I recommend this store.

They have always been really helpful and able to take care of everything I need.I have visited this location twice so far once to test and consequently purchase a new battery and another to pickup some wipers for me and my wife s vehicles.When I brought the battery before I even made it to the front door one of the employees let me at the door and offered to test it. When I needed the wipers they did not have one in stock and had it there the next evening for me to pickup. Location is always clean and well kept. Seriously one of the best parts stores in the area.

First I want to thank a special staff member Vincent he was the best!! The entire staff was very helpful and friendly one of the staff members Vincent stood out he went out of his way to help me when there was no customers in the store he came out to make sure I was doing okay. I had to replace the alternator in my vehicle. Vincent just on his customer service deserves a raise.. I have never been to an O'Reilly's but I can guarantee you I will be coming back to this individual store just for the customer service alone and how they step out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. Again I do want to send out a special thank you and let you know that I am very grateful for the staff member Vincent if he was the only staff member in this store I would still return to this individual store. I just have one recommendation please put the grease removal soap in the women's bathroom every time I needed to wash my hands I had to use the men's bathroom for the soap.

I needed help figuring out what was wrong with my brake lights and O'Reilly was able to point out that it was my fuse. They showed me the right products to resolve the issue with caring attitudes. This is the shop I will keep going to for further assistance with any other car issues.

Great staff and extremely helpful. Needed a new battery for my Mazda they took the time to look up my account and gave me a very fair price. I definitely recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts. They even installed it also.

My battery died suddenly but I was able to jump the battery and fortunately, O'Reilly's was close by. The staff was very helpful especially Big Mike! He installed the battery within minutes and had the me back up and running.

My car battery died unexpectedly and Jon at O'Reilly took car of me. He checked my old battery, hooked me up with a new one and installed it quickly. He went above and beyond and was super courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Great customer service! So happy to have them in Oviedo. They got me up and running as quick as could be.

Wonderful staff and great service.Special thanks to Jon Askins for helping me when I lost my serpentine belts across the street from the store. He made sure I had all the parts and tools to replace the belt and without his help I would have been stranded for hours.I highly recommend this store for the knowledgeable staff and the old school service.

We shop here for all of our company concession trailers and vehicles! As a business owner, understanding that the customers needs are priority is key and this place exceeds expectations every time! Jeremy, Robby, and the guys helped us with a wiring issue we had with our trailer and got us back on the road in no time! Look no further for the best place in town to get auto parts and more!

Im a man with little car knowledge and things can be confusing in an auto parts store. I've always felt welcome here and usually receive assistance as soon as I walk in the door. The employees are always ready to look something up and answer any questions you may have. Good prices on parts too.

O'Reilly is definitely my favorite car parts store. I was so glad they were open until late. Keiton was EXTREMELY helpful and helped engineer a DIY headlight for me (he offered, I didn't even have to ask!) so I could make it home without getting pulled over. Excellent service and reliable parts! Gotta love O'Reilly.

I called O REILLY to see if there was some sort of mobile service to jump the car since my car was parked facing a sidewalk at an angle. Extremely long jumper cables would be needed.Jeremy K, the manager, asked my location and when he saw I was right around the corner, he offered to come jump the car with his transportable battery. The jump wasn t successful but he did mention that the battery was original to the car which is 4 years old. He offered to give me a ride to the shop, pick out a battery to replace it with, and install the battery. My stress decreased 100% and I knew I was in safe hands.This type of customer service is extremely rare these days. I was up and running in less than an hour. Jeremy went above and beyond to help and I am truly appreciate for this level of care and help.
