LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN. My AC went out about a year ago right before I got into a accident (the first photo) I brought my car in and these guys went above and beyond and were even able to help me get the hood to latch and it s now secure! And now my AC is blowing ice cold, just in time for summer. You can tell they are all about helping someone out rather than most places just trying to get $$ out of you. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone needing any type of work done on their car. These people are awesome

Walk in and be prepared for a surprise! I came for an oil change. They got me right in, the manager introduced himself and gave me tips specifically for my car. It was a real pleasure to wait, with cookies and coffee and clean comfortable surroundings. I am convinced this will be my shop from now on. They have a low labor rate and it looks like they provide any service I might need including tires and battery. I can t remember the last time I was impressed by a car repair shop!

First time here. Dropped my car off at noon thinking the engine was blown. They called me at 4 saying it was ready to pick up. Great communication from the employees & good prices. Only place in town i trust.

I called 5 other places in Orlando, nobody was willing to work on my 69 Cadillac DeVille. Expert car care took excellent care of me and my baby. Very knowledgeable, did excellent work, and very reasonable. I ll definitely be going back. Thank guys!

1st time coming here, after being referred to by my neighbor. Super friendly, honest people. Overheard a phone conversation with a customer telling them they ONLY needed a battery (called & checked the warranty) instead of the starter they thought they needed. Will DEFINITELY become a repeat customer!

Came in to get a tire patch and I gotta say the whole team was extremely helpful. In and out quick. No one wasted any time and everyone was very respectful and nice. Logan especially hooked it up for me and got the patch done very quick. He s a great worker he sure to ask for him because he ll get you right. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

I like this place a lot. They're quick, courteous, don't keep you waiting for too long, and fair in their pricing. Plus, they also have great coffee :) I was losing tire pressure, and the found that I had a broken tire rim. Since I needed to order a new rim from the dealer, they didn't charge me anything for the eval. Again, great place for your service needs. Highly recommend it.

I been to many shops over the years for many different car problems, and have to say this was by far the smoothest mechanic experience. Thanks to the crew at Expert Car Care for promptly diagnosing and fixing my A/C issue. Good quality mechanics who look out for the customer are hard to find these days, and these guys are definitely keepers. Hopefully it won't be anytime soon but I'll definitely bring my car back next time!!!

Check engine light came on and auto zone told me to come here. Logan was welcoming and very helpful. Scotty checked my car out and was honest about what needs to be fixed. Overall I had a great experience, especially since I m a girl who knows nothing about cars. Would recommend coming here and getting your car serviced.

This is the best car care shop I ve ever been to. I would rate higher than 5 if it was an option. My car had a flat tire and I needed it fixed immediately as I have no other source of transportation to work. I had my car towed here where I was met by the best front desk staff and staff member Logan. He was very kind and helped me fix my tire immediately without any issues. The tire change overall took less than 15 minutes and everything was handled with care and expertise. I recommend this place to anyone looking for car care.

Got a flat tire last night and called right before they closed to see if I could come in today and how readily available my tires were in case it couldn't be plugged or patched. Everyone was so helpful and the whole process was super quick and efficient. When I went in this morning, Logan located the leak (which was a bit tough actually) and fixed it (for a very reasonable price, too). Logan was super informative, thorough, and kind along the way. Felt like I had a minor lesson in tires... Always greatly appreciate when people explain what they are doing and why. Great experience as always.

As a girl I m normally very afraid to get any kind of car work done but Logan was very nice and helpful and made sure to explain everything he was doing to my car. Overall, this place was very welcoming and pretty cheap. I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

I ve been coming here for 25+ years now and they ve always been fair and honest with me. Over that time I ve had Nissans, Chevys, GMCs, Audis, & Mercedes serviced. From routine maintenance to major repairs. Their quality of service is excellent and they truly stand by their work. My GMC is in for an oil change and alignment check today. 5 Stars again!!!

A great place. Earlier this year I noticed a huge nail in my tire and knew if I pulled it out I would have a flat immediately. I pulled into Expert Car Care and asked them to look at it. I waited about 2 minutes for a young man to come out, look at the tire, go back into the shop to get the supplies he needed. He pulled the nail, plugged it and put air in the tire. At no cost to me. It made my day. That is how you earn business!

i recently had a great experience at this shop. Had a popped tired and their expert Logan helped me out and was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there less than 20 minutes with a fixed tire and also already had a quote for a new set waiting for me! Excellent customer service and i would highly recommend to a friend or anyone in need of car services. Ask for Logan and he ll set you up!

Couple of months ago I went to another service shop to patch my tire, but they didn t do a good enough job since I was still getting the low tire pressure notification weeks later. I came here and they were able to guide me with what was wrong. Expert Car Care replaced my old patch with a new and bigger patch free of charge saving me $ from getting a complete new tire. Amazing customer service.

I just recently started going here but I ll never go anywhere else now. They work hard to get you in and out as fast and efficiently as they can, they communicate with me before any work is done, and everyone is friendly and professional. Anything I have needed to get done has gotten done efficiently and more importantly, correctly. The office space is beautiful and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!!

Logan and Scott are absolute wizards. Diagnosed my Tacoma quickly and gave a great price to fix it. Quality people and great work at a great price. Their waiting room is super clean with coffee and snacks. Would 100% recommend taking your car here.

I trust these guys. I've used them twice for new tire installs. Also a couple of brake jobs. They've also squeezed me in a few times to patch my tire when I picked up a nail. Highly recommend.

The customer service here at Expert Car Care is WONDERFUL!! My daughter took her car here for an oil change. The talkative guy (I forgot his name) came out and talked to my daughter and I the whole time we were there. Very nice guy I live in NC and never had such good customer service..GREAT JOB, KEEP BEING A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Work was good Hours maybe a bit excessive:Well, my oil leak is stopped and my engine mount seems solid and good. However, 2 hours estimate for the oil lines and 5 hours estimate for the engine mount is 7 hours labor and. $120 parts. I approved the work to begin at 11am and they called me as finished at 245pm so the price was inflated for labor. I was not credited any money for the unused 3 hours but the work completed, seems solid. Maybe I m nitpicking but it gives me a sense that my estimate was not an estimate but a quote. I did ask them to finish the work, that day

Honest, trustworthy, fair, good service. They quoted me for a service but recommended I check if I m under warranty with my dealership. Turns out I am. They chose to look out for my best interest and saved me money, even though they could have just charged me themselves. I will be back!

Fast, polite, and quick service. The waiting room was quite nice, had snacks and refreshments, comfortable seating. Diagnostic for my mechanical issue was only $60. If you re looking for a new mechanic or you re a ucf student who s never had to deal with car issues before and you re super anxious about having to deal with it, I highly recommend you give these guys a chance, I can guarantee you won t regret it.

I have always gone to expert car care and they always take care of me. No matter what is wrong with my car, they tell me how it is. Customer service is great. I give a thank you to you guys for always taking care of me. A special thank you to jorge that he is the one who actually always takes care of me, makes sure am always good and makes sure i understand whats going on and obviously helps me take the better route when it comes to my car. You guys rock and are awesome. I recommend you guys to everyone and anyone who asks. Keep doing what your doing. You guys rock.
