Pete and Camille were wonderful to work with. Pete explained the process to determine where my oil leaks were coming from, avoiding unnecessary repairs. They stayed in contact with me following up on the progress on my 2008 H2 Hummer.Pete explained and showed me in detail what needed to be done. If you need any automotive work done, this is the place to go.

Having my daughter's car transmission give out while she is 1,000 miles away at school was upsetting. The servicing mechanic highly recommended Delta Transmissions and now I know why. They treated the entire circumstance as if it had happened to their own daughter. The communication, timeline and repair were all beyond my greatest expectations. A true family company in every sense of the word. I couldn't be more pleased. I thoroughly endorse what the servicing mechanic said, "I highly recommend Delta Transmissions!" 5+stars!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this business! Pete and Camille were wonderful to work with for my sons car needs. They spent several hours working through steps making sure his car did not need work on the transmission. The throttle body sensor simply needed to be replaced. And they did all this at no charge. So if you need honest/fair car work I would highly recommend Delta Transmissions. Thank you for everything again!

Pete and the family are ROCKSTARS of the transmission world. Delta Transmission is the only place I'll bring my, or my family's vehicles. This will be the 4th transmission in as many vehicles. NONE have ever failed me. I would recommend Pete to ANYONE. DELTA TRANSMISSION is the best option for your transmission.

I went here on the advice of my normal mechanic as he's admitted himself he's not great with transmissions, and he referred me here for good reason. I had a transmission code that had popped up on my Dakota and it could've been a major issue. I took my truck here hoping for the best, but prepared for whatever repair may be needed. These guys did a very thorough inspection, and checked everything from top to bottom. Nothing ended up being wrong, which made my day just perfect. Best part, they did all of this at no charge. I just want to say thank you again, as it solidified my decision to keep my truck and I'm ever so happy with the help you provided. Thank you all so much!

2019 f150. I was suspicious of the reviews being too good. I was wrong in thinking so, they took care of my transmission leak in a couple days and helped me on the spot when a check engine light came on shortly after. Delta transmissions is the most honest and knowledgeable auto repair shop around. I use them for all my auto repair and maintenance needs. Their pricing is very fair and they are a family owned business. They are down to earth people who go out of thier way to ensure all repairs are done 100%. I am relatively new to the area and relieved that I found an auto repair shop I can completely trust.

Finally, I found a knowledgeable mechanic shop I can trust!! I brought my son's car here after having issues that another mechanic shop locally couldn't figure out or fix, actually they made the issue worse. Delta Transmissions did an amazing job and repaired the issue!! They are very knowledgable and professional. Pete went above and beyond with repairing my vehicle and did it in a timely manner. I also brought my wife's car in and once again they did an amazing job. I am so happy to finally have found a place that I can trust with all of my vehicles. I have referred all of my family and friends to Delta Transmissions for all their mechanic needs because I know they will be well taken care of. If you need a honest or if you need a friendly or even very experienced transmission expert I can say you are on the best way to meet with him soon. Pete and his wife been around in this business for ages and serviced my cars in Orlando area for long years. What I miss is really chatting with them in the office. with your car service you will be in best hands for sure....as I was untill I moved away from central FL. Thank you guys

My mechanic recommended this place to me when the transmission went out on my Ford Escape recently. The guys at Delta did a complete rebuild of my transmission at a more reasonable price than Ford quoted me. I took the car home and it felt like it was still shifting rough. They had me bring it back in and figured out that the computer in the Escape had to be updated. They paid a programmer at no cost to me to come update the computer so the new transmission could work properly with the system. They also were kind and gracious to me when I made an appointment and forgot about it. And they bent over backwards to make sure the car worked properly. I will use again and will recommend to others.

I have done my own mechanical work my entire life including replacing Transmissions.. I've had nothing but issues with transmission repair shops in Florida but Delta is definitely number one and they saved me. They treat you like a human being they don't give you garble that will get to it sometime this month and did a fantastic job on the work they did for my truck. I plan on bringing my SUV back next week. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of auto repairs.

Took my jeep to Delta with what I thought was a transmission problem expecting to have to get it rebuilt. After diagnosis, it turned out to be a voltage issue to the computer due to a bad cell in the battery. The batterywas replaced and all is good. So nice had to have a shop that diagnoses the problem and not just replace parts. Also had a check engine light for emissions and only had to replace the gas cap.Would highly recommend these folks.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

I was having some thought to be transmission issues. They diagnosed and test drove and found only a faulty ignition coil. Told me the cylinder and let me know they could do it or let me do it. And no charge for the diagnosis. So this backs up what other reviews have said. Honest business. They have my future business on transmission work.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Delta Transmission earned a new faithful customer.My truck was exhibiting signs that were possibly transmission related. They diagnosed and put in time to helping figure out the issue. After hours of work, they determined the issue was not transmission related and advised me of what all diagnostics got them to the conclusion. Then, rather than pushing me along, Peter took time and told me where to take it next and how to address it with them. Best of all they waived any and all diagnostic fees! Peter and the gang seemed very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again when needed!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Definitely recommend! When I couldn t start our truck, my husband, who was out of town at the time, called the shop; the Delta guys came to our house to get it started and drove it to their shop to fix it so we didn t have to pay for a tow. Amazing people and service!!! The service engine light of our car came on in our trip to our daughter s house in Winter Springs this last Christmas, weWent to their shop to see what was wrong. They put the computer and let us know transmission was bad, but didn t stop there, he ask us for the key and drive the car around for a while to tested. When he got back he explained we need to replace the transmission and since it was very expensive to repair and our car is not that new we decided not to do it and maybe purchase a new car, but we were concerned if we could go back to Miami. The owner was so kind and gave us tips on how to drive back to be safe and dedicated us a lot of time to explain everything and showed us the issues on the computer. Thanks to him we were able to make the trip back home safe without any problems(he was right on all the recommendations and knew exactly how we should drive the car with a bad transmission to make it back home) We are so thankful to him and all his staff that were so helpful and treated us with respect and kindness. We want to recommend his shop to anyone who needed and we want to say they are so knowledgeable and caring for others even they are not making any money, they go the extra mile to help and advice people!!! Thank you to the whole team and God Bless you all with a lot of success and abundance to continue the good work!!!

These folks are the best. They repaired one of our company's service vans with great efficiency, honesty and expertise. We couldn't have asked for better professionalism. Excellent prompt and friendly service for starters. I had a 2005 Ford Escape Limited V6, transmission (CD4E) was lagging, feeling stuck once it got to highway speeds (affecting acceleration and hard shifting). I brought it here, they did the diagnostics and the overhaul on the unit, Pete gave me an honest outlook on the job and his recommendations. Got it back, and wow what a difference, the car drives, accelerates and shifts normally as expected for the age ! Going on the highway and stop/go traffic isn't a hassle for me now ! Speechless! You know the difference between a grease monkey and a mechanic? Diagnostic ability. Anybody can change your oil, but a real mechanic can figure out the problem - which is somewhere between an art and a science. And diagnosing can be expensive! These Delta guys' first round on my clutch didn't turn out like we had hoped, but they kept at it until they found the problem. Though they worked on the car three times - and here's the kicker - they only charged me for the first time! I didn't even know what to say I was so surprised when Pete told me. He said, "Just give us a good review." You guys are the best!

I was buying a used vehicle and had concerns about the transmission. I showed up to Delta Transmissions unannounced. They seemed plenty busy, but within 5 minutes someone was taking the car out for a test drive. They confirmed the transmission was in good working order and gave me tips on what to do if it ever had an issue. Seemed like real nice people.

I have a 2000 f350 powerstroke, 4-door, 4x4 (so everything under it is big and a pain to deal with). The trans (4R100) went completely out, and other local transmission shops wanted to just replace it with another OEM style unit, for a small fortune. I worked with Pete Sr and his family at Delta and he understood what I wanted. I now have a heavy-duty built trans with shift kit and heavy duty torque converter with a great warranty at less than half the price of the other shops. I highly recommend Delta Transmissions!

I recently took my daughter s truck to be checked at Delta Transmission in Oviedo. Clutch was making an odd noise when engaged when vehicle was cold. Over the phone they told me their shop was full for the week but if I swinged by they would take a look and give me an estimate. Long story short, truck stayed over night, got a call next day and was told that after getting it on the lift they diagnosed it as just wear in the clutch mechanism, recommendation: just leave it and wait to service clutch which is half life (truck has 100k mi). Charge: they declined to charge me even if they spent about 1/2 hour looking at it on the lift. It was then I understood why their shop was full of commercial vehicles. So even if I never had any work done in their shop I would recommend them as they were not only honest, they also choose to help me out no questions asked.Delta transmission on Broadway across from bowling alley.PS.
