Logan was a LIFESAVER! I came in with battery/terminal issues. He greeted me when I walked in and assured he would be with me shortly since he was helping another customer. He checked my battery and alternator, and tightened my loose terminal to perfection free of charge and all with a great attitude! My engine light is off and my car starts up flawlessly. Thank you so much!

Tom was delightful and extremely helpful with helping us replace our battery. His sense of humor and passion really shines. The stressful situation was fixed quickly and having Tom help us out was an amazing experience that was very enjoyable.

Tom and his team were absolutely incredible!! After being turned away at pep boys down the road I came in looking for a battery and an install. This Auto Zone has always been very helpful with any problem I ve brought in. Tom, on my last two visits, has gone over the top to make sure my problem isn t just solved, but that it is working properly and is the right solution for my vehicle and my lawn mower. Just want to thank Guisephi for the amazing service today! My starter was cranking very slowly and I didn't know if it was the alternator, the starter, the battery, or a short (or some combination thereof)....thankfully, he not only conclusively diagnosed it as a battery problem, but gave the terminals a good cleaning (it was not pretty, they had not been cleaned in years!), installed a new Duralast, and also pointed out a small oil leak that I would have never found on my own. He also replaced the holding arm for the battery at no extra charge (which I guess had loosened up over time and just fallen out).Always appreciate the helpfulness & professionalism of the employees at this location! A few years ago they were tremendously helpful to me when something worse happened (i.e. a worn belt that shredded while I was driving down Alafaya! I had to pull over, and walked about a mile to this store). I remembered how much they helped me then and that's why I came back to this one today, when I could have easily gone to a dozen that were much closer to my house. I'm glad I did!

Good to have an AutoZone nearby. And to have most accessories in stock on racks. That saves having to return something you might otherwise have purchased online and didn't like after receiving it.

My wife and I pride ourselves on highlighting excellent customer service. Today is one of those moments when I d like to highlight GIUSEPHI BOBADILLA, he was great on both our visits today first, we needed some breaks for her vehicle and he assisted us end we left with both the front and back brakes in hand. The second visit was a few hours later when we needed to change the battery in her vehicle he first assisted by checking the battery and confirming that it indeed needed to be changed, he then assisted by changing the battery and informing us that we had two months left on the warranty. Because of him our experience at AutoZone was a five star experience. I d like to thank him again on behalf of myself and my family.

I had a fantastic experience at this AutoZone auto parts store. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me in finding the best products for my needs. What impressed me even more is that they offer a price match if you find something at a lower cost elsewhere. This commitment to customer satisfaction sets them apart. I highly recommend this store for both their excellent service and willingness to ensure you get the best value for your money.

I absolutely wish I could give more than 5 stars to this location and its staff, I had a truly incredible experience. Yesterday my car broke down and after 6 attempts to jump it we unfortunately had to tow the car. It was towed to a mechanics shop that unfortunately was closed, so I walked across the street to this autozone. I am a college student and the nearest family I have is 3 hours from here so I was truly stranded, with the mechanics shop closed and no way to get back to my apartment I was absolutely panicked. The autozone employees were absolutely amazing and not only replaced and tested my battery but walked with me all the way across the street to the mechanics shop where it had been towed and replaced it for me! I am so so incredibly thankful to the staff otherwise I would have been stranded out there for hours. I cannot fully express how wonderful and helpful everyone was! Thank you guys so so much!!

Busy day at AutoZone, Logan was absolutely stellar! Provided an explanation as well as assisted me in addressing a careless mistake of a mechanic at Valvoline who did not place my filter in the correct position and left everything open. Logan is efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 whatever you re paying him, it isn t enough. Thank you Logan!

Manager Ronnie was the best. Educated me how to take care of my ac, as well as how to maintain my battery. My car now blows cold air and my battery no longer drain. I recommend everyone to go to auto zone and ask For Ronnie. He educates you on how to use the tools you need as well as create related moment for better understanding. All in all great customer service!!! Excellent Job!!!!

Tom and Glenn are good guys. Helped me get the correct light bulbs for my car and even personally installed them for me. Friendly and fast service I would highly reccomend this location

James, the cashier who assisted me with choosing a quart of oil, was very courteous and helpful. He even checked my oil levels upon my request and showed me how to, since I have been concerned about a small oil leak.

Very friendly people, convenient store with most of the things I need. Yesterday I needed a break charge on my battery and the guy working there didn't think twice to grab a jumper start and help me out. Excellent attitude!

Tyler was very helpful and accommodating on Saturday, but we couldn't make it in before closing time. Hunter welcomed my request, as my daughter needed to have her battery checked and he took care of the problem and had her on her way within a short period of time. Great customer service at this store and friendly, knowledgeable crew! Thank you for taking care of my girl, very highly recommended!!!! Great and amazing staff! Thank you again!

Great service! Came in because I got told my battery was almost dead after an oil change and they happily retested it for me and told me it was in great condition. Will definitely be back!

Came in with a battery problem an hour before closing, they provided excellent service. They found that they did not have the battery in stock for our model, so they looked for a nearby store that had what we needed and called them to tell them that we were coming. When we went to leave, the battery was dead, and they jumped the car. Workers were very kind, and I would rate 6 stars if possible.
