Great experience. Fair prices and quick. Travis, the manager, looked for the best option and provided knowledge and friendly service. Best tire shop I have ever been to. Highly recommended

We got an oil change, tire rotation and brakes. It was such a great experience, from the ease of getting an appointment and not having to sit around all day while waiting for the work to get done. Denise was such a nice person to deal with and we felt like we got good, honest work done for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

Amazing service. Fast and efficient. Prices are outstanding, by far the lowest in the area. Staff is very knowledgeable and funny, makes the wait time feel like nothing with the funny conversations. 10/10 will recommend to all my friends and family.

When for a oil change and they rotated my tires at no extra charge they also found that i needed brakes and they show you not just tell you by sending you a email with pictures and an estimate alot of places try to sale you things that you don't even need. They were honest with me i would recommend them for anyone that needs honest service.

This is the greatest experience I ve ever had at a tire repair shop!! Had a flat tire this afternoon. John and DJ went out of their way to get me the tire I needed to replace while also checking for any other issues. They even stayed past closing time for me. I have never been to a repair shop where the employees were as honest as John and DJ. They were truthful about what I actually needed and never attempted to try and scam me into paying for services I dont need. This really is the best repair shop i have ever been to and I HIGHLY recommend everyone to come here even if it may be out of the way.

Best service! The front desk gentleman went above and beyond for me. He was short staffed and did everything physically possible to get my truck in and out. I will be coming back for all my mechanical needs. I definitely recommend this place.

First time going there today for a tire alignment, service was good they are nice and polite, I didn't have to wait for too long, they even do a complete diagnostic of my car and the work was done well! Completely recommended.

I had an issue with my tire this morning. Tire Outlet has been doing my auto repairs for about a year. I walked in without an appointment and John greeted me with a smile and was bery helpful. End result I needed a new tire and John went out of his way to find me a great deal. He was very pleasant and helpful.

I had a terrible experience here so far. A couple months ago, I got an alignment. The car felt okay, but never felt right. A couple of weeks ago, I came in to get it realigned. The guys said it should be all set and straight. The alignment got worse after that, and started pulling to the right. THE WORST PART, however, is they brushed up against a wall in my car. They have yet to admit to it, and I have been waiting two weeks for the boss to pull the camera footage. Clearly they are dodging me. When I came back to get it realigned again and notify them of the damage, they said alignment is perfectly fine and that it drives straight. The problem is it doesn't, and it is only then he said there may be something wrong with my suspension. It took them way too long to realize that may be an issue (30k mile vehicle btw), and they have been lying the entire time. The alignment won't get refunded until they pull the camera footage, so it seems like I am out of luck. In total, I've been there three times for them to fix the alignment, no progress. In attached photos, you can see how the wheels are facing opposite sides, after the alignment. Also, there is a photo of the scratches, as you can see there is no paint transfer from another car, but there is scuffs from what looks like their gray walls. Wish I had better things to say about this "5" star place

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. These people are dishonest. I called to get a price for an oil change on my 2013 BMW, and was told TWICE that the price would be $59.95. When my wife got there with the car, she was told that it required Special Oil (untrue) and that the price would be $159. Apparently these folks think they can prey on uninformed women.

So, I went to Tire Outlet in Ormond Beach, FL. I saw they opened at 8:00 today and got there � hour early as I have a busy schedule. I spoke to the person in charge, told him I needed an oil change, and he said okay I will take you as soon as we open at 8:00 AM. So, at 8:00 the mechanic told me to go into the office for paperwork and I went in and there were two other customers inside. He (the person I spoke with @ 7:30) asked me if I had an appointment, I said no, but you said you would take me as soon as you open. He then said well I have to take those with appointments first, he only has one mechanic. I said why didn t you tell me that earlier. He just looked at me with this stupid look on his face. I guess he just thought I had all the time in the world and would be willing to wait for hours. I don t understand how some of these business chains can hire such incompetent personnel. So, if you want aggravation and waste your time, Tire Outlet is the place to go. If you want a stress-free oil change, go anywhere else.

I ve only been there once but they did an awesome job on my car and even helped me with other things, showing me how I could take care of the problem myself. The atmosphere felt very relaxed and family-friendly and almost like visiting with friends. They were also very friendly with my 7-year-old son.

Have been going here since at least 1999. I was having a bad day and they took me in as soon as I walked in and fixed my problem. No more Walmart for me again. Recommend to anyone, especially older people who don't wish to get ripped off.

The Tire Outlet saved our lives! We were on a 10-hour car trip, and the entire car started shaking 3 hours in. We happened to be near this Tire Outlet, so we asked them for help. We had no appointment, and it was less than an hour before they closed, but they helped us anyway. They were extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping us get on our way again as fast as possible. They replaced both of our front tires in less than an hour. I wish we lived closer to them so we could go to them every time!! 10/10!!

Worst place to ever go to , they never keep the same workers or managers, brought 3 different vehicles here & have gotten wheel done & oil change , I ve had 2 oils out with these no good so mechanics , each vehicle I gotten seen about lug nut was loose & one vehicle wheel came off , called the store no one answer , finally get a answer they gave me the run around , ended running into the black guy with dreads that use to work there & he got me together with no problem , shouldn t have to have one of your old workers fix your current workers mistakes , it s ridiculous, please get rid of everybody that works there .

June 2021- Had an oddball tire from a golf cart that needed a flat repair and these guys fix me up. Great guys very friendly, clean place, excellent facilities, very affordable.Update - Jan 2024 - Had a visit with John, the new manager. He s a great guy, answered all my questions very professional and help me get reacquainted with the new staff. As a regular I d like to shop at smaller local stores and have been going here for a while. John made me feel Comfortable and valued. That s the most important thing to me. I like to feel like the company I do business with values me and my business. I ll keep coming back because John did such a great job.
