Excellent professional and expeditious service. Very honest staff. They carry Mobil1 oil, which unknowingly I had brought my own, including the Mobil1 filter. This time they used my own, but in the future, I ll just show up. Additionally, they checked other items on my Grand Cherokee and honestly reported to be in good condition. I wish, I could give them six stars. Highly recommend this Take 5 Oil station.

Always fast and friendly service. And honest! They checked my air filter and it wasn't dirty, the guy told me it didn't need to be changed yet. The past two times I've gone, they've given customers free cold water bottles for their short wait.

I just had to say amazing. The customer service that I received from Jenny and Brendan was outstanding. They are a great tag team and I enjoyed having my car service buy them. I would definitely recommend this particular take five.

These guys always give great professional service. Very polite and appreciative of our business. The guys worked on my car today. They were excellent! I never ask but if they notice anything military on you or your vehicle (like hat, tattoo, or decal), they always ask if you re military. They thank me for my service and They offer a great military discount. You do have to verify service with them (it s the rules) I appreciate that. Prices and service can t be beat! Been using Take 5 Oil Service since my car was new (2020 Altima)..not always at this location. I no longer feel comfortale taking my car here and went back to changing my own oil. Last time at this location was two months ago, One of the technicians tried to talk me into tossing the engine shield away saying it was an unneccessary part. This is a plastic shield under the engine that requires a few plastic push pins to fasten on. The pins would often break during the removal process but in the past Take 5 technicians would always have a supply of new pins to fasten down the shield with no complaints. This place (not other Take 5's) would always whine about it and leave a few pins out. I told him to just put on the plastic engine gaurd on the best he could after hearing is 5 minute speech against Nissan for having the shield and holding the shield in my face. Recently I decided to just order a supply of these plastic pins off amazon and do my own oil...pins were cheap and oil change took me 10 minutes in my driveway...just can't stand their whining about replacing these pins. My suggestion to the manager is get a supply of push pins and if it is an issue tell the customer before the oil change so he doesn't have to get that lecture by some teenage kid.

First come first serve? Apparently not at Take 5. I arrived at this location at around 3:30PM. When I arrived all three bays were taken and 2/3 lanes outside were taken. I took the end lane and patiently waited. Take five says that the oil changes only take 10 minutes. While I understand that there are occasionally delays, it was apparent to me that things were going quite slow at this location. While I waited the driver next to me, got out of her truck, close the hood and left. She had obviously been waiting since before I arrived, and her patience had reached an end. Two lanes over from me, the driver also left while I waited. As I waited, multiple vehicles came and went, all the while the three vehicles in the bays that were there when I arrived were still there. As a patiently waiting my turn, I realized that I was the only vehicle that had been waiting the entire time I was there. I wondered, will they realize that the other two lanes have different customers than were there when I first arrived? As it turns out, they did not. Interestingly, all 2/3 vehicles in the bays left at approximately the same time, with the exception of a red Camaro that was in the first bay, which left shortly after I pulled it. I waited for one of the technicians to come talk to me and no one did. Instead, they began working on the truck that was in the middle lane. This truck was similar in make, model, and color to the one that was there and had already left. I grew frustrated at the fact that I had been waiting over an hour for my oil change, and the technicians simply ignored me and worked on the other vehicles. It became apparent to me that they either did not know, or did not care, that I should have been the first to receive service, as I was the only one who had been there for well over an hour. When the technician finally decided to come talk to me, I made it clear that they had skipped me. I told them the other two vehicles that were in the bay had arrived well,after I had. One of the technicians mildly apologized, and then said, I ll be right back. Upon his return, he stated that he had checked the video, and from what he could tell, I was not the one who had been there for the longest. I knew this was not true and asked a simple question, why would I lie about this? I went so far as to list the vehicles I had seen both come and go in the time I waited. In fact, multiple cars had pulled in decided that the wait was taking too long and left before the technicians finished the three vehicles which were there when I first arrived. The technician wanted to argue with me that he had video evidence. I again asked, why would I make this up? He seemed to have no answer, except to say, I ve seen the video. I again stated, your video has no bearing as I have been sitting here waiting the entire time. I then listed vehicles I had seen come and go again.From the outset of all of this, all I truly wanted was for them to admit they made a mistake and apologize. But it became very apparent that, instead of admitting their mistake, they were far more interested in trying to prove that they had not made a mistake. I don t know if it was pride, or stubbornness, or simply a lack of knowledge, as to how to deal with customer complaints, but the technician seemed far more interested in being right than in treating the customer in the proper manner. It is obvious to me that this is a leadership issue. If they had proper management and training, then they would ve known how to deal with the situation in a way that was satisfactory to the customer. Unfortunately, it is obvious that training has not happened at this location. And it is for this reason that I will not be returning to this location in the future. The simple fact is, they could have done a much better job handling this, and admitting their mistake. But instead, because of the way they chose to handle it, they have lost a customer. I was left feeling disrespected, and as though they were suggesting I was lying about what I had seen. It was insulting. I will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic service with big smiles, very knowledgeable crew, and super fast oil change. The name is not a lie. Even offered us bottles of chilled water as we pulled in! Shout out to Lance and Kevin! Wish they'd open up in Fort Lauderdale. Next time we stop in Ormond Beach, we'll know where to go for an oil change and friendly chat.

I never write reviews but the experience I had at this location was impeccable. Daniel and Zac both provided service above and beyond expectations as the last shop I had my oil changed at had ruined the bolts on my skid plate blocking access to drain my oil but they worked to find a solution well after the 7:00pm close time. Both of these guys were some of the most professional and dedicated managers delivering unmatched results. Will definitely be returning the next time I need an oil change. Thanks again guys.

I was kinda iffy here taking my bmw here usually you go to bmw or euro garage to get oil done well I be shocked this place didn't have the oil they ran over to store got my oil unreal service that was amazing to see and hear! Daniel took care of me ! Talk about one amazing employee ! He did everything I asked or needed to be checked unfortunately my air filter wasn't in stock but it's ok they did the cabin air filter for me oil change and everything his other employee for got his name was cool ! Wife took her Jeep Cherokee here. Came home and vehicle was smoking heavily. Receipt showed oil change for a large truck. Took vehicle to mechanic and they verified there was 2 1/2 quarts more than required for it causing gaskets to blow and other internal issues. BE VERY Cautious when using these places. I have reached out to there corporate office about the matter as my engine is no longer any good in a 2018 Cherokee with less than 60k miles on it YET have heard nothing. This is the SLOWEST Take 5 location I have ever went to. It is brutal to sit here 45 min to an hour. Absolutely no hustle. Ridiculous.

Jhensen noticed that I didn t need an oil change in the car I just bought and instead of changing clean a new oil, he advised me of the situation. Being grateful for his integrity and honesty, I went ahead and had him replace the cabin filter, air filter, and wiper blades. It was not only exceptional customer service, but I feel he went above and beyond and showed an enormous amount of integrity. It was okay I understand paying a little more for them letting me sit inside my car, and the bottle of water-but it was black Friday and I also had a 25$ discount coupon. I still paid 102 dollars for an oil change. All of my friends are like whoa! They saw me coming. Maybe next time I'll do more research. I don't understand it ended up costing double what the guy on the phone said?

This has to be the best Take 5 we have been to. We travel between NC and Florida and oil changes are often. Take 5 is our go to, easy to track vehicle records and Firestone too slow. This one though. Honestly if I can give zero Stars I would. Don't go here. I got an oil change and they didn't put the oil filter on right and all the oil leaked out. I had to go somewhere to have the whole thing redone and the underneath of my car cleaned. Someone from management called me and said that they would reimburse me everything and now I can't even get a hold of that person so I'm going to be calling them again. I'm so not happy

Im so happy that I went back to that same location in ormond a year later! The store on nova had 3 cars deep in 3 lines. I left after 15 mins. Pleasant experience overall. I had to wait a few minutes for service but that was understandable; they were pretty busy this afternoon. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there was good teamwork between them all. Arr at 1.55. Greeted and directed which bay to wait at. 2pm directed to bay. 2.10pm haven't been spoken to yet. 2.15 overheard employees say bay 2 next. I'm in 1 or 3 of 3 bays. 2.20 still haven't been spoken to yet. So much for a 10min oil change!!! Exited my car to close hood, and told employee I couldn't wait any longer. "Sorry boss" he told me "we only have 3 employees today". And by the way, for this they want $49.99 for a basic oil change!!

I enjoyed going to the place. It was nice to get good customer service. But I wasn't expecting to pay almost 80 dollars for an oil change. From now on when I need an oil change, I'll just have to go to another place. I work across the roads from where the oil change shop is at but I wanted to support that business because I have friends that work there that support where I work. I played an expensive price even with a discount. I won't go there again. But the customer service was great.Service: Oil change
