I purchased my 2014 Dodge Charger from Ormond Fine Import Autos, and I could not be happier with the transaction. Everything went very smooth, and the customer service was phenomenal! Parker was my sales rep., and she did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at Ormond Fine Import Autos. Give Parker a call, she'll help you out, I gaurantee it!

I m a retired Police Officer. I purchased a Mecedez from Marty. He seemed real sincere and even spoke very religious. I paid 12k cash for the car. Within 2 and half months I have put over $3500 in repairs. They were not very truthful and charged me for repairs they did. I know Marty will respond with an explanation or some sort of excuse. You can choose to believe me or not. I m a very honest person and only want to prevent you from going through what I have went thru. Think really hard before you even go see a vehicle at this place let alone buy one from them.

I purchased a 2011 Cadillac from Marty at Ormond Fine Auto and I highly recommend them. Marty worked with me on getting what I needed out of my trade and he let the banks do their job to secure me the best loan. Thanks Marty!

If you're looking for a good deal on a car that are well taken care of and well respected and John is a great dealer and his staff as wonderful as well. We've purchased two cars from them and will continue to send people there. You would really enjoy your experience here. They stand behind their product and if something was wrong, they will take care of it than to stand behind what they do.

The service manager, Tiny, made me feel comfortable and welcome. He helped explain all the services needed on my vehicle. He also allowed me to ask questions and have a better understanding of what would make my vehicle run with excellence. He has a fun/witty personality which makes the atmosphere of the business relaxed and enjoyable. Also, I will be referring my friends and family because of the excellent service I received at a reasonable and competitive price.Finally, The service manager is most handsome man I've ever met so that was an added bonus to the amazing service I received :-)

Went looking for a BMW 3-Series (E46), and found a gem that was impeccably maintained by them for years. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. After a month I noticed my trade-in hadn't been paid off. I made a quick call to the dealer, and they were on the ball and fixed it: it ended up being their bank's fault. It was paid off the next day. Prompt service, and a great overall experience.

After a horrible experience at Daytona s Chrysler service department, we had a friend refer us to this shop. Tiny had his team took a look at our Town and Country in need of repair, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue that was quoted 3 times higher and Tiny was even including oil change and tire rotation in the quote. I held off reviewing because I felt like it was too good to be true and the repair wouldn t hold up like we previously experienced at Chrysler. Well a couple months later everything is still running great and extremely pleased with the service department here. Thanks for the quick fix and earning our trusts!

I stopped by to look at the 370Z this morning.Car looked great but the top was not working. I would have bought it were it not for that. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed that I drove an 1 1/2 from Ocala to see this.The young man who was with me was very nice and showed me other cars but I was already checked out in my mind. After all, first impressions are everything. If there was a problem with the car I was interested in, then in my mind there could be problems with other vehicles.

I live in St. Augustine, FL and for several years now have gladly traveled the 40 miles to get both my cars serviced by Wayne who is exceptionally skilled. Prior to finding Ormond Fine Imports I took my BMW 325 to small operation here in St. Augustine run by a guy with a dealership mentality and price structure to match. Everything was at least $500 even if was to just replace a light bulb. I think you all know the name of that tune.Tiny and Wayne treat their customers the same way that they themselves would like to be treated. The prices are very fair and they don't oversell their service. Credit goes to the owner, John who makes good hiring decisions and knows the value of customer referrals. Going forward I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks to service my cars or help me find my next car. They know their stuff and I trust them!Brady FennellSt. Augustine, FL

Excellent service, fair price, flexible financing options. Initially, I was hesitant to purchase from a used dealership instead of a Volvo dealership with certified pre-owned vehicles, but this was a great experience. Thank you Parker, Tiny, and the whole team. I would absolutely do business with them again in the future.

Great dealership, great staff, great car (used E-class Mercedes). I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of the Ormond Fine Autos staff members (who handled my out of state purchase with ease). The vehicle was in better condition than I could have imagined and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Ormond Fine Autos.

We just had a very positive buying experience here. We loved the no pressure tactics of the friendly and knowledgeable employees. Everyone working there, from Parker to the mechanics, and the service manager, went above and beyond to help us get the dream car put into our garage.

A good place to go if you know the people personally. Outside of that I have had troubles, there was a discrepancy with my vehicle that was worked on at Ormond fine autos. I got my car back and the work was incompleted. I understood with the amount of time that had passed I wouldn't be able to get my money back, I made it clear that that's not what I wanted, but I did want an explanation at the very least. After having spent a good amount of time being ignored, I was spoken to as if I was being dishonest about my experience there and then ignored again and eventually hung up on. This is not an establishment I will be going back to conduct business.

I cannot begin to express my disappointment and disgust with this dealership and their sleezy salespeople. I worked with Parker Steele to buy a car from them. When the car got to me, it immediately started to cause issues. $1,400 later in repairs and the cars back to me. I would stay away from these scam artists at all costs. If I could return this car, I would. Untrustworthy, dishonest, terrible customer service. AVOID!

We went there because of an ad on Cargrus and found them to be very accommodating, in fact so good that we bought the car before we left. They have a small dealer friendliness (not the slick suit and tie atmosphere) and laid back attitude that is all to much missing in today's world. We will be happy to do more business with them in the future.

Never thought I'd be a victim of dealer corruprion. I'm pretty good at ensuring I cross my T's and dot my I's. I was approved on a Friday, made final deal Sat. Then I received a disturbing email from John Sr stating to call him on a private line. (My job has every call automatically recorded) He knew this. Turns out he informed me my loan was denied to due poor condition of trade. Well... when I requested a copy of whatever it was the bank sent, I was told the correspondence between dealer and bank was confidential. Odd Right? This didn't sit well with me, considering most of his concerns were coming from the traded vehicle. I refinance cars and know the banks care about the car they finance. Not the one the dealer bought. Turns out, my old car has a list of things wrong with it and it would cost them money. Dealer offered $ for my car and we signed contract. Contacted the lender and they advised the application was never denied, they simply haven't received the finalized documents. (Signatures, proof income). John Sr emailed me and said they don't have to send those docs because they changed their minds. It's not worth it for them. Instead of accepting a DEALER ERROR AND BAD MESS UP, they refuse to make things right. Emailed owner and have not heard back. I habe a lawyer. I'm utterly disgusted.

Manager was very pleasant went down with my husband to look at vehicles they were a bit higher priced but not in the greatest condition so we left he did state that he could get anything we wanted and he would be willing to market down a bit but we were not interested we wanted to keep looking. Very pleasant manager though

Dishonest as they come, a revolving door of mechanics and shop managers that can not diagnose or fix anything even after multiple visits, always an excuse. See the review from J prince? Tiny s girlfriend. After having my car for 4 days for suspension work, they told me me the car had no water leaks!! I have receipts for work done and at their shop and also from the shop that fixed it, and pics of the parts that they didn t replace. Stay away folks!!!!

My wife had a great experience with Ormond Fine Cars. John Jr and John Sr are a pleasure to work with. Had an issue that John's sr fixed immediately and we are very happy with the purchase. Would highly recommend them

I didn't end up purchasing the car I test drove only because I liked a 4 seat convertible instead of the 2 seat I drove here. John was very nice, let me take my friend for a test drive, and trusted me. I would consider buying here if he had the one I wanted. Thank you!

I arrived to look as a car and was advised the owner took the vehicle out for lunch. They called him and he would not return with the vehicle. While waiting I looked at another car which was not accurate in advertisement, the car had three different tire manic. And bald, they parked in on cinderblocks and scratched and cracked the ground effects. Very dirty lot and unprofessional!

Worst experience I have ever had!! I just went there to look at a car they had for sale there. I was not prepared to have mine looked at but just wanted more information on one they had there. They offered me way less then what I owed on my car which is what I kinda expect from a dealer... I said well I can not do it for that price you offered and I will sell it on my own. He said what do you want for it... I said I would do 1500 less then what I owe but cant do more then that.... The guy said, well good luck!!VERY rood!I explained that I was not going to be rood like he was being and that I will just wait and sell it on my own. He then said and followed me out the door saying well your 30 you just know everything and don't want to realized what your car is really worth... I went on to explain that I could sell it for more then that could offer because I almost did to someone but at the time did not have the extra cash to make up for what I was going to loose on my car and did not want to get screwed knowing that by taking 3000 less for it. He said I didn't understand how it works and that I would not get what I wanted... I then explained that my step dad did sales I do understand somewhat how it works and that I do my research before I buy anything. He was laughing and walked away with anger.I asked if there was a manager there today and he said no he was not in today.NEVER in my life have I felt so belittled by someone.Please find somewhere else to go if you can, maybe he just did not like women or was having a bad day, but he did not like that I knew or felt that my car was worth as much as I believed it was and for that I got disrespected.DO YOUR RESEARCH ON YOUR OWN

I purchased a Porsche Boxster from them. The salesperson was Parker and they did a great job registering it for me and arranging pickup. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Nightmare!!! Purchased a 2004 BMW 330 CI. My first impression was this was a small home town dealer that was in business for many years and practices good faith and was I ever so wrong. From the start I should of ran and ran fast away from John Abramovic and staff. Very sneaky and lied right to my face. I paid 10,000.00 cash plus a 2000 Mazda Miata that he gave me 2000.00 for plus 2400 in payments paid in a few months. With in 4 weeks I blow a tire on I4 that John said he replaced with a NEW one. 1st lie!! Tire was 8 yrs. old and with in 10 miles after calling AAA my spare blew, thanks John I just worked the night shift 12 hrs. and stuck on 14. John replaced that one with yet another NEW tire that blew also leaving me once again broke down also on I4. 2xs shame on me:( Numerous problems with the car. I will never buy from Ormond Bad Import Auto nor should YOU!!!

Purchased a C300 from them a couple of years ago. I've had oil changes done there as required. The first two oil changes went well and I was pleased with the service provided by mechanic Edward. Edward left and the next two oil changes used the incorrect weight of oil for the engine. Further, they suggest (on their receipt) that they use Mobil1 synthetic oil; they use Amile synthetic oil. I don't plan to use them again.

Very typical used car dealership experience. Also in the pictures of the vehicle I purchased from them had a sound system as was normal for the car I was buying. It was no longer there when I went to purchase the vehicle.
