Come see Harrison & Claud!!They got my trailer tires on fast and I was one of the last customers in the store, not only were they friendly and professional, very courteous but they also cleaned off the wheel hub. The studs that were rusted and Even put on two new lug bolts.They do in fact, use the torque bars and torque wrenches here for all of you, European ladies and high maintenance needs they do torque the tires correctly thank God for a real tire store!!I hope to see other Tire locations try to follow this professional model

What an amazing experience. I pulled into a parking spot and Logan was outside ready to greet me. Explained I had a nail in my tire. He explained wait time and handed me a receipt. Very professional, very fast service. The best of all is they patched my tire for free!!! It s hard to find good customer service now, so I like to make sure I mention it when it s due.

I visited this location on the 26th. I live in Edgewater but decided to visit this particular store due to it's high amount of stellar reviews and the fact that it's in a much nicer neighborhood with more pleasant surroundings than a few of the other spots. I had set an appointment several days prior in hopes that I wouldn't have to wait long. When I arrived, I was instantly greeted. The nice guy behind the counter pulled up my information and we headed outside to take a look at the tires. He took a look at the front and told me he noticed some cupping and wear that would more than likely be the culprit causing the oddball sounds I've been hearing while driving. We headed back in, I paid and before long, my name was called and I was on my way. Their was a little bit of a wait but their were a few vehicles ahead so all was good. So, in conclusion, if you want good service I would recommend this location. There's no used syringes in their parking lot and you're not surrounded by derelicts, just some woods and a nice body of water to look at.

I highly recommend this store for any tire needs and prices are very reasonable. Harrison, Claud, Michael and Logan are very professional and trustworthy. I have been there several times without any disappointment. they are customer service oriented!

Michael and his team are awesome. I took in a tire off my boat trailer that was leaking air. They inspected and resolved the issue at no cost. Fantastic customer service.

Very friendly staff, super professional. NOT, the place was clean and lots of room for sitting and waiting. I like the fact you can track the status on your phone! I gave them a 4* review only to get home and open my trunk to find they didn t bother to put my spare back in the way it should be. It s bouncing around as it s not in place I can t put down the convertible and now I m supposed to figure it out and do it myself after handing them over $500 for 2 tires. Very disappointing!!!

Had to get a new set of tires for the sled and I was happy as always with the service and the price! Been going to these guys for over 5 years now. Great bunch of guys, fast and friendly service and good reasonable prices. Nice clean waiting room. I m happy and confident with my tires and my families safety! I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for about twenty years and they have always been courteous and knowledgeable in all our dealings. They have assisted me with my cars/trucks, farm vehicles, off road vehicles....On my last visit they repaired a flat tire on my wife's BMW, at no change. Need I say more.

100% customer driven operation! I ve had nothing but positive experiences with them for 20 years and 4 vehicles. This shop is here to professionally serve the communities tire needs. They not only sell tire at a competitive price but also offer world class honest advise. Lifetime rotation is a bonus. Over the years the service has come with a smile and within their time estimate. In and out within an 30 min with an appointment is the norm. The waiting room is clean, airy, and has a beautiful water front nature setting view. Located right off the highway which has to be a plus for the many visitors traveling up and down I-95. There s also multiple dining options within walking distance including one where you can sit at the pub and see your vehicle enter or exit the work area.

Michael was superb. Installed new BFG K02 AT on my 4Runner and after my first rotation, I experienced a significant front end vibration. Michael oversaw the techs and they determined there was a bad tire from the factory.Replacement was delivered within one day.

Had an appointment for tire rotation. I left the store and returned a bit later. After an hour past the appointment time, my vehicle was still waiting for service. I could not wait any longer and had to leave without the rotation being accomplished. Check-in went smoothly. The folks were here nice and apologetic about the delay. It would have been nice if the delay that long would've been communicated sooner and it would have saved me time.

Garrett and the crew were excellent! Was on a time crunch to get my car to another shop for additional upgrades, and they got me in and out quick! Great customer service and excellent pricing on my new wheels and tires! Thanks again!

I have been shopping at this tire store for over ten years. We are always treated with respect and dignity. There has never been a hassle to get a tire fixed or replaced in a timely manner. We woke up last Saturday 05/27/2023 and my wife had a flat. We got the car to the store at around 9:30-10 am. They were really busy but we still had four new tires on the car and out the door in less than two hours. They have a great team.

I made an appointment to bring my car in because of a slow leak in one of my tires. I showed up at the time of my appointment and Michael in service immediately took my information and explained the process. I waited inside while they fixed the tire. The Tech, Conner, came into the waiting room and showed me the nail he pulled out of the tire. All fixed, it cost me nothing because I purchased the tires there! Outstanding service, and very polite and professional employees. I'll be back!

The guys that work here are definitely doing something right. I have had to come in 3 different times for 3 different nail issues in my tires. Every time I either call or just swing by, I get consistent service. Every person that works here is professional, knowledgeable, and sweet with a touch of southern charm.The service technicians and front office staff are focused on getting the job done efficiently and quickly so you can get back on the road safely.I highly recommend coming to this particular Discount Tire. There s no one else I trust with my tires but Discount Tire.

I have to drive 700 miles tomorrow and Discount Tire sold me 4 used tires for $400! I would ve paid that for 1 new tire and these tires are almost brand new! Not only did they have the tires I needed, they put them on in 2 hours! I couldn t be happier with the customer service! Thank you Discount Tire!

Excellent customer service and great prices. I got the warranty on all four of my tires and I needed 2 valve stems changed. It was done very quickly with no problem. I would definitely go back and highly recommend.

I need all new set of 4 tires & a family member told me to come here. A++. I will definitely be back again.! I order wrong size on accident they were very nice and friendly about fixing it for me. I have horrible anxiety & staff made me feel very comfortable & even refunded the difference of the tires with out me even asking. Great staff & very clean also. Need new tires this place is the place to go.!
