We needed a new battery for our grandson's car. We went to Auto Zone on Nova Road in Ormond Beach. Austin, an Auto Zone technician changed the battery in a matter of minutes. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the type of battery we needed. After installing the battery he took the time to explain to us how the warranty worked and how easy it would be to get a replacement in the next 3 years if needed.....and all of this for no charge, the installation and the information....not the battery!!Thank you Austin, and keep up the good work and advice.

Levi was wonderful. He checked our battery and it was fine. We only needed a new clamp. He replaced it. He had great communication skills and knowledge of our car. We will continue to use Auto Zone and send customers their way. Thank you!!!

Went to advance to get my cabin air filter they wanted $44 and don t even carry the cheaper brands! Came here and they have my filter for 19.99!! Save time shop auto zone!

I got amazing service from Levi. After checking my OBD2 codes I randomly asked if he had any knowledge with auto repair, to which he responded with walking outside to pop all the dents in my fender back to the original position with his bare hands! Wonderful service and will definitely expect me back in the future.

Austin and his associates at Auto Zone store 2467 were truly a blessing to my 74 year old dad tonight. He recently purchased new tires and was on his way to the store when he realized he had a flat tire. The closet place for help was Auto Zone. He purchased a product to temporarily fix the flat until he could get to the tire dealer. Not only did Auto Zone staff help him use the product, they also helped him put on his spare tire. They went above and beyond tonight and helped my dad be able to safely drive home. It is rare to find this type of customer service at 7:00 pm when it s already dark outside. I highly recommend Auto Zone and will forever be grateful for how they helped my dad.

You have an excellent employee in Levi. I am a senior disabled person and it takes me a while to make myself understood. Levi was patient and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and helped me install brake light in my car. I only hope that you recognize his excellence and hopefully the rest of your staff can use his behavior as an example

AUTO ZOOOONNNEEE!!!! I can t say this enough THEY ARE THE BEST. I came in with lights turned on my dashboard not knowing much and not expecting much .. but EDWARD CAME TO MY RECUE he not only helped me with getting reports on my car but also helped me get informed about the things I needed and was very transparent about the prices. GENUINE, NICE AND KIND DEFINETELY COME!!!!!

My battery was dead. I got a jump and drove to Autozone on South Nova to in Ormond Beach. A Very helpful employee gave me options. I chose the battery I needed and the tech installed in 10 minutes. Started right up. Very polite and courteous. Outstanding service. I didn t catch his name but he is excellent. Tipped him ( he tried to refuse but I insisted ) and I left. Highly recommended.2nd visit. Purchased wipers. The tech installed in 1 minute, we tipped him $5 and left satisfied. I won t go anywhere else. A great store for all things for your car! Much faster than Walmart and Take 5.

I would like to compliment the staff of the Ormond Beach store and its manager, Michael L. I recently purchased a replacement headlight bulb to install myself, which I have done many times. This time, however, I couldn't get the old burned out bulb removed. Michael came to my rescue and courteously accomplished the installation for me. I am impressed with the professionalism and friendly service of the Ormond Beach store. Thank you for your help.

Went into the Ormond Beach Auto Zone dangerously near to closing time with a Ford Expedition that badly needed a battery test as evidenced by having to be jump started 3 times today.I know Levi would have much preferred I come back in the morning but he grabbed his analyzer and said in a good natured voice I got you- let s go check this thing it . Bottom line: my battery was fine but the connections were bad. He went to find some needed adapters out on the floor, and the peg was empty.Next thing I know he s rattling around in the back and finds just the piece I need (open stock?) and goes and puts it on my battery & sends me on my way with a car that once again starts up reliably and now my headlights are a whole lot brighter!He definitely went above and beyond, got my car fixed, and we even had a few laughs along the way.

Levi W. Was excellent. I wish there were more people so willing and able to help. My girlfriend and I had to get a new headlight for her car and Levi came outside to see how easily he would be able to help us out. After showing us that he could help he brought us back inside and showed us our options. He added it would be beneficial to get both headlights replaced so that one wouldn t be brighter than the other. We purchased the 2 pack of bulbs and some bulb grease he suggested to prevent any corrosion; and after changing both bulbs in 3 minutes and having us test them out we were on our way. Super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back if I have any other problems or questions. 10/10 would highly recommend nova auto zone and ask for Levi.

Apparently my wife comes to this location often because the sales lady recognized her vehicle and was giving me a hard time (jokingly) about driving it with the Jeep Girl sticker on it. LolAll joking aside this is probably one of the better auto parts stores around. Most employees are fairly knowledgeable and will help any way they can.
