Auto Solutions has become my go to for our Auto repairs, simply because they earned it through the honest integrity they display. The knowledge of vehicles, they honest assessment of an issue, and the through explanation of the solution. Sure, there are lots of choices out there but these guys are the real deal. It's the only place I recommend for anyone!

I'm from Jacksonville and had a job in Ormond, started having car problems a little past palm coast, and this place was a couple blocks from my job. Turned the car in at 7 and they got it done about 2:30 and found the problem in no time. It's funny cause a few weeks back I took my car to firestone for a tune up and a few other things, they didn't even notice I had fluid leaking into my spark plugs. This place was amazing and I'm glad I went to them. My car is driving great now.

Awesome service, quick repairs, and will be taking all the cars I have from this point to them! You won't have to shop around and waste thousands of dollars looking for a mechanic to do the correct repairs. If you're reading this comment. Stop in, and you'll see what I'm talking about!

Service integrity is the name of the game for John and his automotive technicians at auto solutions. I took my wife 2013 Cadillac ATS to John s shop because, her A/C actuator was not functioning and needs to be replaced. That s according a local A/C shop in Daytona Beach. This shop recalibrated the actuator function before which lasted 3 months. They told me if it goes out again it s a two day job and would cost around two thousand or more. So this time I took the car to John Auto Solutions. He did an A/C electrical diagnostic and A/C check all working fine. He then found and corrected an issue with SYNC button on the dashboard. All this for less than hundred dollars. He could have replaced just replace my actuator, but that not the integrity him and the shop. I trust John s workmanship. As an ASE master mechanic and all his ASE certified mechanics too. Trust is hard to find these days especially in automotive repair. Honestly/Integrity make him my number ONE shop for all automotive needs!Services: Transmission, Electrical repair

John and Jesse at Ormond Auto Solutions are above the rest. Two times brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 for what I thought would be Thousands of dollars for repairs to find that both times was something very simple. They charged me by the Time put into repairs, not by the hour or the recommended repair time and cost. They have DEFINITELY earned my CONTINUED SUPPORT. THANKS GUYS for NOT ripping me off for work and parts unneeded.

We accidentally hit some tire debris on 95N and needed our car checked out to make sure it was safe to continue our road trip. We showed up right when they opened and they were so helpful and reassured us that everything was okay and adjusted our skid plate immediately. Definitely recommend! Super nice and super helpful!

I was really disappointed when I brought my Saab in here. I bought a brand new ECM that was plug and play and waited over a week for them to simply plug it in because they were trying to program it when it didn t need to be programmed. Then I paid over $300 for a ground fault to be fixed and for a diagnostic analysis where all they said was i have an oil leak. Too much money to wait too much time for a simple thing to get fixed. Now, having brought my car to other shops for diagnostic purposes, I can see that this store did not put much time nor effort into analyzing the vehicle s issues. Which is very unfortunate because I really need a reliable shop that can do electric issues, but clearly it isn t this one.Service: Electrical repair

I needed my brakes fixed quickly, and wasn t sure where to go since we haven t been here long and I ve had awful experiences with mechanics in the past. Well this place has great reviews for a reason! The experience was seamless, respectful, fast, and professional. Jesse was great to work with! The most professional, knowledgeable, and fair auto shop I've ever visited. John (owner) does an amazing job answering any and all questions, does great work, and always tries his best to give the best price possible for work. As someone who always owns some type of customized vehicle, I look for a shop who understands this and treats it as such! They always go above and beyond and I never worry that the work I receive is done correctly and stays that way! I WILL NOT take my car to any other shop after finding John. Richey Cadillac should send their team of under-trained dummies over to learn a few things from John!!

I had trouble with the starter in my car. I live near Auto Solutions, have driven by many times, but never used. I looked up reviews on line and was surprised to see so many praising them, so decided to give them a try. I spoke with Jesse who told me I could leave my car, they would check it out and give me a call which he did. He told me the problem, explained solution, and gave me a very fair price. It was late afternoon,so he said it would be done next day. Got a call in the morning and ready for pick up. Very nice people and very professional. I watched the help for awhile and everyone stayed busy. I am impressed and I think others would benefit using Auto Solutions for auto problems of anyone. Ask for Jesse or John

I highly recommend Auto Solutions of Ormond Beach. John and Jesse are awesome. How refreshing it is to have finally found an honest & ethical repair shop to take our cars. I will not hesitate to bring our cars here for service in the future.

Don't believe the negative reviews.I've had my car here for extensive repairs and let me tell you this this is this first shop that all you have to tell them is "my car is making this funny noise" and they will find it. For example my car was making this unusual sputtering and it wasn't all the time it was VERY INTERMITTENT and John and his crew figured it out. I was kinda surprised they did cause of how INTERMITTENT it was.Just trust me when I say this, this shop is as honest and fair as you get and with me not knowing as much and my car driving perfect now I would recommend this shop to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission repair, Auto brake replacement

I seldom write negative reviews but my experience needs to be shared. My vehicle is an '07 Acura which I get serviced regularly. I went in for an oil change and asked them to check a humming noise coming from one of the tires. In addition to receiving a quote of $1300 to fix the noise after they checked it out, I was told I also needed a NEW radiator. My radiator is only 8 months old. I declined any service beyond the oil change and brought my car back to Karl's Advanced Automotive, who installed the new radiator back in December 2021. He diagnosed the radiator as working fine and with no leaks, there was just a hose that needed tightening. And after checking all 4 tires thoroughly, he fixed my tire noise (wheel bearing and hub) for $355 and I was out the door in 3 hours. Beware women, and apparently older people from the reviews, you will be told you need to replace things that don't need replacing at Auto Solutions. I should have gone to Karl in the first place, he has a 5 star google rating and almost every review contains "honest" , "fair" and a good mechanic. John even complimented Karl as a mechanic. Those are all the qualities that get my repeat business.There will be a follow-up response to this review with lots of words but words don't matter - action at the time of service is what matters. When you lose a customer's trust because of your dishonesty, that's the end of the line.

I have an older car that I use to drive to work. On the way in I received an overheat warning. The temperature gauge was reading cold so I figured it was the thermostat valve. After letting it cool down I opened the radiator and it had plenty of water so I was pretty sure of my diagnosis. My past mechanic has finally retired so to Yelp to read reviews. Overall it seamed you love them or hate them but this is a simple problem. After talking with them I felt very comfortable and had them check some other minor problems out as well. Since I work 8a-8p I dropped it off after work and used the drip box. They called me the next day and reviewed everything with me. I agreed to all of the different minor problems and the main one that brought me in. By the end of the day my car was done and I picked it up after work. I never got to meet the manager face to face but feel a great rapport on the phone. Everything done and the car run great. This will be my new mechanic shop when things go wrong with my American cars.I have now brought in my Corvette rather than going to the dealership for the big ripoff. I can t say enough to express my gratitude for Auto Solutions of Ormond Beach. Their technicians are honest, trustworthy, very skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, and go above and beyond with their service. They made sure our vehicle was road worthy and safe and addressed all of our concerns professionally and with easy to understand explanations. They were timely and worked like magic to secure and replace the parts that were needed for our repairs. I would highly recommend Auto Solutions to anyone in need of any automotive services. Great mechanics with honest pricing. They fixed my water pump, 2 oil leaks, and ball joints for the same price I was quoted from another garage to just fix my oil leak. It's been a week and no trace of oil drips. Thanks!

This company definitely deserves more then 5 stars . With little money in my pocket and so much stuff needing to be done to my Toyota Sienna I felt like I was doomed till I got the call man I'm definitely life long customer honesty straight forward and true compassion this company is the last mechanic you will ever need. Would not take my business there they can t give a price for a service such as changing a simple part on a car they said because once we get in there they may have to charge more for other stuff I just wanted a water pump changed and a simple estimate.they wanted to charges for other items possible needing repair so they wouldn t give me any idea of a price when I called 2 other places in town they had no problem quoting a basic price .again I just wanted a water pump changed and they were very rude and argumentative saying they need to charge more assuming other stuff is wrong when all I wanted was a simple round about number on the cost of a water pumpIt was a man named Jon I spoke with .Ridiculous and sound too shady to meThen they call me and ask to talk to me about my one star review sounding very mad that I gave my honest opinion . Not good and his nameWas Jon again business at all .if you read the other one star reviews mr Jon Davis the owner writes a book to reply .. take responsibility and make customers number 1 even if you don t agree with them or their opinions stay humble sir!Customers always come first better said always remain in a good place with how you treat people even if you disagree with them for Gods sake you own a business . I had an amazing experience here, the people were amazing and knowledgeable. They got me in the same day and fixed my car by that evening. I love how they kept me updated on everything and explained what the problem was. They made the whole process so pleasant and easy. The Auto Solutions team did a great job from start to finish. The scheduling process was easy. Check-in was very straight forward. They called as soon as they found the problem was fixed in one day and at a reasonable price. How I found the place was listening to 95.7 The Hog radio station and great reviews what being told so I thought I get their expertise on my car and I am glad I did. My husband and I have had several great experiences with John and his team. I have had 2 major issues (car is hitting 100,000 mil). One was a warranty issue and the manufacturer was not playing nice. John went as far as picking up the phone after sending them faxes and emails to ensure that we got us our money! Secondly, he did not push me to replace my catalytic converter. We discussed our options and shortly thereafter we replaced it and man was he right. My gas mileage has significantly improved and the pick up is back!! But he never pushed, he ensured me that I was safe and when we were ready he did it ASAP. It's honest and good service in a society that needs a little more of it! Thanks John for keeping us safe!
