If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My son, a student at UCF, was involved in an accident and damaged the front of his car pretty badly. Being about 300 miles away, it was difficult to try and find an honest shop to take his car to, I had no clue where to begin. I did a search and Ziko's was one of the shops that came up. I typed in the damage and Yelp sent my inquiry out to quite a few shops. Joey, from Ziko's was one of the first responses I received. We did not want to go through our insurance. His estimate was extremely fair and about $2,000 less than the shop I originally reached out to. He did not take advantage of our situation, he worked with us! I can't say enough about Joey, he was so helpful, he actually listened to my concerns (I had several) and gave me a very honest and fair estimate. He went over the entire estimate with my son and pointed out what needed to be taken care of, speaking to him with patience and understanding as well as answering all of his questions. Once he had the parts, the car was ready in less than two days and the work was fantastic! If you find yourself needing an honest body shop that does top notch work in a timely manner, call Joey at Zziko's, you will be very happy you did!
