Exceptional staff. They are not only extremely professional and down to earth but they will not compromise on getting the best parts you need to have your vehicle looking brand new. I cannot recommend this shop enough, please do yourself a favor and come here if you need any work done!

Came here and spoke with Ernie. I wanted to get my front bumper painted. I mentioned to him I also wanted to get my headlights buffed and he told me he would take care of it no charge. You don t find good people like this nowadays. I would highly recommend them! It s hard to find an honest mechanic/ body shop.

The Best No Nonsense Body Repair Shop I've seen in a long time! These guys are great! Didn't upsell me service I didn't need. Did the work fast (bumper fixed in about an hour.) Saved me needing a rental (My insurance estimated 3 days in the shop.) Saved me a ton of money. Go to these guys, forget anyplace else. Willie's Paint and Body has my business as long as I live in Orlando.

Best experience I have had with a mechanic shop. I needed a new radiator and the frame that it sits in for my 2014 ford fiesta. Ernie and Tony are strait shooters with integrity. Home town business family owned. Honest people. They didn't screw me in any part of the process which is A LOT more than what I can say about other shops I have used in the past. Save your time and come to this establishment.

If you re looking for a great local business with excellent quality work then look no further. The brothers are extremely knowledgeable and will not have you do something that s unnecessary. I needed a deep dent removed and that section of our truck repainted. I was also in a pinch and needed it done quickly. They worked me in and did an awesome job for a great price. Avoid! Not certain what type of operation they are running. My car window glass weatherstripping needed replacement. When I took car the back, the next day I noticed the driver side front and back locks were not working. I opened the door panel and found strong evidence of tempering with the locks. The weatherstripping has nothing to do with the locks, so I am guessing someone removed my working locks and replaced them with non-working junk from another car.Service: Body & Trim

Awesome service, awesome price. Fixed a dent in my car s bumper for a fraction of the price of other places around. It s refreshing coming across a business that doesn t try to scam you out of money. Would highly recommend.

Amazing people! My front bumper came off and I got to the shop 20 minutes before closing. The wonderful mechanic took a look at my car right away, and in 10 minutes put all the tabs and the bumper back in place. He did not charge me anything and was super friendly. He definitely made my day! I highly recommend them and will come back in the future. Thank you for your amazing service and being wonderful people!:)

Fixed my front bumper from hanging due to hitting a pole. They were fast, got my sratches out and nearly looks brand new. A quick fix till it can be completely replaced. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!

I actually was recommended here by Nancy from Top Auto Inc. After going to different places for a loose bumber that had a broken clip, I was told that I had to replace the whole bumber cover just to get it fix. This would have cost me hundreds of dollars, but thank God that I was told to come to this place! Willie was so friendly and was able to fix this issue right away and even refused to accept any payment for it. I didn't had to replace my bumper and spend unecesary cash... God bless this business!!

LISTEN these guys are honest, helpful and very skilled!!! I went to these guys on a whim to get a small little bumper painted. Everywhere was quoting me anywhere from $90-$150 for a small portion of a bumper. I bought an aftermarket bumper but it had texture. These guys sanded it and painted it for a fraction of the cost!! They were soo great I referred someone else who was quoted $800 to fix his car and they were able to do it and less time and gave me a better deal than anywhere else!! I went to Willie's today to see what it would cost to have my door handle replaced and when I mentioned to Willie that my boyfriend thought he could fix it, instead of giving me a quote for what it would cost to fix, he took time to show me how we could fix it ourselves and didnt charge me anything for his time.As a female, I've experienced car shops often take advantage of my lack of auto knowledge and have been up-charged because I didn't know any better. The type of service Willie provide feels like what you would get if your family owned a shop. He shows his shop has good integrity and because of that I will always come here for any auto work I need done. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Who writes reviews about something that's not fun (on your car or wallet) - well when it's this amazing you do!The only honest experience I ever had in the car body/detail/cosmetic world. From the start, they are honest and know what they are talking about all the way through the end result being great! After trying different auto repair shops, I came across Willie's and gave it a try. I was very impressed, not only he found the part for the car, but he also did an excellent job. And not only he did an excellent job, but the most reasonable. If I ever have the need again, I know where to go. I highly recommend this "GENTLEMAN" Great work, fast, and very reasonable. I chose this place due to top Yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. This is a three generation family owned business built on hard work, integrity and a helping your neighbor attitude. Stopped in to get an estimate which I couldn't afford so Junior told me to wait till there were after market parts for my new car which would save me alot of money - he popped my dent out and buffed out all the scratches free of charge. He definitely earned a loyal customer. Would highly recommend this place.

Went there to compare a quote I had from Pep Boys and AutoNation to replace a side view mirror on my car. He quoted me almost $200 less. A tree fell on my car last year during hurricane Irma. Willie s replaced my roof quicker and cheaper than other body shops quoted and it looks amazing. The damages are completely gone and the car looks brand new. The people here are so honest and knowledgeable and truly care about their work and their customers. I would highly recommend this body shop!

I'm blown away of the big hearts these people have. I just left from there with a fixed bumper and great service. These guys didn't rip me off, they started fixing my car as soon as I pulled over and no questions asked. The price was so minimal that I want to go back and give them big hugs. The man who helped said he works with his brother and son.This is the girl from Romania with some knowledge in cars and who had plenty of experiences with car repair shops.

Based on a recommendation, I drove all the way from St. Cloud to get an estimate for repair to my BMW rear bumper. Didn't want to turn it into insurance and see rates go up, so was paying cash out of pocket. Much cheaper than I had expected and you can't even tell there was any damage.Very personable and friendly. Had everything explained and they got the work done in the less time than they told me it would take.. I definitely recommend to everyone to do business with them.I'll be posting before/after pictures on my Yelp review tomorrow if you want to check out the quality of work.

I've been to Willie's multiple times through the years and have always been happy with the results. They shoot straight and do what they tell you they will do. They will work with you and do the work you need done. They go above and beyond what they need to do, just because that's how they are. They are a long term success because they treat you right, are priced fairly and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. Absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Willie is single handedly redefining the standard for high quality service. Getting an estimate, dropping off my vehicle for service, picking up my repaired vehicle, and paying for the work done were all simple, fair, and easy to understand processes. He's a great guy with a great crew that will exceed your expectations.
