I ordered a hitch and wiring adaptor for my vehicle and made an appointment for the parts to be installed. The morning of my scheduled appointment my wife accidentally took the car we were having the hitch installed on to work. I called and let the know what the issue was and apologized for blowing the appointment. They were awesome and even though I did a big a dumb they were able to reschedule pretty quickly and save our family camping trip. plus, the hitch looks and works great. Thanks weld-rite.

Amazing service! I came in from Canada and they got me up and running even though they were swamped! Did not gouge me either and tried to save me money everywhere they could. Staff was very knowledgeable and now I'm confident the job was done right. Don't go anywhere else, these guys are the best!!!

Purchased a hitch part and paid in advance. The Staff was unable to find the paperwork and took an took 45 min to resolve. At pickup time I was informed the bill was $80 for 1 hour labor.. 4 holes drilled and sanded. Seems pricy. Then took outside staff some time to locate finished product. Facility is the same as it was in 70's. Needs a new updated office and better organized. Staff overall was friendly but they need to get better organized inside and out.

Brought my trailer in to get new hubs installed, brakes had to be removed, and they charged me 4 hours (over $400) just to remove the brakes, claiming it took an hour to remove each brake. The actual techs that did the work told me it took them about 1-2 hours total, but shop manager insisted it took the 4 hours and proceeded to keep the 4 hour labor on the bill.

Had a receiver hitch replaced on my truck. They got me in immediately at my appointment time and were done exactly when they said they would be, did a great job and I was charged exactly what they said it would cost. So refreshing to have no suprises! Thank you to the Weld-Rite team!

This is the 3rd time I come here to install a hitch after getting new cars over the years. They are always Friendly, quick and very professional. Also I never had a problem with any of my hitches. I will highly recommend this business.

I did not have a great experience. My dad took my RAV4 to get a trailer hitch put on after he took my moms Volvo and they had done a great job. When I got my car back the hitch had wires hanging down and looked totally different than my moms. It turned out they put a 1.25 inch hitch instead of the standard 2in. We took it back since it s not safe to tow a trailer with only a 1.25 hitch. They made the change but charged us 85$ in labor fees. I took it home and it s better but STILL different than the one they on my moms car. It hangs lower and doesn t look as good. Not sure why I had such a different experience than other people including my mom.

I am leaving two stars instead of one because they ultimately honored their price, even though my customer experience wasn t great.Dropped off my trailer on Tuesday the 22nd with broken hinges on the dump. Spoke with Mike (it may have been Matt) and he said they would order the hinges and the cost would be between $450 and $500. I agreed to that price and had him write on the ticket to call me if that amount is greater. He said the trailer would be done by end of week .I call on Friday the 25th and spoke to a lady on the phone (i think cheryl). She explained that they have been short handed and haven t even put it in the bay yet. Said they would have it done by Tuesday the 29th.On Tuesday the 29th I spoke with Allie who realized the mishaps and immediately put another gentlemen on the phone (I think it was mike/Matt again). I explained my frustration and he blamed the issue on the part not coming in.He promised to have the trailer done by Monday 10/5 at the latest. The trailer was ready on the 5th and when I went to pick it up the girl behind the counter told me the amount was $841.00.I, of course, argued and explained that the price should be $500 since that s what was agreed upon and never authorized work for any additional amounts. They were adamant that I should pay the $841 since the guy spent 16 hours fixing it and already gave me a price break included in the $841.In the end, they honored the $500 price which was reasonable..... but annoying that I had to argue to pay the amount that was already agreed upon, even after such a bad customer experience. They missed three deadlines that they set and tried to overcharge me. The quality of the work looks acceptable. This business could improve by keeping customers up to speed on their trailers and being more transparent with deadlines.

Wasn't too happy this time. Seems like once the old man left and left the kids in charge, place has gone downhill with quality. Need trailer work, when I got the trailer back home it still had some of their equipment attached to it, got some free tools. Also found out they cut the trailer taillight cable and didn't fix it. Drove home with no trailer lights. That was my fault, I should have checked it before leaving their shop. Don't plan on ever returning.

Last July the guys at Weld Rite installed a trailer hitch and tail light components on my 2014 Accord. They were very meticulous in their work, and made sure not to scratch the car. When I say meticulous, I mean they took extra steps to protect any wiring underneath the car so it's not damaged by road debris. Had no problems yet, and doubt I will have any later.

I dropped my boat and trailer off to have my lights fixed in a very large parking spot.Thee days later I paid the $250 in good faith. The owners son hooked up the boat to my truck and said "go". the next thing I new my boat was scraped along the side from a steel rod from an adjacent trailer.Originally they said they would help pay for the damage. The company nowsays they didn't say this. The owner ignores my phones calls. The phone answering personsays they contacted their insurance and are not responsible.I will not be using them in the future. I weill hope that anyperson using this site will not use them as well.

We took a BRAND NEW vehicle for some work done (metal cage installation). They not only overcharged us but they scratched the paint in 3 different spots; when the owner (Bill) was approached about it, he got pretty nasty about it and denied it without doing any research. So whether you bring a company or your personal vehicle, you MUST do a walk through (take pictures) with one of their employees before dropping it off to them. Safe to say we're never ever bringing back any more vehicles for similar work done.

They go above and beyond what you ask of them and they get it back to you in a timely manner... I asked them only to do a few things for me to my trailer and they did a few extra things that I didn't even ask for Just to make my trailer look more complete and official. Not all rigged looking. They will continue to have my business in the future.. Thanks again guys
