I'm going to give 2 stars for the service I had with Mr. Gabriel, because if it weren't for his service I would give it 0. Gabriel was very attentive and helped us a lot with any questions. Now (I believe it is the manager) Mr Jimmy, who is usually inside the store, is rude. Every time I needed to use the service I met him and EVERY TIME he was rude, rude to customers, rude to the Walmart team. I don't know how he continues to work there. I had a problem with my battery connector and wanted to change it, he simply said he wouldn t change it . Thank you Mr Gabriel for your help. I hope they can really deal with this Mr Jimmy's situation, because it is inconceivable every day that he is such a rude person and continues to treat the people around him the way he does.

This place is always busy but I can tell their staff works hard and is always friendly. Trying to get through on the phone can be a bit difficult since they only have one line and it s constantly ringing, I also suggest calling their main phone line for the service center and not the store number since you re more likely to get through. Also they told me that they now accept appointments for both tire and oil service and they are usually booked 2-4 days ahead, so if you don t have an appointment be prepared to wait. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and try to explain any safety concerns when they notice it. Best prices for their services and convenient to shop while getting car worked on. I will continue to bring my vehicle for service from now on!!

It was the worst experience ever. They lie and don't do what they are supposed to do and even check the "marked" denied without even asking you for the additional services that are included in the invoice. When I asked, they said that they don't do does services any longer. Then why is it in the invoice as denied?First, they let me wait in my car without even telling me that I was supposed to get out of the car and go to the boost like in another Walmart auto care center. The employee decided to talk to his co-worker, ignoring me, who was waiting in the line to be service. I went inside and asked for a manager. The one available came, and as soon as I saw him and tried to explain, he cut me short to say, "Yeah, i understand with bordeness and lack of care. I decided to let it go and promise myself never to go again to this particular auto care center. I went inside and made a purchase of more than $600 while waiting. I went to the auto center and I asked for my car, it was not ready. I complained about the time that was taking to finish considering that that was an oil an filter change (I wanted to check the tires but at 9:30am they were not taking any other cars for tires because it was full) . A couple of minutes later, I received a message that the car was ready. I was about to pay when I saw in the work order that they was a section saying that I denied all additional services, which was not true. I asked if they at least have checked the air in the air, and they said yes. I left the center, and the tire light was on. I decided to go to a specialized tire center. They checked the tires, and they were out of air. They did all the tires, and when I was going to pay, they said that it was free!Be aware that walmart auto care center are not doing all the work included in the invoice.

Wanted to get battery installed, have a car that requires front driver side wheel to be taken off to access battery, very quick job that was done at another Walmart auto center before but the manager here refused to do it. I guess too difficult of a job for the mechanics

The employees were so sweet and accommodating. We were using a new Walmart+ feature and we all learned together. Plus they did an incredible job patching my tire. I really didn t think it could be fixed.

Workers do their best. Don t go there without an appointment though. & of you guys had my Camry at 65 psi when it should have been on 34/35. Not cool

Been a customer since 2010. despite being busy the manager assisted my daughter as a walk in for a flat tire.Understanding times have changed and everyone is under staffed she patiently waited. The manager was attentive and pleasant regardless of how much work flow he had on hand.Without knowing Sir GM you were teaching her a life lesson. Thank you for your kindness, stay blessed

this tire repair shop was a major letdown. I had a flat tire with a nail in it and they didn't keep me in the loop, straight-up lied multiple times about not needing an appointment, charged way too much and lied about how much it would cost (said I d have to pay less since I had a warranty and it would basically be close to free but then charged me $166), and treated me like garbage but would act like they were innocent when I had to get my dad involved. Very disappointing especially since it was my first time getting work done on my own.overall I spent TWO WEEKS trying to get one tire fixed. Would definitely not recommended.Service: Tires

Good place for tire works and oil change in a pretty good price. They re helpful. Although one day I didn t like the attitude of one person there which I see as a misunderstanding, overall, I m happy with them.

Answer the phone! I walked in because I couldn't make an appointment. I was there from 9:30 A.M.until 1P.M. I was livid.I witnessed them walk past the phone several times. All I wanted was 2 new tires. I spoke with the manager and asked "Did they need any volunteers?" We can't keep using COVID as an excuse to why you're short staff. We need to get back to making everyone including staff feel important. I am glad I waited a couple of weeks before leaving this review because I had to count to 100. This is unacceptable. I witnessed this because I was in the parking lot calling.I also watched from the window in the waiting area. How can you make an appointment with this location when the staff doesn't answer the phone?

The wait was a little long but I was informed of that ahead of time. It was also due to staffing, so no complaints. Nice, friendly service there. I ended up coming back after hours and they had the car outside and waiting.

Supervisor does help out and are knowledgeable people. Had a good experience every time I visited. Mechanic also lets you know if there are any urgent things that need to be taken care of.

Most of the staff has outstanding customer service skills to include Joshua, Lydia, Mike and the others.Jimmy doesn't he lacks on them and is misinformed on his own policy telling the client they don't do appointment to purchased set of 4 tires with service the day before. I spent over 5 hour today waiting to be service because of his neglect. I was on site before 7am and after I place my order was told my waiting time was gonna be approx 2 hours but if an appointment comes up they have to assist them. I said but Jimmy said yesterday you don't do appointment.When I question Jimmy he was mean and rude and said I misunderstood. But he did the same to another customer that left during the time I was waiting. Later he was contradicted by one his coworkers.

Not sure if anyone at this corporate still even care about the customer! But wanted to put the review for the people out there.This Technician who claim to be the Manager, name Ricardo is straight Liar. Not wearing his name badge!They are so lazy they don t want to work and do the oil change on my car,-First claimed they don t have the kind of oil, told him what oil 5w-30-Then he claimed they don t carry the filter for itI asked if they stopped, because last oil change was at this location-Then he started oh I stopped doing it for you car because it is liability!! Excuse me! What!I would appreciate if he is straight forward with me saying I don t have time for it today.Any way they just being lazy and don t wanna do it. And it is Walmart where customer service doesn t exist anymore.

Bad management & Service. Waited about 1:15 hour ( Other than the time I wasted waiting for someone to check me in)And nothing happened to my car. And when I wanted my key back, the manager did not bother to ask me about the reason.Then, 10 minutes later when I was driving back. I got a message that your car secice has started ??!!!

Not pleased with service this time. Arrived at 8:15 (7:00 am open) for regular oil change and only 1 person was working. Wait time longer than I expected considering that I arrived fairly early. Just feel as if service is worsening post COVID and Walmart is no different. Will not be going back.

Could have been better. Ordered a tire from Walmart and had it delivered to me. Went to Walmart to have it installed and they couldn't give me the insurance I was told I had because "we don't know if we carry it in store". On top of that, it didn't matter that I told them I had the tire with me and needed it put on my rim, it took three people half an hour of asking me questions about size and car make to understand that fact. It wasn't until I pulled it out and showed someone that it clicked. Am I mad? No, because now I have this stupid story to tell people. Overall not bad, but boy it could have been more streamlined.

Went in for a new tire and when I left they had messed with my belt and the belt was off of my car and it overheated because of it.They never should have even opened my hood for a tire replacement. Eta: Thought I'd give them a second chance and just bring my rims and tires in and at 5:09 pm was told they are not doing anymore tire changes today even though they don't close till 7pm.Service: Auto tire replacement

I have been here a few times and don't have anything bad to say about the Auto Care Center. It took a little over an hour to put on my 2 tires. Considering how busy they were I believe that to be pretty good. The Manager Dee has always been super nice and helpful.

I scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. Took 20 minutes to get me in the system. My appointment was not input into the system. Took 90 minutes to change oil. Ricardo, behind the counter, refused me a tire balance because "other appointments must be honored". Found a manager who over rode this decision. 120 minutes later, I'm still waiting. Bloody awful.Managers: please be more attentive to the productivity of your automotive staff. This is way too slow.

I first want to say. I always give good and honest reviews but this place here.... The worst experience i could ever have involving an oil change. They stole my custom valve stem covers off all 4 wheels. Had the audacity to replace the two driver side stems with another car brand stem cover and left my passenger side with none. I guess they thought in case I looked but instead, I am the type to always check my vehicle all the way around. They charged me for 8 quarts of oil for a sedan vehicle and left spilled oil on the outside of my front bumper area and spilled oil on the inside of my engine area. I am extremely upset and will never go there again.Service: Oil change

Bought tires. Was talked into adding roadside hazard and lifetime rotation.Went in before they opened and was the 6th car in line. Was told it would be a few before I got checked in. There was one person on a busy weekend day ever so slowly checking cars in. An hour later, he was checking in people who arrived after me. I finally went inside and insisted I get checked in because it clearly wasn't going to happen as I waited in my car.Another 45 min later (which honestly is amazing turnaround given the location) and my car was ready. I thanked them and left, and then noticed the next time I drove that my low pressure light was on. It has been a week and I've put air in my tires 3 times.So I called to try and see what I could do. After 4 attempts at calling, I finally got an answer. After all, the leak is connected to this last rotation and I have roadside hazard, so clearly I'd want to use the service I paid for. They said there is a 6 hour wait currently as of opening due to a sale and that the best they could do is 5 days out. I've got a lot of driving to do between now and then, and frankly, if you messed up tires, you should prioritize looking at them.So now, I have to find an alternative solution and pay for it.I hate Walmart. I hate dealing with their employees. And I'm frustrated that I got suckered into buying something so useless.It is not worth it to buy tires here.

It took them 5 hours to do JUST oil change. I was told I had only four cars ahead of me. First, there was nobody at the desk. It took a phone call from another person ahead of me to get someone there. It was a routine there. While I stayed there the guy was gone several times. Then my car didn t move for good 2 hours. Finally, I gave up and called for a ride home. Finally, I had my car back after more than 5 hours total. The guys were not friendly at all. I am not sure about the quality yet but if you want to wait forever then only try.

First time visiting here for tire service. Came the day before only to be told the wait will be 45mins to an hour for each car ahead of me...there were 7 cars ahead of me, so you do the math. However, I was told I should always make an appointment and there would be no waiting. I took their advice and the next day I was in and out in a little over an hour. Everyone was really kind and helpful!

After waiting for three hours I got my car back. When I checked my receipt, I noted that the reccomended that I get my brake light fixed. That is the whole reason I went in- the oil change I actually received was a tack on. I marched back in asking why it hadn't been done. The guy embarrassed said " Sometimes my guys are not good at reading the notes". He then td me to pull ip and he would do it himself. 10 minutes later he told me they didn't have the part but I could do it myself since there is an auto.parts store down the street.If I wanted or knew how to do it myself, I would not have wasted my morning here!Went to Jiffy Lube later that day and was in and out in 5 minutes. Good riddance!

Came in because there was a nail in my tire. I called ahead to see if they would be able to patch it up or if I needed a whole new tire. When I got there I went to the desk the guy told me to wait outside until I see someone that can help me. Once they finally looked at my car Johnny told me that could not look to see what was wrong with the tire because I was missing a wheel lock which was in my glove compartment where I told him it was when he said I did not have one I ended up leaving Johnny who was helping me said the car was ok to drive and continue to put air in the tire if goes below 30 after he continuously assured that the car was ok to drive I left and my tire bust. Overall, it just seemed as if they did not want to help and instead of saying that they just lied to get us to leave.Service: Tires

If i can give this place 0 stars, I would. Went to get two tires changed and i went at 10am, it is 2pm and I called to follow up on the status of my car and first of all, they couldn't find my car and second they stated my car was still sitting there. Please don't waste your time or money here. Even if it's cheaper, it is not worth it.
