While on a Road Trip from Chicago, experienced a exhaust system leak. Once I got to Orlando I found Victor's shop. The reviews don't lie, had me out in 20 minutes at a fair price! Highly recommend

Victor responded to a late Friday afternoon phone call that I was experiencing exhaust problems with my jeep wrangler. I was about to have a long drive for work related travel and was concerned. I had a fantastic experience! When other establishments were not willing to diagnose the issue so late on a Friday he responded that we could come right over to his shop. He determined the problem and swiftly managed the repairs I needed. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and talented in welding. He completed the job and offered a more than fair price!!! I am truly thankful for the kindness and expertise Victor shared with me! I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for your repair needs!!Service: Exhaust

What I like best about this shop is that Victor made the repairs timely, the price was fair. Besides, I enjoyed talking to Victor's while listening to his professional advice about the best products on the market for my car. I can t speak for the service since I didn t get to the part where they do their job, but the customer service in this place is an absolute JOKE. I sent my mom here with issues with her AC, they came highly recommended from a friend. When she was finally able to get ahold of someone, some man called German, she tried to arrange to drop off her car. At this point, he went MIA and didn t respond anymore. She texted asking if she could drop off the next morning, got no response, after she dropped off her car, she texted to let him know where the keys would be. He proceeded to tell her he doesn t have time for this and she needed to come get her car. She called to see why and what was wrong and he said he wouldn t service her because she was being TOO INTENSE AND ANNOYING so she better come get her car. One would think that if you re going to leave your only means of transportation for an undetermined amount of time at a place you don t know, the least you would expect is an update, a simple confirmation that your vehicle has been accepted and will be worked on at some point. Not to mention the huge disrespect and lack of professionalism on his part.Service: Air conditioning
