I went in for an oil change waited over an hour no big deal. My concern is that the tech that filled the oil made a mess and dripped oil over the engine compartment and on my passenger side head ligh, I mentioned it and nothing was done to clean It up, I have a white car I know have dark stain on passenger side fender where they leaned oh the vehicle and on the hood. I paid $118.20 for a simple oil change it's not about the money it's about taking care of the customers vehicle this was not done.Service: Oil change

This crew showed me what going ABOVE and BEYOND really means. 2 weeks ago I took my car in to get an oil change. I enjoyed the experience. In/out... no fuss.A few days later, I took my wife's car in for the same thing. A few minutes after I left with my wife's car, I began to smell something burning. I pulled into a fuel station near my home and found a bunch of smoke coming from the engine. I became concerned and rushed home. Truth be told... I was upset! I knew mechanically there was nothing wrong. Immediately my mind began to blame them. I called them. I was expecting to be brushed aside and in the best case scenario... I figured they'd ask me to bring my car back in.To my surprise... neither thing happened. The shop manager told me he was sending one of his techs, Bryan, to come meet up with me. Bryan arrived and immediately began to explain the engine's layout to me. He mentioned how the manifold was near the oil drain and that most likely, some oil fell in that area and was burning off, causing the smoke. He then took it a step further by crawling underneath the vehicle, confirming no seals were cracked and that all was secured. Sure enough, he did find some oil where he thought there would be. He wiped it off and voila... smoking was gone!Many are quick to put lengthy reviews when something goes wrong. I felt the need to post this lengthy review because something went BEYOND RIGHT in my estimation.Thank you to the team at the Delaney Ave VALVOLINE. You just earned a loyal customer despite the fact that I'm around the corner from another location.PS... when Bryan came here, they were swamped! I know that for a fact. When I left, there 2 cars in the bays and 6 cars waiting after those 2. Yet, they focused on MY overall customer experience and concerns... not the $$$ that was waiting in the parking lot. That's SERVICE!!!

So called 15 minutes oil change took 115 minutes. Just crazy. We pay for the price of our time. Or else you get better service with lower rates if you go to dealership. The irony is, they do marketing on oil change in 15 minutes which is never the case. This is my 3rd location hoping for the better always but they never fail to disappoint. Thanks for keeping up the consistency throughout. Will not come back again to so called fast servicing slow valvoline.

Nando, Michael and Annelise are absolutely amazing!!! !!!!!! Absolutely stellar service from these guys. Make sure if you have any issues with your car. As far as oil changes y all come check these guys out here at the corner of Delaney and Michigan Street. Definitely one of my favorite places to come and get my oil changed.. Excellent job guys 20 stars across-the-board!!

Waited for 45 minutes and not a single car was serviced. When a companies entire marketing is based on their ability to do your oil change in 15 minutes or less, and that doesn t happen, I see that being one out of five stars.

We love these guys. Oil change, new battery and car still wouldn t run. They found a loose hose and fixed it free of charge. Highly professional!

No one wants to go to an auto-shop where all the hooligans that "work" there do all day is smoke, blast their car stereos, and goof off tuning their personal cars in the garage after hours. Valvoline should just shut this location down, all it does it hurt their brand value.If this review is deleted I'll follow up with one that has videos and photos.

Called to confirm pricing, was told 49.95, but said they would send me a $15 coupon. I hopped in my car, waited an hour, and when they were done my total came to $99 because my car "only" takes synthetic? (It doesn't "only" take synthetic). No discussion before completing services. Also, my $99 oil change apparently didn't include resetting the light on my car.Boo on you Valvoline Instant Oil change!Service: Oil change

In hindsight, I stupidly bought a car battery 16 months ago that was supposed to be warranted for three years. The battery suddenly and without any warning completely died a few days ago. I had to call AAA who said the battery was inferior. I had to buy another battery for another $278. Valvoline screwed me over by not honoring the warranty or refunding any part of my original purchase.

Went for an oil change and manual transmission fluid. They didn t have any transmission fluid, but that was ok. I came in knowing my front tires were low (25 psi with light on). I let them know. Their sign says they fill your tires for no additional cost. Service is done and I say the tire pressure light is on. They tell me they filled them and it s probably the sensor. I get home and the pressure is still 25 psi no lower, no higher than before. They did not check the tires. Make sure they do what they say they do. Clearly do not keep their word.

Good location. Pass by here all the time finally decided to pay them a visit for oil change. Guys not pushy on up sale. Price for oil change is very reasonable.

They re amazing wit their work they re very nice to customers and are very well at makin sure what we need especially when it comes to our oil due date and our transmission fluid they did very well at letting me know what I needed and when they ran out of oil they made sure to lmk that they would go to the store for me to make sure I m all good genuinely 10 out of 10 definitely worth going to

Very inexperienced staff in Mercedes. They broke 2 physical parts of my hood while being careless with their own equipment. Then outright lie when confronted. Even though I saw and heard the snapping sounds myself. And they acknowledged the sounds, but they maintain that they were just sitting there minding their business while things started falling from my car. I asked for the video to see what happened, they said no. Then they said to call their customer service line and open a ticket, and then they will review the video without me looking. This company has lost all credibility and I will never go to them again. This company is not invested in customer service. They are invested in the bare minimum experience and maximum profit.

Had a great experience, first time here! The tech actually looked up a coupon for me since it was my first time and didn t try to oversell me on any services. Let me know what I would be needing to update in the next couple of months and just overall quick, efficient and friendly

As a young female who knows nothing about cars, any car maintenance experience can be super intimidating (hence why I tend to let things go past due lol.) I came in today for an oil change but also was having some issues with my car starting. Christopher was awesome! He was very friendly, understanding, and patient. He answered every question I had with a smile. He asked me questions about my car that I didn t know the answers to and instead of making me feel dumb or taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge, he laughed with me and assured me not to worry about it. I ended up needing a new battery and tire rotation on top of my oil change which obviously took more time. Even though they had a line, he made it happen. I noticed that he went multiple times to communicate time expectations with the customers waiting.As a busy business owner myself, I take customer service very seriously .. especially when overwhelmed. He handled everything very well and deserves all the applause! Thanks so much Christopher and team.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

I went here because the reviews looked good. When I got there, they said it would be about a 30 minute wait which was fine but then I waited about an hour and a half they let a car that came after me go before more and then the staff just chilled with the kid inside the car in front of me. What is supposed to be a quick oil change as they advertised turned into their entire staff looking at every inch of the car in front of me and laughing/totally distracted. I left and didn t use their service

Had a great experience here. I havent been to Valvoline in a long time due to some issues at one in Ohio, but saw a Groupon and Connor was super professional and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I was able to come in after work and not have to wait long.Very pleased with the level of service and would recommend them. I ll definitely be coming back.Service: Oil change

Watched the technicians pretend to add air in my tires. When it came to the oil change, oil was spilled and not cleaned up all over my headlights and engine. I checked the oil a day later before a trip to Miami, and it was down 3 quarters oil. Mind you this is a new car and it was just not topped off. Not worth the quick jobs.

The price for an oil change (synthetic) (without anything extra) is almost $100. This is more expensive than going to the actual dealership for an oil change. So, consider this when visiting.

I usually come here all of the time when I need an oil change. I went today as usual, the guy with red hair told me to park behind the van on the left side. So we had been sitting there for at least 30mins. So next thing I see is another guy come up to the car and tells me I need to move and get behind another customer who had been there earlier but had decided to come back. From my understanding, when someone leaves and gets out of line, there spot no longer exists. And furthermore, they should have told me that when I got there in the first place. But I ll never go back, I see that most ppl who are there now, weren t there in the past, but this new system is trash. Customer service is trash as well.

They tightened my oil pan too tight during an oil change. Oil poured out onto my driveway all at once. I didnt see for a few weeks because I had knee replacement and wasnt driving anyway.I went back to ask them to check and said it must have gotten stripped and wouldn't tighten. Of course...it never leaked oil until I did my oil change here. I'm sorry that I had to withdraw my 5 star google review.
