I had a great experience! Trevor particularly helped me out immensely and is a great worker! Would definitely come back for the excellent customer service he displayed, he left my car in tip top shape and explained everything that needed to be done on the car thoroughly and clearly! Give this man a raise!

Amazingly smooth experience! Came to get my oil changed and Trevor was the bomb, super helpful and kept it real with whatever my car needed. 10/10 recommend coming here for your oil change!

It was great that the oil change and fluids check was done quickly. Trevor was very friendly and explained everything in detail. This is something I greatly appreciate.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of high cost of sy their oil change. Cabin filter was also quoted very expensive $60!

BUYER BEWARE AND RUN AWAY. If I could give 0 stars for this company and location I would. Top to bottom the entire place should be shut down. Not only did they screw up installing my oil filter TWICE, there is now another leak in my oil system. My truck now reads "Oil level low" every time I get in the vehicle and when I checked the dip stick they did not put enough in. When I contacted their customer service I sat on hold for 30 minutes before getting connected with someone. The store manager Mitchell is the most unfriendly and unhelpful person I have ever met, there must not have been a very thorough hiring process when it came to giving him that position. His response to me asking them to at least pay for the diagnostic since now due to their lack of competence and negligence, I have to take time out of my day and be without a vehicle that I use for work, he said, "we did everything correctly, that's on you, we're not doing anything." There is no point in opening a claim with this company because they just lie to your face and say someone will get back in contact with you and no one ever will. They told me the area manager, "was on vacation" and would be calling me upon his return and that was over two weeks ago and I have yet to hear from them. I could go on for days on how sour of an experience this was. I know telling my story and leaving this review for such a large company as Valvoline is pretty hopeless but its beyond them remedying the situation, at this point I just want to inform as many people as I possibly can reach to save themselves from being in my position. If you are considering an oil change just go to Take 5 or even try it yourself. Many friends of mine have gone to to other companies and if there was an issue, the other companies took care of it with no headache whatsoever. Learn from me and save yourself from this nightmare.

Got my oil changed about 2 months ago and they never put my screws back in after my oil changed . This place lacks the common sense to put screws back in after taking them out. They caused my tire well fabric to catch on the axil causing serious damages . I will never go back and I recommend never going to this place.Update:The area Manager for this location now closed the claim saying that they never took my belly pan off which the bolts for the fabric is connected to in order to change my oil.Its required on a Ford Bronco sport 2021 and he wont give me the video unless i take it to small claims court.The damage they have caused came out ot $6500 and they are refusing to pay.Service: Oil change

Absolutely horrible service I pre-called a female picked up. I asked her detailed questions and she told me yes when I got there it was a different story then they had a hard time removing the underbody from my car and the oil housing filter they didn t have the correct tools for the job. They destroyed my oil housing filter, and my under body is no longer on the car because it flew off due to them not putting it back correctly I asked her to take pictures of what they was removing she said yes and she never took the pictures or show me the pictures, they didn t put the under body back. It flew off the car as I was driving down the street the female there is a complete liar. she told me they don t have the filter for my car and I had to buy my own. I purchased my own filter and when I arrived, they already had a filter ready for my car. I m not sure why, but their service is no good anymore. They have a new crew and they all look like rookies. Most of them was running around, looking lost asking other people would they should do. This is a horrible location if you want your car to stay in shape, avoid this location Also, it took them a whole 1hr 20 minutes to do an oil change because the guy was struggling trying to remove the underbody from the car for a good 45 minutes I ve been going to this location for years and this is my first problem. The new crew is no good. They are fresh out of Boot Camp. These people have no knowledge on working on cars. They simply apply for the job and got it with no experience. I will never recommend this location update 2/13/24 the manger for this location is a lair as well he said he had a video showing that none of his technicians did anything wrong, this guy has very little to none integrity he simply lied to cover his self and his technicians but he also lied because there was three guys working on the car trying to get the oil filter these people will damage your car and not take responsibility for it. I highly recommend you stay away from this company entirely.

Tez, Eric, and Trevor are whose name I managed to obtain during my visit but the team effort at this location was awesome ! They provided me with great customer service and a smile ! Answered all questions and went above and beyond to find better options even if not with them. Rate this location 10/10 ! Great job fellas and thank you !

Went and got my oil change done on 03/13/2024. Just so happen to go under my hood and check my fluids today 03/20/24 and saw that my oil dip stick was literally out of my engine and it was bent up. I will say that my oil guard was broken however if they would ve taken their time they would ve been able to slide the dipstick right back into its place. Not to mention that day it was at least 4-5 employees there working if the person needed assistance get the dipstick back into my car all they had to do was speak up. This was unacceptable and unprofessional they weren t really supportive when it came to a solution I ended up taking my vehicle to a family friend to make sure my car was okay and to eventually straight the dipstick and actually put it back into the engine ..WORD OF ADVICE CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE COMPLETELY LEAVING THIS LOCATION THEY ARE CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Honestly, fuuuuuuuck all the bad reviews. Those people probably messed up their own cars and trying to blame it on Valvoline, so salty. I go here ALL THE TIME. These men always take such good care of me :) today Trevor helped me out and he was a MF doll, okay? Super sweet and communicated everything possible. Definitely hope to have him again in the future! Thanks guys!

Not only did I have horrible service when I left a negative review they had the audacity to comment on here wanting to resolve it but they then ignored the email they directed me to send. Apparently their idea of customer service is to publicly pretend to care and in reality do nothing.

The workers who did my car didn t check any of my lights, turning signal, etc like they usually do which I thought was required. They were inattentive, maybe they thought I didn t know anything about cars. Also, when they tried to sell me stuff like filters etc they were the most monotone I don t care voice. If I actually wanted to get it replaced, I would not do it here.

Nice job in my car oil change and filter. Over on price on both but nice job. Got my discount on both items. Also had one of my stop light fixed very please. Still expensive but left happy. A little of a wait since a couple of cars ahead of me. Time was fast on the oil change. Nice place to go for your car to be checked. Just not for me on a low income. Better choice next time.
