If your are looking for a knowledgeable, honest and professional shop who will show you what work your car needs this is the place, I have been going here for several years, they service all my vehicles, and they do it right. Look no further than USA Car, Mike the Mechanic really does the best job I have ever seen, he truly knows what he is doing. I recommend them all the way. I would give 10 stars!!!

They changed spark plugs and coilpack, mass air flow sensor, the issue with rough idle and eventual stall out still persists, so I bring the car back. They stick me with a $300+ wiring bill, ok fine. Still doesn't fix the issue. I bring my vehicle back a third time. Instead of saying sorry we don't know how to fix the issue, they bill me another $90 even though they did not do any work on the car. No apology for the $700+ spent, only another bill for diagnosing what had already been diagnosed the first 2 times (all this within a 5 week span)I would not be upset if they said they tried everything they thought necessary to have it running normally. Sadly, it seems they looked at the scenario as a window to bill me another $90.They will not admit when they can't solve a problem, I would not trust the owner with my vehicle again. As I left and expressed my displeasure for having to pay another $90 for absolutely nothing, the owner mocks me, saying he has a more expensive car than I do. Don't believe me? Ask his wife to play the video they took of me. As soon as I get displeased having to pay more for no work done on my car the owners wife starts recording, almost as if it is routine behavior at the shop for someone to get upset that their vehicle was not fixed properly.I recommend checking the better business bureau rating on this place before you decide on this shop for even the simplest of repairs.

Does not even deserve one star. My wife's 2017 Chevy sonic was experiencing stalling issues, was recommended here by my father in law since his workplace takes their vehicles here.Big mistake. We pay for all the additional parts / labor not relating to the stalling issues (motor mount / transmission mount) but the stalling continues to happen.We take it back in to say hey, we just spent $1500, will you take another look, it is still having the stalling problems (the only thing we had originally taken it here for). They tell us it is stalling due to a plastic engine cover. We take the cover off, still stalls - and they charged $90 just to go back, take the cover off, and to experience the SAME stalling issues.$1500 spent, and the owner screams at us because we want $90 back from them not being able to solve the issue by taking the plastic off (third time we came back to the shop because the issue was not resolved), they claim they ran a diagnostic and that was the cost of the $90 even though what they worked on did not solve the issue whatsoever. The owner simply pulled out his phone and began recording us while him and my wife argued in Portuguese.Owner and his wife are very sneaky people, and will overcharge you and create more problems than necessary without solving the initial issue. Sad they can't admit they don't know what is wrong with the car. Instead, they make up a story and claim it is fixed so they can take your hard earned money.Please learn from my mine and my wife's mistake of coming here.

Came in because car was having rough idle / sometimes stalling while at a red light. First time in they changed some parts, said it was fixed, took it home, same issues.Brought it back again, same issues after being charged again.Brought it back AGAIN said it was fixed again, charged another $90 for diagnostics even though they didn t change anything else in the car. They blamed the stalling on the plastic engine cover that was on.. lol, come on. Engine overheating was not even an issue I was having.Be careful here, money hungry scammers. Won t admit when a job is too complex for them to fix, will sit back and collect your hard earned money for nothing in return. Can t express this enough buyer beware here people.

I don't usually leave reviews but the owners here (husband + wife) appear very nice at first, but when their mechanic can't fix the issue they will still claim the repairs have fixed your issue. Sad because you can't talk to the mechanic directly, only the owners who will spin a ball of yarn about how it's fixed when it's not.
