We had a good experience with them. Raul who was our sales person was very polite, respectful and kind. He was attentive to our wants and needs for the new Rogue. As far as a deal they could have been a little better. We definitely will do business and recommend them to our friends and others.

Himanchu is the man!I bought a 2023 nissan titan brand new in september from the universal nissan dealer. There was a nasty allignment issue and tire issue when drove it home. So i came back the next day to get it looked at and i was so upset that my brand new truck drove like it was skipping on boulders.Himanchu saw I was visibly upset and came up to me to help me out. He is one of two service managers there.After 3 visits we figured out what it was and the shop foreman fixed it. It drives excellent now. I love this truck. Its what a truck was meant to be. I hate they are discontinueing this endurance v8, but im glad i got mine for the next decade or so.I'd say what stands out in a car experience is how you are treated. With honesty and courtesy is how Himanchu treated me.I wish him nothing but the best award you can give him in leu of a pay raise, jk.

This place is the most unprofessional, national dealership I ve ever been in. From my experience I ve went to Toyota in Massachusetts, Florida, and California. I ve been to Nissan in Florida and in Massachusetts. By far the representatives that assisted me (not all because they have some other amazing employees), were extremely pushy, asking if I came in to get a car or not. Changing the pricing when I got there, they never established a trade in and $3k down were necessary to lock the promoted price in.On top of that, once I got the vehicle, they didn t maintain anything on it. The brakes were old, it was in need of an oil change, the interior wasn t fully cleaned, and there were minor clips and emblems missing. My words to explain the representative that attended me was that he was very aggressive, was looking more to make the sale than to connect their customer to the right vehicle. Ultimately giving this company a 3 out of 10 because just wow. I would never want this experience for anybody.

Raul was great! He worked with me as a college student on what I could afford and sold me a friendly, reliable car that I could comfortably drive as I finished school. He was very understanding of my concerns and tried every solution.

In my 13 years relation with Universal Nissan I can say that I received the best service in all areas.My sales person , Chris is GREAT my customer satisfaction is 100% Chris always gives the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Gary and the staff went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle I wanted. I went in looking for a specific vehicle. Gary was helpful in looking over their inventory and providing a test drive. But in the end they didn't have the specific truck I wanted. After a couple days Gary reached out and was able to locate what I wanted at another dealership. He personally drive it 100+ miles to their dealership so I could look it over and finally purchase it. The staff was very accommodating to what I wanted and went to very extra mile to find it for me.

From the moment we walked in, until we finalized the purchase of our First Titan truck, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at. We were so happy with our purchase, the next day we returned and my son purchased another Titan. Disappointed. I waited for about three hours. I did service with them all the time. When I went for service at Pep Boys, they showed me that more than half of the rivets from the casing were missing. They just didn't put them back!!!

Don't go here. Find another one in Central Florida location to visit. The last time I was here for service in May, they almost forgot to install a new part that had been ordered and paid for. I realized as I was leaving that I didn't see it noted and had to come back to have them do it. That was the last straw in a line of events over the years. The only reason I went back today was because I had a coupon for a BOGO oil change on my last visit. Except, the service adviser allegedly didn't put my coupon into the system properly (despite taking a picture of it), so they wouldn't honor the free oil change today. This isn't the first time I've had issues with coupons at this location. So not only was my last visit money wasted because I wouldn't have gotten the oil change there if it weren't for the coupon, but it was time wasted today as well. I've had better experiences at Reed on Colonial in the past (when I lived closer to there). I know all dealerships will be overpriced, but hopefully a different dealership will be better in their training and more honest.

My nephew went here to purchase vehicle and drove off with a car and check engine light came on immediately they stated it was a sensor. then told him that they had to send car to the Ford dealer to get fixed. He does not feel trustworthy anymore he has called finance company to cancel deal they told him ok deal canceled he went to dealer and told them what finance company said and they stated that deal is not canceled . All he ever wanted was a car and a clean honest deal not this run around. Who is going to give face because manager is acting like nothing has happened and my nephew Only had the car in his possession for 24 hours after taken back to dealer to according to manager to get fixed if it is only a sensor why is going in it s been days and also why send to Ford dealer things that make you go Mmmmmmm His first car and this is the disappointing experience!!!!

Worst dealership to purchase a used vehicle. They like to sell use vehicles with a bad transmission among other problems, but their tactic is to make sure the vehicle can run for couple of days and once the vehicle breaks down, there's nothing a consumer can do, cause even if you add extended warranty, that warranty becomes effective after 30 days and 1k miles.

Transparency poorly, out the door price not the one they advertised on they website. They just wanted to squeeze you more as possible $$$.Wait time for ever ! Dealer fee $$$ + other fee $$$.

Tried to charge $150 for a diagnostic when it was just my gas cap. Got free diagnostic at a car place and was told to secure gas cap and engine light went off. I'm disappointed with Nissan every since we bought the car. Would not recommend anyone there.no stars from me.

If you value customer service do not buy a car from here. They some how did not have the second. Said would be mailed. Days go by I hear nothing I call only to be on hold for 30 minutes then call drops or sent to a vm that is full. Finally get a manager he orders then I get a call have to come back out but has to be mon-Fri 9 to 2. So take the day off just for them to put me on hold for 30 then drop while the mess I am listening to is we have the best customer service and managers on site. I ask for him well he is busy. I'm in the parking lot I can see you. I am here now and they act like they don't see me. Buying was great but once I left good luck getting any help. I would not buy from here again I still belive in customer service and this place doesn't have it.

Our biggest issues were expectations that were given and not adhered to. When trading in a paid off vehicle, If something could possibly take a month or more to resolve, don t tell us it ll be 2 days, the option to sell it elsewhere would have been what we went with had we known it would take so long. The second biggest issue, was the lack of assistance once the paperwork had been signed. I feel like the dealership could have done more to resolve the issue quicker than just placing it all on me as the buyer to do. We had a lot of wasted time at the beginning because for one week no one was communicating with me. I do feel like our actual car dealer was trying after the first week.

Quality service, fair prices and most importantly options given. You roll in and someone is there to greet you. Their priority is customer comfort and satisfaction. These qualities are rare in this time. They video tape your car while they work on it and send you a video report of anything found. Waiting area has a Cafe area with a cook and enough seating where you can wait for maintenance in comfort. Would I recommend? Most definitely. 4th time here and I travel 30 minutes with ease of mind knowing what to expect.

I m very upset after my second visit the customer service was rude from the start of our conversation. And after asking for a manager they gonna make up some story my manager on break when ask how long told me a hour. I had work done on my car after 400 dollars gonna tell me well we can t help you unless you throw more money down towards a diagnosis. I ve never experienced such rude customer service in my life. Talked to me like I m dumb and don t know what I m talking bout when the person I was originally on the phone with told me to bring the car in to be reprogrammed on them. I m fuming first 1 star review in my life. Ashan was the worker for both visit and both visit and the young lady who threw me to him cause she didn t want to help me.Service: Electrical repair
