DO NOT GO HERE! ESPECIALLY NOT FOR AN ALIGNMENT! Did not inspect my suspension and had both BAD tie rods and control arms on drivers side! TOOK TO TWO OTHER SUSPENSION SHOPS and was told to go back because they should have not aligned it in the condition. The lady in the front was nothing but a jerk and unprofessional calling me a liar and that I would not get a refund back. Returned 3 times was her excuse (I wonder why I came back 3 times! Ya dummy the suspension had bad components and that was 3 times your shop had to do the job CORRECTLY), following this will be a call to the Better Business Burea since she wanted to mock me and my comment about the BBB. Please close this place down this is the second experience like this in less than 6 months! CROOKS! Showed receipts of parts and still called me a LIAR! Will be submitting audio recording of entire encounter as well as I was 3 steps ahead and have dealt with her little attitude before! Watch how fast the owners change again for the 3rd time in a year!**UPDATE**She privately messaged me Via google, tried to offer me 30% off a new alignment or her very best to try to charge me once again and I made sure to say no, the alignment was never done right to begin with, I paid to have the job done right, it s been less than 7 days from the original alignment. Once I arrived to Tropical tires the Tech asks me why I am back, I then explain and show ALL the receipts and the old suspension parts that they never told me were bad and explained that I had to play mechanic throughout the entire weekend because they failed to do the job CORRECTLY, that I would like it aligned and he took the car onto the alignment machine. This entire time the lady does not show her face and I m sure it s out of embarrassment for calling me a liar and because of all her accusations, to the point that she came out the office, saw me and went back inside and called the tech via personal phone but anyways once she saw I was on the phone she comes into the alignment area and tells the tech to hurry this one out as they have other alignments and I made sure she heard me say not until it s done correctly , now your probably wondering how the alignment came out, the car is driveable but you can tell the alignment is not 110% was doing my research and BMW asks for the car to have a full tank and for 150 lbs to be on the drivers seat while aligning the car and none of that was done. If you value your car please just go some where reputable and TRUSTWORTHY.

On October 21, 2023, I was in this place buying new tires and alignment for the car, that day they damaged the tire sensor, after approximately two months I realized that the inside of the tires were destroyed while the outside of them were new. On January 29, 2024, I returned to this place to make a complaint, I was speaking in a respectful manner to reach a fair agreement with the manager, she said that I was been rude so that she could avoid responsibility, the camera surveillance of this place and my phone's audio refute this lady. I had to buy new tires and alignment again from another place where the manager assured me that they had done this damage on purpose (the bolts and gear were loose). It seems that this is this lady's modus operandi. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Just got my tires done here and they were very fair with there prices, also very nice and the lady that runs the place is very kind... The guys work super fast had me in and out in a matter of minutes & my tires feel great on my car. Definitely will be coming back for my automobile needs.

I had a flat tire- I arrived at tropical tire after help from AAA and the mechanics at tropical were able to fix my tire in under 10 minutes for only $25 - they were convenient, conscientious, and quick! I d recommend them to anybody and everybody.

This is not the same ownership group as before. This new owners are unprofessional! They sold me a bad tire and wouldn t fix or replace it. They then started cursing and threatening me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

These guys are the best around!! The prices are no comparison to other big name tire shops. Always a deal. I highly recommend them. They took great care of my Ram with oversized tires. They are always very friendly and work fast, you ll be back on the road in no time.

Get there for alignment! They did my car drive worst than it got there! One of the employees was asking for tips all the time like literally all the timeee. He wasn t the one aligning the car! Whenever they told me the alignment was done I told him that it didn t look like done because I still have a camber which I clearly ask him to take care of that!!! Don t go here for alignment they don t know what they doing!! And they try to overcharge me!! I ll like to get a refund!!

Finally, a tire place that goes above and beyond for its customers. My husband and I took his truck & our family car to change the tires & get an alignment. The place is very clean with excellent customer service. There s also a wide selection of tires (both new and used). All the work was done in a timely manner & very efficiently. We left extremely satisfied and will be returning here.

These guys were awesome, my rental car was warning me I was losing pressure in my tire and I wanted to get back to my vacation quickly. They took me in right away, fixed the tire in minutes, and I was back on my way in no time.Very friendly service as well.

Used to be Good and fast service, no longer. They spent nearly 2 hours and the car wouldn t even move because they had the rear rims on the front and front rims on the rear. Took another hour for three guys to get the front tires off the rear rim and back the way it should have been from the beginning. I watched them get careless and mix the staggered setup, warned the manager of the mistake only to be told the technician had 15 years experience. Fail!

Got a nail in our tire. Tried to call and schedule an appointment, but no one answered the phone, and when we got there we were turned away, saying it would be at least two hours before anyone could even look at our tire. Went down the street and got it done in 20 minutes.

Super fast and efficient without compromising quality. Been doing business here for at least 14 years and love it.UPDATE: The original two brothers who owned this shop have both passed away and new owners have taken over. I took my car there about a month ago and there was no one I recognized who used to work there. Nevertheless, I requested a 4 well rotation which they did, but aftwards, my car began to vibrate at freeway speeds which I could feel through the steering wheel.The former owners and their employees always did excellent work but with the new owners, it doesn't seem like this is the case anymore. I had to take my car to a different tire shop which found that all my tires were badly out of balance.

I was in and out in under 15 minutes and only out less than $40! They had to replace one of my tires when it suddenly got a nail. I was so worried but they were so nice and professional and fixed me up! I will always come back here

Tropical Tire replaced my tire fast and efficiently. I thought it was going to take forever and it took no time at all! Both guys that were working when I went were polite and I wasn t over charged for my tire. I highly recommend this business and will be going back if I need any of my tires serviced again! The Guys at Tropical Tire are Fantastic! They do great work and are very knowledgeable with good info on used and new tires. Excellent prices. I have been using Tropical Tire for over 10 years and never had a bad experience.

Well I went there today and I was in a bit of a dilemma with the tires that I had and the owner help me out tremendously total professionals they will definitely get my business again he had tires that most shops don't have and he was fairly priced even better than most they not only mounted and balance tires they also change the valve stems which most shops don't do. The service was amazing the tires almost brand new it's been an excellent experience the two times I've been there at tropical tire and Auto.

The guys at Tropical tires always take good care of my tire issues. Needed wheels balanced no issue quick service now the car doesn't shake running smooth. Thanks guys for taking good care of us. Keep up the great job.

My family been going to Tropical tires for years!! Ever since the Dad may he rest in peace was in charge and would give us the best prices! His son is continuing that legacy and i for sure highly recommend them all the time.

Picked up a bolt in a high performance tire. Guys took care of me quickly. I was treated like a human and not an invoice number. Great folks, I would recommend them 100% all the time, every time.

Went there for a patch. Turned out my rim just needed to be cleaned and reset. Start to finish in 15 minutes I was back on the road, lightning fast service!TJ and Rick took great care of me!! I'll be coming back for any future needs.Keep up the great work..
