Fantastic service. Personal experience exited my expectations. Staff was amazingly knowledgeable... No kidding. The owner truly knows what he is doing. Surprisingly clean office for a mechanic and repairs shop. Amazed. That's sais a lot about the kind of job they deliver... Very very happy.. 100% recommend... Spanish -English.

Beware! Beware! If you are African American do not go to these guys I went to them and talked to the front desk and the guy said No! No! they don t do electrical repair without even trying to do a inquiry about it when it is posted outside electrical When I went to ask the mechanic outside he said yes they do electrical repair and the front office front desk person came outside shouting No! No! BEWARE of this place horrible racist and bad customer service. I am very disappointed in this business. They only look out for their own I see that now sad.

Amazing team of professionals in house ready to take charge to help diagnose the issue! Turns out was a simple fix that easily could have been over charged else where. After being misdiagnosed else where and explained to Tim what was told prior his team jumped in and fixed and corrected the issue right away. Had an amazing feeling walking in with my Brother's Land cruiser instead of huge bill walked out with a beyond favorable one instead with a smile and hand shakes all around for the amazing team here! I will highly recommend this shop to anyone searching for a fair and honest services as for myself for future visits to come for all my tune ups on all my cars will be sending my friends and family alike their way!!! The service was great. And Mr. Lee & his Staff where our life saver at the last minute. They are fair & they work with you. The prices are very good. We Finley found a Auto Shop that care for our car & us. Thank you for rescuing us. We greatly appreciated it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who ask. We are very happy & Satisfied.

Top Auto was highly recommended and I was very pleased with their service. Nancy kept me updated several times, there were no surprises when i pick up my vehicle. Tim and Miguel are fantastic. The staff was amazing to work with. In a pinch, they went out of their way to help me by staying late when I had been delayed waiting on the tow truck. They were clear about the process, explained everything thoroughly on the phone and even searched and offered choices on parts to use so I had the opportunity to keep the cost down. I priced from the dealership and found that Top Auto, even using 50% of the parts from the dealership, was still several hundred cheaper for overall parts and the labor was also several hundred less. Great business and I will continue to refer my friends there.

After I took my Nissan to a local dealership (BAD idea), I took it to Top Auto. Nancy at the front desk was a joy to talk to and very knowledgeable! Their mechanics were so courteous and professional. I will definitely take my car there again if I need repairs, and I would highly recommend this business to anyone!

Nancy at top auto is the best! She explains everything you need done but don't push on you what is not needed.the mechanic is great at his job an gets it done quickly and makes sure the car is safe to drive. I have been going to Top Auto Repair for a few years and they are the only place I feel is reasonable rate, great work and trustworthy. Give them a try you will be glad you did!

Outstanding service and honesty. My A/C stopped working and I went to two different shops for a quote. Both places quoted me over $1,000 for a complete system replacement. I made an appointment and deliver my car as agreed.Top Auto confirmed that my car AC issues were, the relay/switch and they charged me far less than the first two places I went. They got a new customer. Totally recommend them.

KRIS and nancy were very helpful at this location I m very impressed with her business communication and the price if you re looking for a fair company to work with this would be definitely the company to go to I found them on Google and this is the best way that anyone in my mind can find a company with honest reviews and integrity. I thought I had a problem with the water pump or water hoses and ended up being a small little piece where the leak was. Also the locks cause some problems we decided it was gonna be costly to even try to find out what the problem was.Thank youService: Engine repair

I am a pessimist and believe when it comes to money, everyone is out to get you. . . That being said, I have had two great service experiences with my vehicle at Top Auto. (Front right axel & brake services) Prices were exactly where they should be, work was done correctly, they have been honest, and complete everything in a timely manner.This is one of the few auto shops in Orlando that still retain and display some integrity

I was on my way to work and all of a sudden my check engine light came on along flashing along with the traction control light. I was so afraid to come to a stop in fear of my car just dying. I wasn't far from my destination, so I googled car repair near me and Top Auto was 0.5 mile from my destination, it was just down the street. I pulled in and walked into the office and I saw this office is protected by a Pomeranian sign on the wall, I have a soft spot for that breed. I was speaking to the lady and told her what was going on with my car. She had Tim plug in the diagnostic machine and found out what was wrong while her and I continued our conversation and her letting me pet Diva the cute Pom. Tim came in and told me what was wrong and gave me a quote and said he could get it fixed. I was going to walk down the road to work but the woman was super awesome and gave me a ride down the road. I got a call 3 hours later and was told my car was ready. I went and picked up my car. I loved the entire experience here. It is a family run business that has been there for 39 years! You won't be disappointed with the people or the service here. If I need work again in the future I will go back here. #supportsmallbusiness #shoplocalService: Engine repair

Tim and his staff are the most honest and efficient shop I've ever dealt with. They have the most up to date equipment and the experience to get it done right the first time. I would highly recommend them any time.

So happy to have found this gem!!! Until now, I used to dread taking my car to ANY mechanic including the dealership due to lack of customer service, incompetence and extreme price gauging. Luckily, Top Auto does not fall into either category. They are efficient, professional and honest not to mention Nancy is an absolute sweetheart and is super knowledgeable. I can not fathom going anywhere else for repairs. Do yourself a solid and check them out.

EXCELLENT customer service! Omar inspected my van and was very clear with his recommendations and my options. He gave me a very fair estimate. When all of the work was done, it came out to be less than the original estimate. I have found my mechanic here in Orlando.

Excellent service.Very honest mechanic.They have never been pushy, and never up sold me a product.I always give them as much time as they need with the vehicle, and they always take their time with it. No quick bang up jobs that break other parts. They are real professionals, worth every penny.

Called Top Auto on MLK day to have my car checked. Timothy is a great guy! I dropped off my car since it was stalling randomly for some unknown reason. Tim was not able to fix the problem but did not charge me a penny since all he could do was a diagnostic. Would do business with again. Friendly and honest!

I was traveling with my family from Nashville to Orlando for vacation. I started having trouble with our van about the time we crossed into Florida, but did manage to make it to our hotel. I have co workers in the area and asked them where I could take my van and get it fixed. My son is in a wheelchair and being without our van is a major issue. I was referred here.On Monday morning I dropped off the van knowing pretty much that I was at their mercy since I had no choice but to get the van fixed. They took care of the diagnosis and called me by lunch time. they gave me a total and told me the van would be ready the following day once they got hte part in from the dealership. I was able to pay over the phone and we went by that night to get the van.I am incredibly happy to have been referred here since there are probably plenty of shops that could have tried to take advantage of people from out of town. I hope to not need them again, but I wouldn't hesitate to refer someone I know to them if they happen to have a problem while down there.

Went in for 100000 mile checkup and an oil change. They quoted me the price for what was included then called to let me know it would be less than quoted. Made sure to tell me everything they did and what didn't need doing. Great job! Will be back again!

Owner and his mechanics know their stuff. Saved me hundreds on a repair quote from another mechanic that didn t need to be fixed to begin with. Diagnosed problem and fixed correctly the first time. Will be a customer of theirs for as long as they operate.

I bought a used car and had a power steering problem, I asked them to check it out from top to bottom, Tim and Bud tweaked a few minor things, the power steering problem was repaired reasonably and quickly!! Nancy was always in touch and so kind!! They are in Orlando, but I will never take my car anywhere else!! Honesty, customer service and fast resolution of problems!!

Now here is a truly HONEST repair place!! Could have, EASILY overcharged me for an AC repair, instead gave me options that limited my spending to a 1/10 of the original repair estimate!! And had me rolling "cooly" down the road short hours later!! Please take your vehicle here for a great car repair experience!!

Honesty is the best policy and this shop lives by that motto. Excellent prices on repairs and accurate diagnostics for troubleshooting car problems. I've been to Firestone and tuffy, valvoline, and Aamco, and I've found people will find a problem when you think their is one. These guys at Top Auto won't waste your money and time fixing problems that don't exist. No commission sales, just good people. "Top" is in the name for a reason. Small parking area in front of the garage and not open during the weekend so schedule your time wisely to have your vehicle serviced with the "Top" of the "Auto" repair business.

Fantastic service! Just when I thought customer service was just about dead ...Top Auto is a pleasant surprise and they do great work too! I highly recommend them.
