Great experience at this location! I came because my tire pressure light was on. We soon discovered more concerns that contributed to a rough ride. The team took great care of my car and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable! We serviced Bianca with suggested maintenance and she was driving so much smoother right away! Will definitely be returning and I don t even live in the area! Thanks team!

I came for a routine tire alignment. Being they are now MAVIS & no longer Tire Kingdom it was a new team with great Customer service!! Tom & Angel were friendly and professional honored the complimentary alignment that was originally through Tire Kingdom! I highly recommend this store. I came 3 years ago and it was a completely different negative experience. 5 s!!!

Went in because I thought a tire was leaking and turns out I needed all new tires. They didn t try to oversell me or rip me off, even told me to shop around before I decide. I needed them asap and they were super helpful in helping me get them the same day! Made a mistake as far as inventory but Christian took accountability for that and offered a very generous deal for that. Very much appreciated!

I recently found Tire Kingdom online and selected tires for my Dodge charger. The cost online out the door was $586. A great price for sure. Better than Discount Tire online. Once I got there and my tires were swapped out the manager gave me a bill for $791! I showed her online the cost and she said that didn't include tax and labor! We debated it for about 5 or 10 minutes and I told her no problem just take the tires off my car and put the old ones back on . She finally said she would take $100 off but I still paid more than $100 over what the price was online. Don't go to this place find an honest Tire business to deal with.

Ready to take a road trip, I noticed a screw in my tire, late in the day. I ran over to this Tire Kingdom, and the service was great. The front desk who checked me in was pleasant, getting my car back right away, after a fast quote. After less than ten minutes, he came back, and told me that was screw had not punctured the tire, and all was well. They did not charge me for a thing. Thank you, Keyon and Angel. Highly recommend this location. Very fair.

We pulled in here on a Sunday afternoon after noticing a screw in a tire. The two young men were extremely well-mannered and courteous. One let us know we wouldn't be charged if there was no puncture or air loss. Several minutes after taking our car back, he returned to tell us they thoroughly checked and cleaned the tires and sprayed soapy water looking for leaks. What appeared to be a screw was actually a ground-down acorn! That news just made a good experience better.

Tom at this Tire Kingdom location was more than helpful and accommodating. He was so knowledgeable about what maintenance recommendations were needed for my Juke and got me in and out of this location in a timely manner. He was so kind and patience with me and my many questions about my repairs! Cannot recommend this location or Tom enough.

I had a 5 star experience here. To begin, I received a call from the manager to verify my appointment and offer an earlier time slot if I preferred. Then, I was greeted upon entry by Keyon who was very professional and thoroughly explained products and services available for my price point. I was quoted 45 mins for service and by the time I walked to Popeyes and came back, less than 45 mins later, my car was sitting outside ready to go. The technician was also great. Talk about customer service and a winning team. I highly recommend this place!

I walked in and received good welcoming service from the start. The wait was not long at all and Michael at the desk was friendly and efficient. He had my vehicle checked and very quickly presented me with options to service my car. I live in the area and will surely return. Nice job! And good deals

Very professional and helpful. So much stuff needed to be done to my vehicle, prices were explained and a timeframe on when things need to be done. Will definitely be coming back. AJ and Keyon were both excellent employees!

I was stranded in Orlando after a conference. The gentlemen at Tire Kingdom took my car in right away to help me out, no wait. I was expecting to purchase a new tire, but they suggested seeing if it could be repaired first. I appreciated their honesty. It would have been just as easy to sell me a new tire. There was a nail in the edge of the tire, so it could not be repaired. The tire and labor fees were quite reasonable and they had me on my way home within the hour. I am so grateful. Thank you!

I had an unexpected tire leak on its treads and the first few places I called didn t have the tire or if they did they could not mount them because it is a low profile tire. AJ ordered the tire and even called me back the next morning to let me know the tires were in. I had a ton of questions and AJ was patient with me, answered all my questions and removed any anxiety I had. Naturally my car is my baby and the crew at Tire Kingdom were excellent. I m glad I decided to come here.

New to the area and was nervous I wouldn t find a shop as good as the one back home. Took my vehicle into this location for service and was immediately met with the friendliest most welcoming team. Myself and my vehicle were treated like royalty. Joe especially, he took the time to go over their findings, broke it down in a way that made sense, and overall helped me feel safe getting back on the road. Happy to say I have found my new trusted auto shop!

Went in for an oil change and was greeted and taken care by Mona Lisa and she was amazing!! Got me in and out and had a great attitude! I highly recommend and go straight to her if you want to be taken care of properly!!!

Update: still coming to this location for the excellent service and care. Tom was a great advisor for my cars needed and ensured service was done efficiently! 4years ago: Milton & Team are always great!
