The crew was friendly, prices were good, service was quality and fast. What else you can expect. This place is one of the best places I ve ever been. Manager was very helpful and open for any solution. The mechanic who installed my BFG 35 s on my jeep, Jesus is the man !!! Thank you.

Super super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! Went to pep boys nearby first and they were rude (sorry but true) and then stopped by tire choice- wonderful customer service! You gained a loyal customer. Also super clean shop! And next to Starbucks!! So you can wait and relax! Highly recommend!

Had to have a tire get plugged and patched on quick notice. They got my tire fixed and back able to get to work in 30 min. I really appreciated them helping me out.

While the gentleman who checked me in was helpful, my experience soured after the mechanic fixed my tire. Unfortunately, they left my car filthy, with the wheel coated in dirt from their hands. Upon driving away, I noticed my steering wheel was uncomfortably grimy, making it difficult to grip. Thankfully, I had Lysol wipes on hand to clean it myself before leaving. Additionally, the mechanic overlooked putting the cover back on my tire. Attention to cleanliness and thoroughness in service could greatly improve the customer experience. At least the minimum requirement was done and that was getting my tire fixed.

Great place!! Manager Anthony very nice and very helpful he really helps you on what you really want to do for your vehicle. I need to place a splash cover to my SUV and he told the guys at the shop to installed at no charge. Thanks you Anthony. I will go back again to change the oil and filter.

It is my first visit and I went for tire repair, and the job was well done on timely manner. Anthony, front desk was very friendly. In general this place is very inviting to go back and do my auto service. I had very pleasant experience.Thank you Anthony and your technicians.

This Tire Choice location has always been excellent when it comes to the repairs or tire installation on our cars. The techs are great and Anthony, the manager is always knowledgeable and kind. Excellent communication & customer service with quality work on repairs. I highly recommended this Tire Choice location.

I can't rave about this place enough! Beginning of the month dropped my car off to get an oil change and was helped by Anthony! Was in and out in under 1.5 hrs. Few weeks later while driving my brothers car, I got the flat tire notification pulled right in as it was on the way and was helped within 3 minutes by putting air in the tires (forgot the guys name but he was so helpful and accommodating as there was a 2 hour wait!). It wasn't a simple nail in the tire, patch and go, so came back the next day and who helped me? Anthony! Had to get 2 new tires for brothers car and he was so helpful. Anthony is so good at his job communicates so well and is very transparent about it too. Anthony helped me see clear pricing especially with comparison of online tires and comparable brands for run flat tires. If I have any easy car needs this is definitely my family's first stop. This team is great! Oh highly recommend you make an appointment, definitely worth it!!

Booked an appointment because of selected tires on their website that we wanted and were available..only to show up and be told that they don t have any tires for our vehicle. We could have chosen anywhere in central Florida and we choose here.. but it s ok because we drove 100 yards down the road and got tires no problem. Just be aware before looking at their website for any reason.

They are friendly when serving you, but if there are 30 minutes left before closing, don't waste your time going. They will not attend to you for an oil and filter change.

Really great customer service. I took my car in because one tire was leaking air. Was told it would take 45 minutes. Ended up taking two hours, and because of that, they didn t charge me for it. Really exceptional caring about their customers. I ll definitely go back if I need anything else. Highly recommend this place!

tried to come at 5:45 after i got off work and they were already closed. they should really change the hours online as well as on the front of the store if they are not actually there until 7. i could have stopped elsewhere on my commute but chose to come here due to previous service on my tires. now it is 6 and most other places are closed. unprofessional.

Visited this location at 6:50 pm after driving from the opposite side of town. Stopped by Autozone (next door from location) to test my starter but their machine was not functioning properly and they referred me to Tire Choice. Upon pulling up to the location, I noticed a young man pulling down the gates.I proceeded to ask if they were closing, he said yes. Keep in mind, it was 6:52 at this point. I asked if he would kindly test my starter, as I have driven from Clermont. He looked back into the shop and replied, Nah. That s a whole process. If you just needed air in your tires, I could do that. I said okay and he continued, We open at 7:30 am though. I told him that I live on the other side of town and was referred, as I drove away.Tire Choice, please train your staff on customer service and empathy. I understand if I were pulling up after closing but to my knowledge, you all were open until 7pm today. I should not have been turned down for service 10 minutes before you all close your doors. It s an inconvenience that I not only drove across town but it was clearly a wasted trip, because I could have and should have been serviced. I don t believe it would have taken 10 minutes to test, and even if it did, isn t that the point of working in retail and the customer service industry? I could have been a customer of yours but due to the lack of consideration and lack of your employees wanting to work, I am not. Please do better.

Some of the most respectable people work at this Tire Choice location. We needed to have a tire looked over for a slow leak.We dropped the car off and went grocery shopping. Within an hour or less the job was completed. This was really impressive as they had a couple jobs before our car was attended to. Before noon on a Sunday the car was back on the road.Honest and fair prices for the service. We will back.

The guys at tires choice were great I had a issue with alignment after installing a lift and steering rack hands down to them for thinking outside of the box and doing what other places wouldn't do to get my alignment correct thanks again definitely recommend tires choice in Avalon park

I took my Yaris yesterday to get alignment because my car was pulling to the right. After inspection they called to sell me a new tire and balancing which I agreed to. However when I got my car back the car was still not aligned. I had to take my car back a second time to finally get the job done. These guys cared more about the upsell than actually doing what I needed. I won t be going back.

I've visited this spot a few times now, but for simple oil changes. The last couple of times I took my truck in after hearing a noise and we were hitting the road, so they put it up to take a look and it was as simple as a loose screw on the under belly cover; which they showed me and fixed for free. Earlier this week I took my truck back for it's oil change and knew I likely needed tires. Working with Anthony was amazing; great and consistent communication and they price matched! They were honest and that goes a long way in the auto mechanic world. :)

Sarah has always given us exceptional customer service with our vehicles. She always answers her phone even after hours we when we have issues with our cars and helps find a resolution to the problem. She makes room for last min services. She is awesome!!!

Came in with my tire that was leaking air from the valve stem and got it replaced quickly by them. Thinking this would resolve my tire leaking issue it didn t. From what I could see when I took the wheel off at home, there seemed to be no punctures. The next morning I came again and explained to them and they said no problem, took my wheel, found where else it was leaking air and fixed it. Great service here and definitely would recommend!

I highly recommend this place. I ve gotten an oil change there and they were fast and efficient. I also had a nail in my tire the other day and the girl who works in the front went out of her way to squeeze me in right away to fix it. I have received excellent service with this Tire Choice!

I love this place! We have been in several times with issues with our Jeep Wrangler due to poor maintenance by the prior owners of the car. Every time we come in the service is amazing.They always make it easy at drop off. The staff are kind and don t try to upsell things that you don t need.Unfortunately they are usually busy, so you might have to wait a little for the car to be serviced. However, the quality is worth it. I just head over to the Starbucks next door and work on my laptop till they call me to pick up the car.

LIFESAVERS!!! I was two hours away from home and stopped at a fast food restaurant to grab something to eat. Came back out to my car and the battery was dead. This Tire Choice was .4 miles away so I called, on the verge of tears, to ask if they had any recommendations for someone I could call to quickly give me a jump. Angel was my ANGEL and came to rescue me himself!!! He was there in less than 5 minutes and got me charged up. Was able to get to Tire Choice and they had my battery switched out in twenty minutes with a warranty at a great price. THANKS, GUYS!!!

One of our tires went flat on 528 and our spare was not going to get us home. We were unfamiliar with the area, and when we called Tire Choice assistant Manager Anthony Santos assured us he would take care of us...and he did. He repaired our tire and got us back on the road in less than 30 min, and under $30 dollars! You won't be disappointed with the service at this tire store.

I have the worst luck with flat tires . But today, Sara at the Avalon Tire Choice, turned my bad day around with her positive attitude and stellar customer service. Not only did she have a wonderful demeanor, but she physically did the work herself and got me in and back on the road again in about 30 minutes! I was so grateful and impressed! Thank you Sara!

I go there with an ac issue and I window issue. Get those fixed. Leave with my truck smelling like fuel on the inside. I present the issue to Sarah the service advisor and get yelled at and hung up on. Had to call back to speak to a manager because of how rude she was. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will never go back or recommend to any of my friends and family.

Had a brake issue with daughter 09 VW beetle, was told it was the brake booster. Had them install it at $504. After using it he vehicle it over heated and broke down, found out that they broke the heater core union when doing the booster, which they denied until they saw it and then said it was them. We complained many time the brakes was not right, so they said the booster was faulty and installed a 2nd one. Still the brake was not right after them looking at it many times was told they cannot fix and take it to VW which they would pay. After talking to VW found out that Tire choice had seriously messed up the brakes, they had installed the brake booster upside down twice and had cut a hard original plastic line and replaced with a rubber line making it dangerous as the brake kept losing pressure. Tire choice Manager Jose Sanchez said now they know what is wrong with the brake to bring it back and they would fix and also refund me the $187.44 VW brakes diagnostic fee and $69.59 for the hard plastic line they cut and changed. At first, I was offered a credit which I fused then I was told I would get a check in the mail. which I never did! Tire Choice had the car back and finally fitted the brake booster the right way up but was then told the ABS light was now on and again they have no idea how to fix it. So again, they said take it but to VW and they would pay to find out what was wrong with it. VW Found out that Tire Choice had broken the wire to the ABS causing an open circuit which cost us at VW $488 for them to find and fix. So again, went back to see Manager Jose Sanchez and told him the finding of them messing up my daughter car. And told him I never received the 1st check that he promised me i would get in the mail and now the new bill we got because them doing a bad job on the car. He Lied and said he never promised a check and now for the 2nd repair because of them to contact office which I left message and never even got a call back.
