Honest pay for honest work! It's hard to be confident in having found an honest mechanic, but The Wrench Connection leaves absolutely zero room for doubt. They've been working on my girlfriend's car for a couple years now and recently I've been using them for mine as well, and on top of being incredibly knowledgeable they are also very reasonably priced for the current market. I always leave feeling like I got my monies worth and then some. Roger is fantastic and their work is top notch! If I could give them 5 more stars I would, but I'll be a customer for life.

Took my old truck here to have some work done. Roger at the desk was very welcoming and they were able to get my truck seen within 2 days. Prices are comparable to other places but they seem very honest in their work. I noticed they filled all my fluids which weren't related but is a nice service. Only downside is a credit card fee but they accept cash or check without the fee. I would recommend them to friends.

Roger at the front started it off with his first class fantastic attitude and definitely made you feel welcome! Rick, the owner is totally outstanding and extremely hands-on. What a great new find I've just made and very refreshing to find an honest mechanic!

5 stars does this shop no justice! I have never felt more valued as a customer here and I m always well taken care of. This is officially my go to now, the search for an honest mechanic is over. I used to stress anytime my car needed work done until I found this shop! I ve been coming here for about a year now and not a thing s changed, same first class service from day 1. Love the full transparency, integrity has no price and is very hard to find nowadays. It doesn t matter what day or time of the week you come in you will always find it in the same clean condition too. At a certain point in my VW s life I thought it had officially reached its end, but thanks to these guys my car was back on the road in no time and she s still running to this day better than ever. The only regret I have is not having found this shop sooner and wasting so much time and money everywhere else. If you really cared about your car hands down you d bring it here!

This place does amazing work at great prices. They are fantastic people as well. I absolutely suggest everyone check them out as I have never had such a great experience at a mechanic before. They are completely honest and straightforward with you, so you can have peace of mind knowing you aren t getting scammed like so many other places. A truly wonderful experience every time.

Thank you, Roger and everyone at the Wrench Connection for taking such good care of my daughter's car!! It's hard being so far away from my college student and knowing there is someone there I can trust if she has car trouble brings me such peace of mind. We will always bring her car here. Tim was excellent at fixing issues with my car. I took my car in originally because a sensor light was coming on and it happened to be a minor reset. A few months later I had to come back because my car started shifting incorrectly (it's an automatic so there shouldn't be a jump). I was originally told to go to a transmission shop by a different company. Getting a second opinion saved me a lot of money because it turned out I just needed my spark plugs changed! Very honest and great communication. I highly recommend!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a mechanic that was going to be honest and fairly priced. I am so glad I found this place. My car is running great after I had it serviced here. The service was fast and efficient and the prices were very reasonable.

The guys at Wrench connection are the absolute best. Ricky in particular took care of us. I took my car there with a check engine light and they took there time to diagnose the issue and put together a plan to get everything back in order. They explained everything to me in plain English. I won't take me car to anywhere else. These guys are pros!!

Say to Rick that he have a moron taking new clients call .....I am a person who recently moved to Florida with my family, specifically in the Kissimmee area, if you notice I am not close to your workshop, searching the website I found your workshop "The Wrench Connection" and I entered their page and I read several reviews where they speak very highly of the workshop and its service. I proceed to make an appointment via the website as provided, they never answered me, two weeks later I mean today I called the number provided by the website, the person if you can call him a person because he is an animal serving clients! He is asked if he speaks Spanish and the person answers in an arrogant tone that no, if I am asking that in English, then I can speak it, because I continue explaining the problem with the car and he answers that I should take it at 10am, he explained that because of the situation from work that I can take it at 3:30pm and the person answers that it's time they don't take any more cars, so I can solve my situation by getting another car and take it at 10am. I'm ask , is that the way to serve a potential client? It seems to me that if this person does not know how to serve the public, he is doing the wrong job because where he should work is in the zoo with the animals. I pay with money you idiot, but I will definitely look for another workshop where I can find a better service

Recently had to take my car in for a new engine! Rodger was quick to help me and even quicker getting me back out on the road! Thank you for not making me feel dumb even though my engine failure was completely my own fault. Everyone there is so friendly and extremely helpful. Being a woman I find it hard trying to trust mechanics so it was a relief once I found you guys. Thank you again!!!

New Year New Floridian New MechanicAs I told Roger, the hardest part of moving isn t finding a doctor or a place of worship, it s finding a mechanic! New to central FL, I have spent weeks combing online sites for reviews on mechanics, and Rick s Wrench Connection stood out! From the first interaction w Roger, to our sendoff from Lucy and Hubcap the Dog, we were treated honestly and respectfully. The team instantly troubleshooted the issues, and Roger provided me w/ a detailed breakdown of each item before proceeding. Parts and labor were an incredible value! Repairs were made extremely fast, and we feel safe getting back on the road knowing the Wrench Connection and NAPA are behind us!

Brought in a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta Autobahn edition in with 142k miles in for oil leak. With a few questions Roger almost knew why before the work was done. Fixed at a reasonable price and work guaranteed afterwards. Honest, affordable, fast and nice. Really there is nothing more a customer can ask for! Highly recommend!

Had a weird experience where I had my battery done then left with a leaking anti freeze issue, i had to wait till they where open Monday but they did check and rectified the issue, so I can't complain and there service is quick and reasonable prices so not bad would have been 5 stars but I had to wait with no car for 3 days after it left the shop that should have never happened.

We ve been going to Wrench for several years now. Our whole family uses them. Great customer service and transparent pricing. They always recommend shopping around for the best price so their is zero pressure to use their services. They re also great with inspecting used cars prior to purchasing. They are trustworthy and reliable. I have always been impressed by the excellence of service from The Wrench Connection. Not only is the auto service great all the people who work there are great to communicate with. Had estimate from Audi dealership for $2500 plus for repairs. Didn t add up in my mind so went to Wrench Connection and totally didn t codes and repairs were $158.27. Thanks Wrench Connection

Updating to say The Wrench Connection is still my go to for car maintenance and am happy to recommend them!I originally came for the A/C service and like the shop so much that both my son and I now come here for all our car service. Just had my first oil change and general maintenance check with the Wrench Connection on my CX-5 that is coming up on 65,000 miles. They did a thorough check on my vehicle and advised what they recommended to be done and why as well as advised of what services could wait until another time. Roger was really pleasant to work with and was very communicative throughout the process. We took our Jeep to The Wrench Connection after doing some research on Yelp. Our a/c was making some noise and not blowing as cold as it should. Roger was great from start to finish. He explained the problem and the repairs needed in detail, was upfront about the pricing, and made sure the work was done as quickly as possible.
