I would rather go to this location for an oil change than anywhere else in central FL. The guys running the shop are very knowledgeable and always sure to explain the situation in full detail, I always feel very informed when I go by. The atmosphere of the shop is much brighter these days and the service is as fast as I could ask for. Just an oil change will only take a few minutes out of your day, but the guys here are always willing to go that extra mile to check up and repair any other minor concerns around my car, but still at a decent pace and a reasonable price. I forgot to catch his name, but the new manager made sure my car was more than good to go!

Takes a lot for me to post, but can I just say, the most friendly amazing staff! They didn't have my filter so the manager went out and got one. They were fun and kept me in the loop. Didn't try to upcharge me..I'll be a lifer with that staff! Thank you

The gentleman that took care of me was very respectful and kind. He even gave me discount for the wait, which was not their fault. But he made me feel welcome. This will be the place for oil change for me. I feel at home! By the way, his wife is about to have their first baby, congrats.

I always take my vehicle to this location on Lee Road. Yesterday they were very busy however I waited and they only had two technicians. Both were professional, apologized for the wait and when it was my turn, they gave my car great attention. It was worth the wait. They never try to get you to get more than you want. They tell you the recommendations but no pressure if you re not able to do it then.

Fred and Tyler were awesome, there were multiple customers they were taking care of and the entire time they were doing an excellent job of taking care of everyone, communicating, and still making it a priority to greet new guests. Did an awesome job, 10/10 recommend. Give them a raise!

Let me start by saying that after the whole Firestone debacle, I've been hesitant to take our other car to get the oil changed there. After doing lots of review reading and browsing, I wanted to give this establishment a try, and I do not regret that decision!I pulled in after another car, with a 3rd already being serviced so I knew there would be a short wait. Luckily from the time I pulled in to the time I drove off was only 38 minutes!The staff was super friendly and professional, checking all the fluids, pressures, and filters quickly. They were amazed at the low mileage on the car and when you take the time to chat, everyone just seems more personable and takes their time to do the job right.Synthetic oil is not cheap, but I don't begrudge them for the price. I will absolutely go back there again to top off any fluids if needed, and hope I have the same crew in 5,000+ miles.Clean, friendly, fast, and no up charge pressure. The air filter needed to be changed and I added that to the service. They even caught a problem with my wiper that I never noticed.Thank you all for making my first trip there excellent.

I believe Susan was her name & she made my experience excellent to say the least. I ve tried another location in a different city days before, and they could not service my vehicle due to them not having the proper tool.I then came to this location & my confidence in being serviced was restored.Thanks Again for an amazing experience & service!

My experience with Take 5 was extremely remarkable, even though they were transitioning between employees at that location, their customer service, attention to their customers exceptional. They went above and beyond caring for my vehicle. I will no longer go anywhere other than Take 5.

Very unhappy this time they did not check the fluid levels and did not check my air filter which needed to be replaced. Don't understand having 3 to 4 people working on 1 car. Just very unhappy with this visit they are great other times I go and this time if was all new people working there.

I believe the entire Take 5 idea is brilliant. Waiting inside your vehicle while the maintenance is completed is bliss. I always use this location and haven t had any problems. 282,000+ miles and counting. Thank you Take 5 for taking care of us.

I was greeted by an employee who was quite friendly and professional at first until he heard my foreign accent."You sound like you're fresh out of the boat", "Did you come here by yourself?","Where are you from again? Your accent is very strong".Having to deal with Linguistic discrimination for something as simple as an oil change is unacceptable, respect for consumers is the least that should be expected from this company.

They were professional and courteous and attentive. I was in and out very quickly. They changed oil, did tires, checked filters and topped off fluids and showed me the results. Great teamwork!

I think I dodged a bullet today, usually I go here first thing in the am and the service is great! Today I went in the afternoon and sat in the bay for 35 minutes without anyone attending. They appeared to be understaffed, I kindly asked CJ to guide me out and was obliged.. bye! 2/20/24Added 2/21 Went back this morning and was met by the cohesive, hard working team that I m accustom to. +1 star for now because afternoon shift needs work. PM - Please take the opportunity to learn from your morning time peers that understand professionalism, teamwork, and communication.

Great Service. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a clean transmission system flush. Got my car drive like new again. Kind employees that promised to get my work done in under 25 minutes and got me to work on time very nice I will be returning to this take 5 for all of my oil and transmission needs.

Always so nice, professional, courteous and fast. If I cant get my oil changed at the dealership, I will only come here. To this particular location. One time, they accidentally spilled oil on my engine and you would've thought they called a code blue. 4 guys ran over and started cleaning my engine and apologized profusely. Always offer a bottle of water while I wait, and always explain every step of the service. Great!

I ve been taking my vehicles to take five for over eight years now and I ve always been satisfied with the service. I don t believe take five is the cheapest oil change But for the service and quick turnaround time, I don t mind paying a little bit more for my oil changes.

I have been struggling financially. Couldn t afford $100.00 oil change. The young man almost bought me to tears. He made it where I still had the best service. I appreciate him & the young lady. I visited the Lee Road location, and there were only two employees. I waited 45 minutes after I pulled in the bay and popped my hood for them to start service. There was one vehicle, pulling out when I was pulling in and one other vehicle being serviced total of three base. I have used take five for the life of my vehicle. This is my 10th time using them with this vehicle and every time it seems that the service is worse..

Congrats on losing my business. Oil change on Friday. Car starts leaking oil. Take it back to make sure the filter and drain plug were installed correctly and tightened. Yep, no problem sir . They look and say everything is good, just some extra oil in the skid plate. I leave. Still leaking oil. Take it to the dealership. And find out the drain plug was not screwed in tightly. Maybe in your 10 minute oil change, you could take a minute to insure it s done correctly. Zero stars is not an option. I ll gladly take our business somewhere else. Piss poor that it wasn t for. Correctly the first time and inexcusable that when I came back you didn t check. Hope someone else reads this and thinks twice about using you guys.

While I do not expect a five minute oil change, a fifty five minute oil change is unacceptable. Awful communication and total lack of consideration for the customers.

The job was very sloppy. Oil was poured all over my engine. Kelvin removed my air filter without permission to upscale me and didn t screw the covering back on properly. A cord was disconnected that had nothing to do with my oil change and when my service was done he charged me for the oil he probably received a commission on instead of asking me which High mileage oil I wanted. I ve been going to Take 5 for years but my last couple of services has been extremely poor quality. I ve decided I m no longer going back for any future oil changes or any other service they provide

The service tech was very thorough in explaining pricing and why. Answered all my questions. I will definitely go back. Very fast. Back home under 30 minutes.
