I made the service appointment the day before. I took the car for the appointment on-time. I left the dealership, thinking it was going to take longer. Less than two hours the service advisor John was calling me to let me know that the car was ready and that the technician was not recommending anything else done in my vehicle, Nissan Pathfinder 2020. Thank you Sutherlin for always providing great service.Blessings!

As a loyal customer buying my last three cars I have appointment cancel during systems was down, reschedule me today at 1:00 Jerry as a services representative advise me that change the oil plus tire rotation will cost me 139.00, I feeling that person put on hold may car in the parking lot without any advise. Finally he approach me with some attitude that makes field unwelcome , is not about money I decide to pay just the oil change for $99.00.This time I just drove out vey disappointed. As loyalty customer we deserve a better courtesy trade, paid 99.00 oil change without tire rotationNot big deal, just feeling unhappy

I had purchased a used car and was not given the choice to drive it. When I left the store with vehicle it had a jet sound noise. It was already late to turn back. Was there since 9am until 430pm. So I called the salesperson and he advice me to come in the morning. The manager Gio took care of me and took my car to be checked. Definitely it was the right wheel bearing. Got fixed at no cost and now runs quietly. Good, fast service excelent personnel

Sutherlin Nissan has been maintaining my vehicle for years now; however, on my most recent visit, I was not satisfied with the service. I had an appointment for 8am. I called and notified them I would be there at 8:20am as traffic was more than anticipated. I was told that was okay. When I arrived at 8:20am I was checked to get an oil change and tires rotated. Through the window I watched the service tech drive my car in to be serviced at 10:20am. I watched him finish the job at 10:38am. I paid for the services at 11:02am and at that time I was then told they were down 3 men bc of injuries at the same time. My question is, why I wasn t told that in the beginning so I could decide if I wanted to sit for two hours and then the car be serviced in 18 minutes?

I brought my wife's truck to Sutherlin because it started to sputter and the check engine light began to flash while driving. After a diagnostic I was quoted $6000 worth of work needed and that the sputtering was due to both catalytic converters needing replacement. I already assumed it was the spark plugs that needed to be changed before bringing it there. When receiving the text with the statement of work needed and speaking to the service advisor, the spark plugs never came up. I noticed on the text quote that it stated the spark plugs needed to be replaced due to mileage, but no price was next to it. I asked the service about this and he stated that was needed too. I asked him to give me the price of the work and he texted a second quote. I approved the spark plugs being replaced. The sputtering and check engine light flashing had not occurred since. It's been 3 weeks since the work has been completed. I really feel that they tried to get over on me...

We recently took our 23 Pathfinder RC in for its first oil change since purchase. Guy was our advisor and he provided us great service. We have dealt with many Dealership service centers and none have compared to Southerlin!. Guy also made sure to clean our PF once the service was complete. I visited twice to have my vehicle service and i must say the service i received was immaculate. John was my service advisor and it was like a relative and i interracting. They replaced 2 bald tires, 1 had the Steel belt showing through. I bought the car on April 22, 2023. And I never even looked at the tires. But they got me 2 brand new tires, aligned the car, and changed the oil for me. I' very only had it for 1-1/2 months. I was VERY pleased that they took care of the situation.

This is a review of the service department based on two visits that involved some decent amount of labor.For my most recent visit, there was a leak in the evaporator coil so the technician replaced the entire HVAC assembly box that's inside the cabin. Personally, I think simply replacing the evap would have been more cost effective to replace instead of the entire box. I did end up spending quite a lot of money (over $2k) on this repair so I had some high expectations of service.This is my second time bringing my car in for service at Sutherlin. It seems that every time I come in for service, one problem is fixed but now I have more new problems.The first time I brought my vehicle in was for a transmission replacement. The transmission speed sensor was not plugged in and my vehicle was driving poorly. I ended up fixing the problem myself and plugged in the cable, but surprised that it was handed to me in that condition, which leads me to believe that the technicians do not properly test out the vehicles after performing a repair.For my most recent visit, I did speak to the service manager and the remedy that I asked for was granted, which was to be reimbursed the labor cost of me performing the labor to change out the damaged coolant hose, providing a gallon of coolant, and providing the damaged hose. However, between both of the visits that I have had being less than stellar, I have very little confidence in the service department. My service rep Doug has done a good job of communicating and helping me every step, but the technicians seem to miss important details.Service: A/C installation & repair

One of the reasons I will continue to buy cars at Sutherlin Nissan is because the service department is excellent. J.B. Is awesome and always takes care of me. He goes above and beyond to get my car in and he s always honest and does his best to get the job done as quick as possible. Air is still not working properly, when you hit the gas, the fan goes way down and when it comes back up, you have hot air. The dealership got us in quickly and gave us a loaner, but could have done better at making sure it was fixed completely. Taking car back to hometown dealership after vacation.

Worst place to fixed a car. This was a recall. And as you can see. The use what ever they have left. And they don't care if the color match. Worst thing is that I was told. Nobody will see it. How professionals . (Sarcasm)

I take my car for a/c service,they resolve my a/c but,when I went to pick up my car,doesn't turn on..When I finally find out what going on,with some one else what is happening with the car,some one says the light inside the car was on,I dropped my car Wednesday 12 of April,bc I went out of town, which I tell the person who supposedly take care my car.which never contact me.i have to call to find out some information about the car,no communication at all,i didn't received any help from that person, they have to jump my car in order for me to go...some one at the dealer left the light on and now I have to deal with another expenses.When I drop my car was perfectly good and no light on.Very mad with what happens.The person I trust to take care my car,no help at all. I have to contact my sales person in order to find out what is happening with the car.
