Pleasant service experience! Service Advisor Blaine is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely set expectations as to how long service should take. Car was finished within 15 minutes of when promised. Blaine explained the services received with the right amount of detail. He was able to extend the use of a courtesy vehicle so I could complete an errand downtown and not loose time out of my day. Would definitely recommend Sport Subaru.

My service rep Jean was very friendly and helpful. Bought my Subaru from their "South" dealership who sends me coupons for service but this dealership is closer. In past I had been given a coupon that was just laying around to take off cost of service. I was not offered this courtesy this time. I had not expected an oil change and tire rotation to be over a hundred dollars. In the past I had brought my car into the dealership because it had a cheaper estimate than my regular mechanic for service. Time to reconsider where I have my car serviced.

Pretty fast shipping and good pricing. My only complaint? Shipping price was a bit high for 2 very lightweight cabin air filters.
