I am so happy I listened to my friend's recommendation of going to Snap!As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Jessica. She was very nice and very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. The car was clean and pristine.I drove my new/used vehicle home today and I AM SO HAPPY!! It is a Hyundai 2020 with ONLY 31,000 miles. I got it for $17,000.I highly recommend Snap! I used to sell cars many years ago, I know how painstaking the experience of buying a car is but in this case it was smooth and fast.I recommend Snap! to everyone who's looking for fair prices and honest business.N.V.

Snap Cars is one of the most professional and efficient car dealerships we have been to here in Orlando, Florida! We had a great experience with Lucas as our salesperson. My name is Jason Dalton. I just want to send a shout out to Lucas for being so helpful and getting me in the car that I wanted. I ran into a few speed bumps. And he was there every step of the way helping us get in the car. I have a great car. It's absolutely wonderfully priced. And I recommend anybody go see snap. Cars in Orlando ask for Lucas. I bought a Kia Optima here. I love it! It was below market value and it is in perfect condition. less than 100,000 miles! My experience with all of the staff members was great, everyone was so friendly and explained every part of the process to me. Jessica is the person I spoke with the most and she was so kind and patient and caring. I would definitely reccommend!

I waited a while to do a review, so I bought a 2012 Ford Edge from the beginning of the contact to the purchase the service was great, so far I have not had any problems with my car, before purchasing I did a test drive on different days, I realized some flaws in the car and I asked to repair it, if that was done I would buy it, well they did everything I asked and I bought the car. I recommend the dealer

Great place with really great staff. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. In addition to feel very respected, they honored the budget that I had the entire time, not trying to push me to get something else like most dealers do. Definitely the best customer service I have ever had in a dealer in Orlando. Lucas went above and beyond to help me find my perfect car! I love my new Dodge Journey! Thanks Snap staff!!

From start to finish Isabella at Snaps car sales shop was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my Chevy Malibu I bought and it was a very smooth and easy transaction. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a car. The best thing was no pressure. I went in knowing what I could spend and my wishes were honored and respected.

After going to 5 other car dealerships we stumbled upon this one and I am so glad we did. Isabella was an amazing saleswoman. She made sure we understood all of our options and ensured we were 100% satisfied before signing any paperwork. She was very personable, honest and attentive to our needs. I had my eye on a JEEP grand Cherokee, and the staff was very very friendly. Process was Smooth sailing. I loveeee my new truck. Highly recommend. My car came with GAP as well as an extended warranty.

Even though I didn t find the car that was right for me they were very helpful to try and work with me. Denny was very helpful and engaging to try and help me find a car within my budget that was reliable. Though I didn t find the car that was best for me, I appreciate their effort to work with me.

Isabella and John are amazing!!! I didn't feel pressured to purchase a car at all. The customer service is incredible and I felt completely comfortable working with them. Isabella was very patient with me and understanding. The communication throughout the entire process of working with them was smooth. I would give Isabella five stars for her courteousness and being helpful through the process of buying a car from this company. However, I have to give one star because within 5 days I've already put almost $300 back into this vehicle, just to keep it running. It ran great on the test drive. 2 days later I was putting a new thermostat in and there was no radiator fluid in the vehicle. Now I've come to find out it's not just the thermostat but the water pump is leaking as well. The car is burning oil and very well could have a timing chain issue. They sold me a dud and I bet they knew it. The oil hadn't been changed, the radiator needed flushed, the transmission needed flushed and I had to get a new oil filter cap as the old one was stripped out. Run away from this place!

Great deal on the vehicle. Staff was very friendly. Only one issue (rear hatch lift) with vehicle after taking delivery and dealer corrected immediately. Vehicle was clean as well as Carfax. Thank you.

Oh my God this place is the answer to my prayers. And Maria is an Angel in disguise. I'm self employed and was turned away by many dealerships. She worked with me so much to get me what I want and meet me in the middle and I drove off in the car I wanted within an hour of arriving. Did most of my approval process over the phone so it was very convenient. Car is great condition for how old it is and only minor things to check up on that I can basically do myself and I'm not a mechanic. This place is gold.

Don't bother going to this place, I went to purchase a vehicle there and one of the questions I asked them was has the vehicle ever been in an accident and they said it has not. I purchased the vehicle from them and not only the vehicle had been in an accident but I had to get it fixed and now I have to spend extra to also replace more parts in the vehicle. Don waste your money in this place not worth the money saving and trouble. Plus your dealer fees for all the trouble
