I have had three visits to Sloan's between my daughter's car and just recently mine. Each time they verified what the issue was and made sure we weren't wasting time and/or money. Very appreciative to Bernie for his help on my last visit. He ended up saving me around $400. They have saved my daughter even more over the past year.

Went into Sloan's with an issue with my tire, as the light kept coming on, wasn't sure what it was. Not only was the customer service great, but they got to the solution quick, and pricing is very reasonable. Sloan's definitely has a new customer in me!

Joe did a great job in handling our vehicle repair. He was very proactive in keeping us informed of the cost and when the vehicle would be ready for pick up. He explained every detail and answered all our questions with a professional attitude. Sloans Automotive seemed very honest with their estimate and problem with the vehicle. I will use them in the future for all our vehicle's.

I have been taking my cars to Sloan's for years and I am always satisfied with their work. The employees are friendly and professional. You will get a timely, detailed report on your vehicle's condition, along with repair costs and recommendations. Sloan's technicians let you know what items need to be fixed immediately and which ones you can put off for a later visit. Their costs are fair and you can be confident they are not trying to rip you off. The shop is always clean and welcoming. They offer after hours drop off too! I highly recommend Sloan's Automotive for your vehicle repair needs.

Oh I enjoy going to Sloan s, feel like family, always caring about you first. Kenny and Bernie are the best. I don t know too many there yet, sure they are all as polite, courteous, and respectful, kind, and caring with you personally especially when you re on a budget! My wife's truck broke down on her and she limped into Sloan's Automotive. They took such good care of her. They went way out of there way to help her and assure her that they would fix everything. Kenny and all of his employees are so kind and professional.They have won me over as a new forever customer. They treat you like your suppose to be treated as a customer. I can't say enough about how nice we were treated and how perfect they fixed our truck. A+ as you can get. Pickles won our hearts over too!

I brought my new truck in to get checked out for a weird noice I noticed while braking. The guys at sloans were great and have me a very fair deal on a diagnostic and test drive to troubleshoot the issue. They were extremely courteous and professional and my truck back to me in no time. Will absolutely be using them in the future.

Very nice experience. The mechanic called me after inspecting my vehicle. Went in for an check engine light being on so had to get diagnosis. Also inspected my 2003 Toyota Camry for service needed since I was at 80,000 miles. Just did the maintaince I requested no hard sales and also had prices sent to me via my email so I could review. Will definitely be back. There was a customer their who came from Dr Phillips area repeat customer that should tell you something about their service.

I called Bernie at Sloan's when I saw two nails in my tire. He told me to come down and they could patch it - no problem. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a fixed tire. Everyone on the team was so nice and helpful. I'll be going back if I ever need any mechanical work on my car. They did a wonderful job and were so nice and efficient. Thank you!

Took my Toyota Camry into Sloan s Automotive for service. In addition to the regular maintenance, I had air/fuel induction cleaning and spark plugs replaced. My service advisor was Bernie M. Bernie was very professional and kept me informed from start to finish. He worked to be sure my car was ready when I needed to have it back.Service: Auto maintenance

Moved down to FL from Jersey and it was difficult finding a shop to trust with my car but this definitely is the place! Bernie helped me and was transparent through the whole process with what needs to be done, along with the pricing. I appreciate your help, Bernie! NOT HONEST. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I was living in Florida on an internship and had my mom take in my Honda Civic (with Texas plates) to get its AC fixed here as it was completely broken. Sloan's quoted us $3000 to get many things surrounding the A/C including the compressor, fixed. Typically, I have gotten the compressor replaced for $800 on our other Hondas so I thought a $3000 bill was OUTRAGEOUS. I take it to another mechanic, who clearly was more honest, and the compressor was running fine! All my car needed was $150 switches because the A/C simply wasn't getting power.The employee who helped us was extremely rude, and short and I truly feel as though they would've taken complete advantage of my mom, as my car had Texas plates. (They thought we were stuck in Florida with NO A/C - but we were shipping my car back to Texas anyways). My A/C is working AMAZING now for $150 and some new switches, not $3000. We chose this place because of its outstanding reviews, and had a completely different experience sadly. PLEASE take your money elsewhere. Embarrassing way to do business.

Sloans is the best automotive shop I have ever been to. They went above and beyond to fix what 3 other shops could not. They also helped save me thousands of dollars on the repair. Plus offered warranty. They communicated every detail through the process in a timely manner. Omid my service advisor and everyone else I dealt with were very friendly and professional. This is the only place I trust my vehicle to be serviced. Honest, fair pricing, and exceptional service!!

I went in for an oil change and inspection and was helped by Johnny. He was so friendly. When we went over what issues they found, he broke it down for me explaining priority, how long I could go before fixing it, and if it was a safety concern. Not knowing a lot about cars, this was very informative and helpful. Luckily I didn t have any safety issues with my car. I was able to make an informed decision because of the time and care Johnny put in. I ll definitely be coming back!

Truly amazing service, once again! Johnny was very professional and friendly on the phone. He had me come right in and had my vehicle fixed in minutes! The heat shield over my exhaust had come loose and was making an awful rattling noise. I mentioned to him I would like it reattached. He was honest and did not try to sell me an unnecessarily expensive repair (like a new heat shield) instead of the reattachment repair I asked for. I am very grateful for this economical service and I did not mention to Johnny exactly why - that my job requires that I sometimes have passengers in my vehicle and I could not do that with the loud rattling. I have been bringing all my vehicles to Sloan's for a little over 9 years now. Sloan's gives amazing, honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service each and every time. Thanks again, Sloan's!

I started my interaction with Bernie last Friday via the web site. He was professional, helpful and courteous! He stayed in touch me with through 2 day process and explained everything in detail. I never felt pressured and being rushed to make a decision on services! I had to call up to Sloan s a couple of times and let me say every interaction I had with several different staff was very impressive! You have a new customer for any future business! Kudos to Bernie and the entire staff! Well done!

I had recently lost my longtime mechanic, and was worried about finding a replacement for him. After reading many reviews online, I decided to take a chance on Sloan s. Johnny H. was extremely courteous, answered all of my questions, and kept me well informed of the progress with the repair. I will definitely use Sloan s for any future repairs.

I have been going to Sloans for years and have never experienced a problem. They are honest people and I trust them completely! Last time my car was in for repairs, Omid was the service person that kept me posted about my car and they were performed in a timely manner which I appreciated. He is very customer oriented, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was able to pick up my car earlier than I expected because he quickly order the needed parts so the mechanic could complete the work.

The management and staff at Sloans are always courteous and helpful. The service manager, David went above and beyond being helpful and kind to me especially as a disabled senior citizen on a limited income. Thank you, David and your awesome staff!

I ve taken my car multiple times to get fixed and have always been satisfied with the service. They took the time to explain everything super clearly, which I really appreciate. I called Sloan s because my engine undercover was completely ripped off, they told me bring it in and they can do it today. Before calling Sloan s I called CarMax and CarMax told me that it will take about 2-4 weeks to order the part and fix it. Sloan s ordered the part and fixed it within 1 hour. They have great customer service, friendly guys with great service

I like Sloans a lot. The staff is good, the mechanics are top-notch notch and Omid my advisor was great. My only concern here is a buyer beware. Along with that service you must be very specific about what you want done! Like a lot of shops you will walk in for a tire rotation and oil change and walk out $1,500 later going what happened? They're very good at telling you all the things that could possibly be going wrong with your car but may not be yet. They will upcharge just like all of the good shops do so don't be surprised. Sloan's seems to make a lot of their money from test as well. You can take your car there knowing exactly what's wrong with it you can even have codes for what's wrong with it they're still going to test it and charge you . Whereas a lot of shops will do a test to find out what's wrong with your car and then remove or discount the cost of that test from the total cost of the repair. Also I compared their cost for a valve job on my wife's car with that of Tires Plus. Sloan's quoted $850 and Tires Plus quoted $430 for the same exact job. This has been my only complaint with Sloan's is that they are higher than any other shop around when it comes to cost. Why do I keep going back?
