My service was great. The two workers were extra courteous and careful of my truck. They even put the spare back under the truck. My only complaint is the phone doesn t actually ring at their desk. So you can t call in. I finally got someone at front desk to set appointment. If you can take the first slot at 8 am. Just remember they can sometimes open the doors to the store well past 8 as they did that day. I was out by 9:30 with four new tires installed. Price could not be best either.

"It will be about 40 minutes" for a simple 10 minute tire patch they said. I was the first person in line at opening. 80 minutes later they still haven't even looked at the car. Atrocious, inexcusable customer service, the whole department should be fired.

Sent in for balance, rotate and a patch on one tire. They stated all work complete, I pick up the car. Wheels not rotated and tire not patched. Don t even have equal air in all three good tires, so not even qualified to fill tires with air it seems.

They found and fixed a slow leak in my tire that four other tire dealers couldn't even find. FANTASTIC customer service every time.

Some people prefer to see grinning faces. I don t care who wants to grin with me. I simply want great prices and good quality products.I am finding that all at Sams Club and that makes me happy

The tires and package deal is the best. However if you are not a family or friend of the technician, be prepared to get bumped even if you have an appointment. Also always check your tire pressure after service. My tire PSI is 30 but when I checked it after service it was set between 46-48 per tire. This was after I was made to wait an additional 1/2 hour for the manager to come back after her lunch.

Abloustly the worst tire center you can ever go to. I had a nail in my tire and had to buy a new one because they said they couldn't patch it. So I did and then a few months later I had a nail again in my tire this time it was no where near the side wall and the gentleman there said it could be patched. So I waited 2 hours and then a guy comes out to take my car and he looks at the nail and says it can't be patched. I work for a car dealership that will patch it for me but I don't want to drive out of my way on my day off. Also you don't tell someone it can be patched and have them wait 2 hours to tell them that it can't and try to get me to buy another tire. I'm just upset because I wasted 2 hours of my time to be told to spend more money because I don't spend enough at sam's club already

Terrible service. I was told my installation would take 1 hour, and I had an appointment made too. It took 2 hours, instead. Nobody was even doing any work when I showed up. When I spoke to a manager, all I received was an apology. Don t come here.

Worst service ever, I was denied service and received the worst customer service ever! If you have the option to go elsewhere..DO IT WILL NOT BE RETURNING
