The owner did a great job with the due diligence. Found issues that were visibly unseen. Great communication on the status. My baby girl came back home brand new beautiful. The team at S&K are very professional and fair! I had them work on both of my Mercedes vehicles, and they not only got authentic Mercedes parts within 24 hours, but also or able to repair my car rather quickly. I GOT INTO A FENDER BENDER AFTER WORK AND I HAD ASSUMED REPAIRS WERE GOING TO TAKE WEEKS IF NOT MONTHS, BASED OFF A HANDFUL OF CALLS TO LOCAL BODY SHOPS, AS AVAILABILITY WAS LACKING. AFTER A GOOD FRIEND HAD REFERRED ME TO S&K AUTO WORKS, I HAD REACHED OUT AND THE OWNER (Chris) TOLD ME TO COME IN AS EARLY AS THE NEXT* DAY! CHRIS AND HIS TEAM DID AN AMAZING JOB FIXING MY BUMPER AND THE FINAL RESULT LOOKS AS IF IT WERE NEVER EVEN DAMAGED!I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW QUICK THE SERVICE WAS FOR SUCH QUALITY WORK. I can't praise SKS Automotive enough. Claudio and his team went above and beyond. They treated me like family, which, as a woman, meant a lot. Claudio's transparency was refreshing; he didn't push unnecessary services just to make a quick buck. The quality of their work is unparalleled. After experiencing their service, I won't be returning to BMW anytime soon. I highly recommend SKS to everyone, especially those with foreign vehicles.
