I was looking for a good mechanic that can check my Kia and I was lucky to find Royal Auto Repair. I made an appointment over the phone and show up few minutes early. When I arrived Jose & Angel welcome me with so much kindness and worked on my car immediately. The price was incredible cost effective oil change, wheel rotation, and liquid change and I feel my car is New. Excellent work and outstanding Customer service. This place it's my new recommendation and will definitely come back.

If I can give this place a zero I wouldFor starters they don't answer the phone. I had an 4 o'clock appt only to get there to find out the place was close. Made another appt which was for 8am and they showed up late. The owner is very rude, unprofessional and don't have no sense of sympathy for others. I will never go here again spend a little bit more money and go elsewhere

I bought two Groupons (one for an alignment and one for an oil change) the oil change was fast, apparently I need a control arm and transmission seal but they gave me a really good price on both. They said they ll do the alignment after that. I will be back in the morning, thankful for their decent prices and everyone there was very kind to me.

I am very happy with their work I needed a alignment on my car I called them up we came to a deal.I drove over there and they did the alignment on my car all is well.I have their card and if something comes up I will Call them again

I originally purchased a Groupon pass, and so I came here to use it and From the moment I spoke to the owner on the phone to the moment I pulled in the parking lot. He greeted me with the most outstanding smile in the most amazing Customer Service. Truly a wonderful person with a kind soul. I don t just feel like family here, I feel like royalty they just make you feel good .. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ROYAL AUTO REAIR.., If you have ANY kind of engine repairs or maybe just in need of a change of oil, you have to come and check these guys out!!! The shop is perfect. There s a gas station here also in case you get the munchies, you couldn t ask for a better shop. These guys are truly amazing and I will definitely be coming back. My dad and I bought a Groupon for a synthetic oil change. My dad overheard what kind of oil the owner told the mechanic to buy. Once he brought it my dad told the owner that that s regular oil, we are paying for a synthetic. The owner got very loud and rude immediately and told us that it was synthetic, that he always buys that oil, if we don t like it to get the hell out etc.. my dad simply looked up the oil online and showed the owner the description that it was in fact regular. The owner immediately apologized and still filled our cars with regular oil but promised us a free oil change for basically trying to scam us. Said compensation was only word to word, refused to give us something in writing.He s putting regular oil where he advertises synthetic. This place is a scam.Service: Oil change

I got a Groupon for this place bc the price was amazing. I called ahead of time for an appointment as the voucher states you have to do and I was answered very quickly and got in the same day! The owner and the mechanic are both extremely kind and really care about your vehicle. Don t let the setting or location through you off these guys will give you honest good service QUICKLY. We were in and out and treated well the entire time! I will definitely be coming back here.Service: Oil change

One of the best auto shops you could come to in Orlando.After going to the Caliber Collision Center after I was rear ended by someone, they claimed that they "fixed" my car. However, I was experiencing water leaks after I got it back. I went back for a second time and they proceeded to lie to me about where the leak was coming from. They said it was coming from the rear glass window when it was clearly coming from the trunk. I came to Royal Auto Repair so they could check it out and they gave me both photo AND video evidence on where exactly the leak was coming from. Now the insurance company is going to re-repair my car because of this.I have worked in personal injury for a couple of years now, so it was not a complete surprise to me that the collision center was sketchy and dishonest - I have seen a lot of this kind of stuff happen. I have been coming to this shop for a while now and I will continue doing so. They are honest and will tell you how it is. Not to mention, great prices that you probably won't find in many auto shops in Orlando. If you ever get in an accident, I recommend you come to this place, whether it's big or small! They do almost everything and if you need a second opinion, this place would also be a wise choice.If you value integrity and hardworking people, this is the place for you. I ve been coming to get my oil change for years and they never disappoint. The service is always fast and the staff are helpful! I debate weather to write this or not but I consider myself a reasonable person, I work with people myself and I find myself unable to justify the behavior.It does not really matter what my car needed, I'm a paying customer. I should be treated with decency and cordial, kind manner. The person on the other end of that line lacks both.Moreover, paying for the job is not the issue, I would pay as necessary if they had better manners and respectful way to speak. Snapping at a client over the phone because I found another mechanic to do the job is uncalled for. Have some respect for your profession and ethics. Nothing short of being pleasant with someone that only wants their car serviced.Additionally, don't give your personal number if you're going to be unpleasant about it. Work phone would work just fine.In conclusion, I can't recommend someone who would just rudely mistreat clients because he isn't getting his way.

Overall terrible experience. Purchased and oil change and was upcharged on several different occasions. The staff was acceptable but the owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. I have used their services three times so far; and I'm very pleased with the work they did on two of my cars.The staff is kind and truthful about the repair suggestions they provide.Also, their prices are very competitive compared to others. I have done this comparison each time of my three experiences; and they were able to beat the competition.

Called the owner for service inquiry, he gave me a price and asked to show up anytime to fix it as it s a small issue.Called again 2 days later once I got the parts, he denied the price and had an attitude, asked to get an appointment few days ahead and hang up the call! The most disrespectful person ever!

I came to them with parts to put on my truck. They said ok we will contact you with total before we start any work. Yet I get a call say 300 I owe my truck is ready. I get there happy after a month my truck is ready ok only 300. Not one of my parts was put on the truck it still is giving the same problem. Yet 300 I owe They did work I can't even figure out what I paid for

Not a lot of people know that most oil change coupons that are purchased within the Groupon app must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance before you actually plan to get it done. I learned the hard way so since this was my first time purchasing a groupon with this auto shop, I called before purchasing. The man who answered was polite and kindly explained that I would indeed need to call a whole day before. So I made my appointment for the next day and purchased Groupon. I usually still have to wait in other places with an appointment or not but these guys were ready for me. Took my car right away. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Great service. I purchased the Groupon a day before I wanted to redeem the oil change. I drove to the location listed online because I m new to Orlando and need a regular mechanic, just to get familiar with the area. I introduced myself the owner has horrible customer service, he said his name is owner then told me his name is Antonio. I asked him how long is the wait he said because I didn t call ahead he doesn t know. I remained calm and asked him how many cars are about to be serviced. His response was 3 & to come back in 1 hour and 30 minutes. He s very hostile & doesn t know anything about running a successful business in America. I m not sure where he s from but he has no clue how to speak or understand English well & because of that I think that s where his attitude & horrible customer service comes from. I wouldn t suggest this place to anyone. This is obviously a bottom barrel location, owned by someone who has no clue what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS and needs to be relocated to a trash can.

They great people to come to. The one who own the shop Sailco is very straight forward with telling you just what's wrong with your car or truck. And the mechanic Jose is very knowledge of his work as well. The other mechanic I don't know about him haven't known him of his work. Only mention them because I have deal them before. Im a very satisfied customers. Will always returned to them.

The owner of this business has ZERO to NONE customer service. I m shocked that this business has a four star review, I highly doubt these are genuine customer reviews. I went in for an oil change and the owner came off rude, unpleasant and not very easy to talk with. I left the business after few minutes of discussion with the owner and his assistant. They were both unwelcoming. Do not take your vehicle here if you really care about your car. Their dealings are suspicious and shady. On top of this, this auto shop is located in a bad area of town.

RUN!
