Terrible customer service from this location. Manager had horrible attitude. Last place that I would recommend! Instead of running a honest business the owners reply was I am 100% not a customer. Had to call a mobile repair man to get the job done. Check your cameras and then change your reply to this review. Says a lot about your integrity as an owner with your poor response.

I was a visitor to the area and I noticed the great reviews online so I just dropped in on a Monday morning with a nail in my tire. I had a full schedule of activities for grandchildren and was worried about having to miss part of their vacation. Shawn got me right in and they had my repair completed quickly and I was on my way. Thank you for the excellent service!

I was told initially it was going to be a couple of hours before they would be able to fix my vehicle.Turns out they were able to change both tires in a matter of 45minutes. Getting me in and out as fast as possible. Very friendly and nice representatives at the front desk happy to assist all patrons.

Went to Riker's for a tire patch, they were able to fit me in right away and had it taken care of within an hour.Unfortunately they left a white arrow on my tire I had to scrub off, no value stem cover, and they forgot to return my wheel lock key causing me to have to make another trip. For the amount they charge I expected better attention to detail.

I was having a slow leak on left front tire. I brought it in Sat 7am before we left Sunday on our cruise. They said it was a stem leak and was fixed..paperwork says a tire patch. We drove to cruise terminal and was gone 7 days. When we got to the parking garage this last Sunday, it was flat. AAA came and added air. Monday morning Universal Tire Center put on new tires as we feared this would happen again on our 6 hour trip home. 40.00 charged us on Central Parkway Rikers on 03/30/24. Don't know what they fixed..it didn't work.

Was visiting from out of town and had a flat. We also have rims/tires that are hard to get your hands on. The crew from Rikers went out of their way to get the exact tires my vehicle required and had me back on the road in a timely manner. 10/10

I ll put it this way they These guys are amazing, took such good care of us!!!We had a rental car something happened with our tires they got me in last minute serviced all four tires and then didn t charge me because there was no nail in the tire solid people great crew through and through. State Farm recommended this auto shop and I m glad they did. Took my car in super quick when I got a flat and had it done just as fast. John was extremely pleasant and helpful in getting me back on the road. Will absolutely come back for future service

A good place with honest people working there.My first exposure to them was when they took off my tire locks free of charge when other mechanics wanted to charge me per tire. I tipped the guy who did it of course.Recently had to go again and was impressed with their very prompt service. Probably one of the best places in town if you re looking for good work.

Had a deal battery and needed a new one plus reset the computer on my VW to accept the new battery after AAA scammed me out of my warranty.The service we received was done quickly. We left the car over night and by mid day the car was ready. We were called and paid for the service. Polite and clean work it's nice to finally find a mechanic in my area.

What a wonderful business! We are out of town travelers who experienced a low tire pressure light in our rental car. We stopped here and they were happy to check and increase our tire pressure in 3 tires as was needed. Many thanks to Sean Davis and his great team!!

We had gone to Disney for an extended weekend. On the way to Disney Springs, my van began to sputter and run very roughly. I have a diagnostic tool in my van that indicated it was a fuel injection problem, so I called my mechanic back home, which was two hours away, and they recommended I get it fixed in Orlando and not drive it that distance home.I made several calls in the Orlando area and nobody could see the van for at least 5 to 7 days, but they all recommended Riker s as they don t take appointments. I called Riker s and made arrangements to leave the van with them. The next day I got a call saying the van was ready, and when they told me the charges, I was shocked! It was a lot less than I had expected, and they were very cordial, and compassionate to my plight.I m almost tempted to schedule regular maintenance with Riker every time we go to Disney for a weekend trip. I highly recommend Riker s Automotive, they were absolutely awesome.

I want to give a big shout out to the staff at Riker's Automotive Elwin, Raudy, Matt. There professionalism and customer service skills were outstanding . If you ever need any Automotive repairs big or small in Orlando or surrounding area Riker's is by far the best place. Went in for a tire repair. From Start to finish impeccable service.

Use caution. My friend went in and asked if she needed new brakes. They said her brakes were metal on metal, she'd new new brakes, calipers, rotors. Quoted her $700. I told her that's ridiculous, I would replace them for her. I go to replace them, THEY'RE FINE. She's still got at least a 1/4 inch left on her pads. Taking advantage of young women who aren't into cars is wrong. So unless you know exactly what's wrong with your car don't go to this mechanic.

I took my blue jeep compass 2014 to get service for the clutch, brake fluid, coolant flush, wheel alignment. Work was done, and I got the car. I Spent there almost 2k. I have to spend over $100 cleaning the car inside after the service, black grassy fingerprints everywhere I think its very unprofessional. I don t understand why couldn't clean the car after the service if they did the mess. Isn't fair to me to have to spend more money on cleaning fee when it wasn't me!

I was very disappointed with the service we received at Rikers today. We have use them in the past and they did a great job. Today we went to get my oil change and to fix the sending unit on the back driver's side tire. First they charged me $153 for fixing a flat and the oil change. I did not have a flat. They didn't even look at the sending unit. We went back into the office and they charged me another $143 for the sending unit. It didn't look like it was fixed but they said it would need to be re-calibrated and you had to drive it. After driving on it, it did not re-calibrate and the tire pressure light turn on again I will never use them again.

I woke up on my birthday weekend to a flat tire and ended up taking it by here. I showed up around 7am and was told that it should be an easy fix and would be ready by around 8am. I figured I would get a call around 9 but sure enough, right at 8:00 they called and said I could come grab it. While there, the person that was dropping me off needed a new remote battery, so they happily got that taken care of for her while I checked out. Overall, great experience and great attitude. He told me he would have be completed and in time to still get breakfast, and he wasn t lying! So thankful for the speedy service! Would recommend again to anyone!

Rikers is definitely the cleanest and friendliest service around! Even if they get busy, their waiting area is comfortable and clean, with a phone charging station and a coffee machine. I will definitely be returning here. Not only are the cars in good hands, but so are the customers!

we had a wonderful experience with our daughters car. She had broken down on I4 after having it towed to Rikers they contacted us were able to replace her tires and get the car back to her before her weekend visit to Disney ended.We are very grateful to Rikers for their outstanding customer service.

It was such an upset when we had major problems with our van while vacationing in Kissimmee. We had driven down to Kissimmee from Toronto and our Van was towed to Rikers Automotive & Tire. Rikers were excellent! They repaired our vehicle keeping in mind the time sensitivity and kept us well informed along the way. We felt they truly cared about our situation. We were able to drive safely back home. We strongly recommend Rikers. Kim & Mike K

Recently while vacationing in Florida, a rear Shock and shock mount went on my 2016 Mazda CX-5. CAA sent me to Rikers which luckily was close by. I spoke with Elwin Raynor at the service counter and he advised me to leave the vehicle and he would call me the next day with a quote. The quote on 2 new rear shocks and 2 new shock mounts (Best to change them both even though only one broke) was extremely high but I had to have it fixed so I gave him the ok. I got a call from Elwin the next day as he had received the parts from Mazda. Mazda mistakenly sent "Motor Mounts"! That is why the quote was so high. Elwin gave me the good news that the quote was much cheaper! I really respected the honesty and his friendliness on the phone! The Mazda was fixed and we were good to go! I appreciate the great, friendly service Rikers provided me!

The folks at Riker s are great. The work is always done well.While auto repair bills are never fun, the guys at Riker s are always ready to explain what they did, and they empathize about the cost with you which makes it a little easier to swallow! They re not just the cashier at some dealership; they get it.I trust them, so I ve introduced 2 of my daughters to them to work on their cars.

My daughter is working at Disney on the College Program. She had trouble with her car. Everyone I spoke with at Riker s were top notch! They were so helpful! It made helping navigate a car repair from Virginia a much easier experience. I highly recommend!

Helped me quickly and resolved my issue. Engine was vibrating and they had to work a little to figure out the issue was the air intake. They put my mind at ease and handled themselves professionally.

DANGER I am sure that immediately after my tire was installed. They damaged my ABS system which has caused a lot of danger for me and my children on the road. I only had a simple tire installation. NOW my BRAKE, ABS, and TRACTION lights are on. I cannot drive because of the safety for my children. I will go back to see what they will do to rectify the situation. I will.post the out come. Check back to see if people still do what's right

My car was having issues shutting off in the middle of traffic. Brought it in, and was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. No hassle, no issues and at a fair price. The car is running smoothly once more. They ve earned my business.

Great work, quick and best of all a fantastic price - almost 1/3 of what a dealer would have charged for front disks and pads, 20% cheaper than Tire Plus. I will definitely take my car here again!

I had a great experience getting my car fixed, it broken down 2 days before Thanksgiving. I had never been there before but they had it fixed in a day. Also great communication throughout the process, I will definitely go back.
