My car made its first visit from the dealership at just 9 miles to get new wheels and tires.Emmanuel was a great guy and the whole team.Very pleased with the job.I recommend them anytime

My wife and I came in and was blow away by the customer service and knowledge of the store manager. Marshall was direct and very professional. From the time we walked in, there was no pressure to buy. We were on our own accord. When we were ready to buy, his assistant was exceptional. We will recommend RAW to ALL that are needing new shoes for their ride!!

Almost enjoyable buying experience I ve come across in a long time! When I came in I really didn t know what I wanted. From the moment I walked in Marshall was extremely helpful. After taking one look at my car he gave me the perfect recommendation! He then brought the wheel out to my car for my so I could get a good look at what they would look like. Flawless installation and service by Marshall and his team.

I use to love this place when I first bought my tires and rims in 2020. Back when there was a complete different crew running this specific location. The old crew was friendly and helpful and they worked with you. Since they hired the new faces it hasn t been the same. They are rude and it seems every time I interact with them they have some sort of hostile attitude. The technician doesn t care to do his job and takes his frustration out on others and I m starting to notice it s rubbing off on the other employees really bad. After I make my last payment I will no longer be dealing with this specific location. Their customer service and attitude is disgusting. Save your time and go elsewhere because they need better management and customer service skills. I could go on more in detail about my experience but I ll just cut it short here.

I want to send a very special shout out to Chris and Vincent for their superior service! You guys are the best! You went above and beyond to help me with my issues the other day, and I greatly appreciate the way you genuinely care for your customers!! I highly recommend this location for all of your rim and tire needs!! You guys are the best, and I am FOREVER a grateful customer!

Very rude crew. I m never again coming to this location. They have a funny way of interacting with paying customer and not to mention but that female (I don t want to call her out the name as she deserves) in there Oh Lordtttt Jesus, she need to get laid or something or get out the situation she is at home or something cause she need an attitude change for real.

called to see if they had Tpms sensors for my charger not only did they have in stock they were able to mount and balance within 30 mins of getting off the phone with them Super professional and honest no bait and switch like other shops! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!

Never had an issue in the past with this place for years, usually great customer service. However, recently had a bad experience with Marshall. He was completely rude and oddly defensive. I remained professional but it really seemed like he just did not want to be there or speak with me. I won t be back for their business, ever sadly, just an unfortunate experience.

I came into Rent A Wheel at 2395 West Colonial and I was very satisfied. I love the customer service given by Marshall the assistant manager. The price I received was awesome and very affordable. Go to Rent A Wheel West Colonial you will not be disappointed.

Literally the worst rent a wheel to go to please save yourself some time and an argument with these people in pine hills go to the one in Sanford yes it s the same company BUT VERY DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE this is my second account payed off the first one was in pine hills which I was never able to use my warranty because the tire tech wasn t there or some other excuse they want to come up with now with Sanford location they will take care of you to the fullest to make sure you re satisfied with everything my second account is paid off at rent a wheel Sanford and I have warranty if anything happens to my tires they tell me to come on down and they take care of me no problem so what with the pine hill location LAZY AND ONLY WANT YOUR MOMEY DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS UNLESS THEY GET THEIR MONEY please just go to rent a wheel Sanford read the reviews they don t lie. chuck Anthony and the whole Sanford rent a wheel thank you . You guys really made a difference in customer service

Had an accident driving southbound on the turnpike after hitting a pipe in the road. Called around and Raw Wheels and Tires was the only shop that could help me. My car looks and runs great thanks to the wheels and tires I purchased. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit!

This location improved its customer service tremendously I ve been a customer since 2021 Marshall has away been good at what he does I came in today because I noticed one of my tire psi was going up and down in pressure yesterday and all the tire shops were closed so I called rent a wheel and they told me just come in and they ll take care of me they got me in and out so quick I ll always be a returning customer of rent a wheel

This place is unprofessional and unorganized staff is very SLOW and lazy spent the entire day waiting for tires to be applied also took FOREVER for tires to get here from warehouse in DAYTONA I don t recommend coming here.
