Arrive at 9am for just oil change, adviser not let me know exact waiting time! It not quick it slow line) It get done by 1pm I was late to my work! Management team need work on it to provide better service!

Quick Lane is a joke I got here 630 they open at 7am to be 1st in line so just a oil change I'm still sitting here at 8:05 I have no clue how much longer

No complaints, they took care of my truck, they are busy, they took their time going over the truck and I appreciate it since I was going on a trip.It did take about 2 hours, but they gave me that warning up front so I knew that going in and I had plenty of work to catch up on.Two things1) Check online for a coupon, I got $5 dollars off2) Understand their "works" is for 5 quarts of Oil, If you have an F150 it holds around 8 quarts. So it will be more than the advertised price. Just an FYI to keep in mind.Captain Jayson Judson Realtor

Arrived at 1:45 pm and couldn't get oil change done by 4pm. Left without oil change. They should remove the word "quick" from quick lane. Honestly do not understand why oil changes take so long.

My new service center for my Focus with the DPS6 transmission in all seriousness though the team here seems pretty great and they have slick bay cameras so you can see your car getting worked on and a nice waiting area where you can watch videos on the GT500. About 40 mins for an oil change including wait for open bay.

I always go to Tropical Ford for service, I have 4 ford's at my house, I went for a quick lane oil change and was told it's a 4 hour wait, I took back my key and took the car to Valvoline , got excellent service and was in and out in 25 minutes

The staff took the time to explain to me what they were doing and what I was paying for. And then what I needed to come back for and why. They knew I knew nothing and instead of take advantage of that made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and why I needed it and what all of my options were. My only complaint is there isn t WiFi and it s always busy.

Don't understand why it takes 1 1/2 hours to change oil. They're Ford a world class leader, maybe that's only in Trucks not service?

This place is a complete joke. Had my vehicle towed in yesterday at 1:00 pm. Fast forward 27 hours and they have yet to even look at it. Horrible service.

I arrived at opening and was out with The Works package in less than 40 minutes. Everything seemed to be done properly and politely.

Brought a car in and Dominic was my advisor. He spoke at an extremely low volume and then walked away from me, continuing to talk and them turned to me and expected me to answer the question he asked. Ummm what?
