Very happy with the service these guys offer. Very fast and professional. 24 hour turn around on the last 2 jobs they did for me and both came out perfect. Very polite and friendly as well.

While the people were nice and the work seems to be good, the price of the work was excessive. The websites I checked for prices said the work should run from $1800-$3000 I was charged $4000. They told me I needed my clutch rebuilt, even though it had been repaired 6 months earlier. I think one could find just as good work at more reasonable prices.

First thing is if I would ve known they were in Bithlo i definitely would ve passed. My transmission was sent there to be serviced. Got it back and it went out about 12,000 miles later. Paid $2,800 for that job. Sent it back they tried charging me another $2,800 and then said wait its completely burned out not its gonna be $4,900. Tried offering me another 1 year 12,000 mile warranty and then after calling they changed it to 3yr 36,000 mile warranty. So why didn t I get that offer the first time? Save your time and money from this place. I looked at my old transmission and noticed old parts that were painted over like from a junk yard. Sometimes places use shutter fix so it runs for like a year at best. This shop needs to be investigated for fraud and ethics. The owners wife answers the phones so that tells me right away who runs the show. Just a terrible place to bring your vehicle!!!!!

I like this place. It's a HOME TOWN kind of place. Not a big automotive shop, we're your just another person coming in.They have coffe, drinks, and excellent pricing.

Everything was great till it was time to pay. $5 for shop supplies. Told the supplies used were...tools. Also, it's hot AF in the waiting area.

Had to get my transmission rebuilt/replaced. This was the only shop on the east coast of florida that would do it. I have never experienced better customer service at any auto shop before! The most wonderfully pleasant ladies work in the office and do a phenomenal job. Very impressed with how patient they were and willing to work with me with my issues. They went above and beyond! I m on my 3rd day of picking up my car and so far no issues! My car is back to normal! This shop has become a regular favorite for me. I will absolutely be returning here first for any and all auto needs in the future! VERY satisfied customer :)Service: Transmission

I want to start off by saying the young lady that answered the phone and whom I communicated with was very pleasant. I brought my 2020 Dodge Ram down to have the brakes inspected with high reservations as I have always done my own maintenance on vehicles. I am an owner and operator of a construction company that includes 11 fleet trucks and employs an inhouse mechanic to work on them. However, my company is located in Raleigh, NC, and do not have access to tools to perform my own maintenance. Shortly after I dropped my 70k mile Dodge Ram 1500 off, the young lady called me to inform me that all four of my brakes, to include rotors, were so badly damaged that they all needed to be replaced; pads and rotors on all four corner for a total just shy of $900. I informed her that I would come down to pick my truck up as I am very uncertain that the entire brake system needs to be replaced. I picked up my truck and took it to Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, located in Orlando, and explained my experience with a local shop and also expressed my reservations by having someone else inspect my brakes. I dropped my truck off at 10:40am on 14OCT2022 and was called by the service writer to be informed that my brakes were absolutely fine with just over 10% wear on the pads. All four corners were still in the green and no maintenance or replacement was needed. I was charged zero dollars for the thorough brake inspection and now have my truck back at home getting ready for the trip to NC where I will issue it to one of my supervisors. My personal experience with Quality Transmission and Total Car Care encompasses my deep concern for anyone who takes their car or truck to a local mechanic for any form of diagnostics. I sincerely hope that anyone who has a question regarding the state of their vehicle gets a second and third opinion. I was left speechless when I was told my 70K mile Dodge Ram needed all new rotors and pads due to the irreparable damage that the hardware on the truck has endured. Again, the staff was very pleasant and professional, but they certainly did take the opportunity to misdiagnose and attempt to greatly overcharge a potential customer. Please approach with immense caution and simply get a second opinion. Remember, getting an inspection at any dealership is free so please take your time before committing and agreeing to paying astronomical prices for problems that simply do not exist.Service: Brakes

Both myself and my other half have gone to Quality Transmissions for our vehicles and man oh man, can I just say if you are on the fence of where to take your vehicle, the search is finally over.Having something go wrong with your car can be stressful. Let's face it super stressful as many of us depend heavily on our vehicles for everything we do in life.However, another stressor is whether or not the mechanic will be able to service your vehicle and if they will be honest and do quality work. You get all of the above here, superior customer service, honest estimates, quality work, and assistance with other referrals if need be.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

This is a review written after 1 month the shop finished the work on my transmission. Please come here for all your transmission needs. I had ZERO issue after getting my vehicle back. Transmission work is like child s play for them. Ladies at the front desk treat customers with respect. I highly recommend this place.

I own a 1970 vw beetle and let me tell you. These people know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. Not only have they never said to no to fixing something they treat us with respect and cheapest prices possible. Ahhh.... What can I say about our experience with the team at this wonderful establishment?From the moment you walk in you are greeted immediately and treated well by Rosie! You can tell this is a family business and she is the anchor.. Her and the team there will breakdown all the issues with your vehicle, but not in that smarmy (your car is really messed up, we are going to take your money, and do disreputable stuff to your vehicle) kind of way. They will tell you what's wrong, if anything at all, and help you prioritize critical issues.I am not a car guy at all and I came in their with an embarrassingly silly issue and they took a look, diagnosed it, and help me rectify the problem asap; for little to nothing I might add. I didn't know these folks when I went there the first time (They were recommended), but my whole family utilize their services now and I feel like family when I walk in LoL. Stop in, you won't be disappointed.

Don t ever use this place!!!!! Worst place ever very surprised they have above a 4 star!!!! Went there for a diagnostic I already took it somewhere else plus dealer they gave me paper stating I would need a solenoid well after being told part is coming in part is coming in! They took it upon them selfs to replace my transmission without authorization changing me ridiculous money. Well I have no choice but to pay I m not really familiar with how the laws in Florida work until after I released it well it gets better I took it in there for a minor repair! It came out with no breaks leaking diesel they left the window open and got all wet inside and guess what they told me not my problem. Ok so I leave and don t even make it a block away!!!!!! Before all the transmission fluid leaks on the ground yes what paid over 5k for is leaking so I call and I talk to Jesus wife and I tell her this is what going she telling bring it back I said how it don t run I asked her can she get a tow truck to tow it she said we don t offer those services no I had it I am not taking it back there there is no way I stood this calm and I m sorry I will not sleep til the city closes then cause they shouldn t be doing business like that with no one and I will not give them the opportunity to do it to someone else I will be taking them the court and calling the bbbServices: Transmission, Brakes

Most honest in the area.I had my car towed here after seeing an advertisement for them on TV. Not only were they able to tow it there, they were able to get it back up and running, I was able to drive it the next day. Excellent service and everyone was very polite.

Buyer beware. Got a brake job 8 days ago. Brakes locked up and gave out almost causing a wreck yesterday.Truck towed back to shop and now they want another $400++ for NOT doing job correctly 8 days ago. Your supposed to be professionals. Been a client for decade, NO MORE.Buyer beware, honesty and transparency are lacking.

Lied to my face!I brought my 2003 cobra there because it needed motor mounts (from sitting) and I also noticed a dull hum and slight vibration when I got it up to about 80. They fixed the motor mount but asked me to go for a test drive because they checked the transmission and said it was fine but needed Ujoints.When he pulled out it felt like the car was about to fall apart shaking violently at about 10mph. The mechanic who I can only describe as Cletus the slack-jawed yokel. looked at me with his mouth full of tooth and said "it was like that when you brought it in" I nearly flipped. After asking if they put the wrong ujoint in he said no it's your axel. Again I nearly flipped. My car has an independent rear suspension! I figured his backwoods dialect mixed with tobacco spit was simply misspeak so I asked him again and he said "that thing is messed up." Which pissed me off greatly because there is no rear axel.So after I talked to the manager, they fixed everything and they apologized and said "that's why we don't usually let customers go for a ride with our mechanics" which I could only understand to mean "we don't like being caught blowing smoke up your ass". So they had the decency to only charge me the original price and I was on my way.Just as I turned onto my street (about four miles away) it overheated. There is a sizable dent in my radiator with a crack and a wire on my electric fan was cut.Do not go there. It was either malicious broken because I complained or extreme incompetence. Either way I will never go there.
