Numerous positive reviews on Nextdoor led me to this mechanic.After having a variety of bad experiences, this was in stark contrast. The staff was very informative and responsive to my queries.While they were very busy, they scheduled me for the next day.I booked an appointment for a complete front brake job. I was pleased with the price and ease of them coming to my residence to work on my vehicle, while I could continue to go about my Saturday agenda.Upon arrival, the technician was respectful and professional. I found him to be well trained and knowledgeable. My vehicle was making a loud grinding noise, which sounded like the brake pad sensors. Upon inspection of my vehicle, the technician discovered no brake job was required. Honesty is a value that seems to be lost, yet the technician and management hold it fast. I was informed of a loose bolt that holds the driver side brake caliper in place. Tightening the bolt fixed the issue and explained the noise (loose, the caliper/brake pad was allowed to shift about against the rotor.) My entire drive train was looked over to head off any potential issues, with none being found.A test drive at the direction of the technician revealed no noise whatsoever. I avoided the cost of a complete brake job, and only paid a reasonable service charge.The manager spoke with me via phone to clarify that I was satisfied with the outcome and that my problem was fully resolved, prior to the technician s departure. A pleasant conversation.I gladly endorse this company, and the integrity it demonstrated!Service: Brakes

G was super understanding and didn t try to rip me off for things I needed on my vehicle. It was amazing seeing a mechanic being able to come out so quickly, as well as have great prices. Would recommend pull up auto to everyone.

Great service! Helped me via text, never actually met him but gave me great advice and things to check, looked up wiring fixes for me I had no way to find in the short amount of time I had. Went out of his way to help. I recommend his service for any issues , he went above and beyond.

Awesome professional and stands by his work, was informative about what's going on with my car and giving advise on what to look out for and how to tell the difference with things.He did the BF's truck as well so fast in the day even meeting up with him at a location while he was out doing errands that I didn't even know they had been done til I asked "is the mechanic not doing your truck" and got told their already done lol.Thank you for outstanding customer service and work!

First and foremost, I am not someone who leaves reviews but, I felt like I should share my experience with others. I was in need of a CV axle replacement so I contacted G on a Tuesday and he assured me he could get the job done next day. Wednesday comes and about 30mins til the appointment time he calls and says his delivery driver got into an accident and we'd have to reschedule for the next day. Thursday comes and I had to constantly call to see if he was still coming. After finally agreeing that he would be there late Thursday night, we stayed up late waiting on G to arrive. He never called neither did he stop by to complete the job he said he would.

"G" does great work! I have a work box truck and can't be down for 2 days waiting on an oil change. G comes to you which is a life-saver. He stays in communication about arrival time, brings everything he needs and is very professional. This guy's was great he replaced my starter right in my driveway. He went above and beyond to get my vehicle going so I could get to work. Saved a ton on a tow fee plus his rates are great especially considering he will work after normal mechanic rates. Will use for All my future needs and recommend for anyone else in need.

Gwuan was very professional! He was able to come out to change the oil in my truck and rotate my tires when no one else in town could take my truck. Pull -Auto is very courteous, did a outstanding job. I haven't been able to find anyone in a year that could figure out what was wrong with my AC. In just a few hours I had AC again and was very satisfied with the work and I'm very pleased. .I highly recommend this service yo all. I had a flight to catch and heard this loud screeching noise from the back on my car! It was 9 at night and most businesses were closed! I called Mr.Danner got the parts for me for a good deal and came to my home at 11pm and finished my brakes and closed my garage! Very honest, finished everything in a timely fashion and very economical Would give this business 10 out of 10 starts if I could! Needed a thermostat replacement as noted per failed inspection. Was very prompt and did the job in descending weather. Very down to Earth and cares about what he does for you. I like having one person on my vehicles, about 10001% I found my guy

I would give this man a 7 out of 5 if it was possible!! Guam "G" was courteous, on time, and very time efficient. He even came the restuarant i was at to hand me the keys directly! You will not regret this man's service!
