When your looking for a shop for any of your car needs don t hesitate for your 1st stop to be Prestige. I was extremely satisfied with my auto repair. Frank senior went above and beyond to get my car fixed the same day. Trusty, professional, and very honest. Most definitely my new vehicle repair shop.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile from Ms. Britney :) super friendly and very understanding!!! I have never been to a car place in my life with such kindness I wish they were located where I lived!! (St Pete) I walked in shaking she helped lighten the mood when my cars belt broke and I could not drive that car. I parked it on the other business and they were able to fix my car and gave me no issues with the way it came in. I met the mechanic Mr. Steve and he was super funny and kind. He was so determined to make sure my car was back on the road and essentially made what seemed impossible, possible!! I asked him a genuine question and if they thought it was worth it and if it could drive me back, and given his expert knowledge he knew I d be okay. My car came in looking like it was totaled I don t know about any auto repair place with such high moral! I had been scammed and taken advantage of by places like Tire Kingdom in the past, where it is hard to trust any location but I was super lucky to have met these guys! They even compare and match prices. In total I came out like a bandit from my repairs compared to any other location! If I went anywhere else I was guaranteed to be spending half or more of what my car costs. If I can I d go out of my way to make appointments here! I met the owner Mr. Frank and he too was such a sweetheart! He came in and got right to work. They gave me a taco out of kindness, and I had been going through a rough time before my car incident that they really touched my heart, and reminded me of the good some people have. Anyone doing any services here are super lucky! I honestly wish I lived closer because they were so charismatic that I d probably walk in just to talk to them. You rarely meet good people anymore so that numbing feeling of people who are constantly rude was wiped away instantly and hadn t had good laughs like that in a while. It felt like I came In a total stranger and walked away feeling loved like a family member. They truly care about what they do here and have no problems showing you that too. 100000/10. I went there because my tire sensor light came on as I was traveling to work. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles from the owners, Frank and his son. Who stopped what they were doing, to assist by checking all four tires on my vehicle and putting air in all four tires. The service they provided was prompt and courteous, of which they did not charge me anything which I thought was very kind of them.

I own a company and I have a huge fleet of vehicles ranging from box trucks to sedans for deliveries. They do everything for all of our vehicles exclusively. I began with a fleet advisor and moved over to Prestige Auto and I have never had an issue. They do everything from major work, body work, oil changes and tire rotations and so much more. They always accommodate my team and ensure we get in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend having Frank and his crew work on your vehicle needs. They can work on anything and do anything you need done. Frank and his crew at prestige are top notch and honest mechanics. If you need it, they'll let you know. If you don't need it, they'll let you know that too. Do you have a part that you want someone to put on? They'll put on your own part! In short, this is a great mechanic shop I would do business there if I were you!

Took several vehicles in for repair and each time was quoted way more work than was requested including work that had been performed weeks earlier. Dishonest policies and poor customer service. High prices and not impressed with work performed. Was quoted $60 for top shelf oil that's available for $20. Will not go here again and will not recommend to anyone!!!!!

if you're not using Prestige Auto RepairYou're probably getting ripped off young Frank is one of the most honest upfront people I know. I have been using himFor the last 2 years for all my auto problems I've had small minor problems and they helped me fix them for a very low prices. He is my mechanic for life!!! Thanks for all the help and excellent work.Update Prestige did it again fixed my car in one day with only a few hours notice and saved me hundreds of dollars for car rental. Went to the dealer and two other shops and they couldnt find out my ac issue. the dealer said i needed 1500 dollars worth of work and other shops said i needed about 750 dollars worth of work. talked with the owner frank and his diagnostic guy steve. they were able to fix my car super quick like an hour and a half to diagnose and fix it. it was just 129 because i had a loose wire. there was nothing wrong with my ac! i will definitely be coming back.

I'd highly recommend this Auto Repair Shop if you want honesty and professionalism. I went in there cause my car was making a humming sound and I read the Google reviews. Frank the owner was super friendly very knowledgeable and upfront. He took it for a drive and told me what he thought but said he wanted to diagnose it further as it may be a bigger issue than just a wheel bearing. Put it on the lift and called me out to the garage and showed me exactly what needed to be done to keep my car going and showed me what other problems may arise. He called around for parts shortly after and gave me a great quote on it. I asked him if he thought it was worth fixing and he gave me his honest opinion and said no. Even tho he would have made money for his shop. Like I said before if you want an honest and straightforward shop definitely come to Prestige Auto Repair. I will be bringing my future cars here, don't need to think about going anywhere else. Very helpful and very quick turnaround. Tire bearing was fixed and car was back to me within 2-3 hours. Will definitely be bringing my cars here for repair in the future.

My best friend is a woman and referred this place to me and I am very picky who touches my car,For the most part I had an electrical problem brought it into Frankee three he immediately told his technician to look at it figured out my problem charged me 150 bucks and I was on my way I am a very happy lady. I called four other shops around the area and they wanted to charge me 150 just to look at this. This place should get 10 stars. Also the shop inside and outside is immaculate cleaner shop I ve ever seen

8/24 UPDATE ON PRESTIGE- SO THANKFUL FOR THEM. TRULY THE BEST. CAR IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION AFTER SERVICE.THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY HANDS DOWN. I have been going to this place for over 10 years and they have worked on several of my vehicles. From my Surburban, to my BMW 7 Series and WOW. Every single time I go in there, Frank Sr and Jr know exactly what s wrong with my vehicle and they have saved me so much money compared to every other single shop i ve called, Prestige Auto is the best with the lowest cost. I recently had my brakes and tires replaced at Prestige Auto. These guys are fantastic and they were very professional and upfront about costs. Speaking of costs, my replacement cost were well below their competitors but I received the same quality items and labor. I have told my friends and family to visit this place. This place is awesome and highly recommended. I brought my vehicle in on a check engine light diag and they recommended based on the mileage and year that it might still be under warranty. They gave me the number to call and everything and sure enough it was under warranty still for the powertrain. They were willing to save me money going to the dealer instead of trying to take the business. I will come here for any auto issues on my vehicles and kids vehicles!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So thankful for the service provided by Frank, Brittany, and crew! We ran into a major issue while traveling on vacation and needed a quick fix in order to enjoy our time. FRANK AND FRANK ARE THE BEST!!! These guys are absolutely top notch. One of the best, most thorough experiences I've had since I got a diesel vehicle. If you have a diesel or an oversized vehicle or just want to work with someone you can trust, I would recommend these guys to anyone.I should add these guys also have an RV lift which is really hard to come by.After practically breaking down on their doorstep, they got me in same day. They went out of their way to get me the parts I needed. They made very practical recommendations. They offered empathy through a very challenging situation and made sure I was taken care of. Even though it was it was an emergency, They didn't overcharge me at all. They have top notch scanners and great modern equipment. Detailed, professional and knowledgeable.Pricing was fair and reasonable and they made sure I understood the recommendations. I wouldn't go to anybody else after this experience. I came here because of the goggle reviews and they honestly live up to the hype. I was tired of big time auto shop corporations scamming me, telling me one minute I need this repair when the same company but a different location just fixed that issue 3 months prior and charge an arm and a leg. This place is nothing like that. They are very kind people and cost effective. The total amount of work they did for my car cost almost $200 less than what was quoted for just half of the repairs at a big cooperation. I stopped in today and they had me out no more than 2 hours. I'm definitely coming back for my next car repair and recommend you to check them out for sure. 10 stars if I could

I needed to replace the master and slave cylinder in my 2008 tacoma and Frank and his guys took care of me on the spot. Within about 10 minutes Frank already had someone on the phone to get in the parts I needed, and had it done within a few hours. Very honest and straightforward about what work you need done on your vehicle, fair price, and doesn t waste your time trying to sell you extra stuff you don t need. Overall it was a very stress free experience, and I really appreciate the quality service that they provided for me on such short notice.

I've used Prestige twice and both times Frankie III and his crew was awesome! They are honest and the repairs were done to perfection. I had issues trying to get payment from Esurance and they worked with Esurance and got all the payments needed. Both times the work was done right and on time and for a fair price.
